This was more than we expected it to be. It was so central to all the points of interest that we wanted to see while there and a great place to relax when not seeing the cites. The shower was the best & the bed was most comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed! Parking was a challenge but workable.

The stay was comfortable, clean, and right where we needed it to be. You’ll be in walking distance of many beaches, restaurants, and a variety of neighborhoods from PB to La Jolla, but can also easily find respite at the house and feel comfortable with the AC, comfy couch for movies, and great nights of sleep in bed. I was super impressed with the cleanliness, too! Would highly recommend!

I had previously booked a condo somewhere else and it was condemned when I showed up. I was really scrambling last minute when I found this place. Jasmine was terrific. She had the place cleaned and ready for us right away and even had a new bottle of propane delivered so we could enjoy the fire pit every night. I highly recommend this little bungalow on the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. While San Diego is congested, and this area has many dwellings compressed into a small area, it still felt private and was very peaceful and surprisingly quiet most of the time. We always felt safe in this home and in the area and walked extensively every morning. The home is quite large with an open living room/kitchen area and nice-sized bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation pots, pans, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. In other words, we moved right in and felt very comfortable during our week-long stay.

From check in to check out, smooth and easy! Beautiful condo right on the beach. So many places to walk to and the beach was amazing! This condo had everything you need. Perfect for our family Thanksgiving and would definitely stay again! Loved everything about this cute and charming place.

Christopher's place was exactly as advertised. It was very comfortable and accommodating. I asked a couple of questions and Christopher was quick to respond. Location was perfect and parking was convenient. There was plenty of space for separate quarters for my son and myself. We will definitely stay here again!

This was a delightfully fun place to stay for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. A gorgous view of the tranquil bay, plenty of access to the public grassy area to stretch out on and a lot of lovely people on walks and bikes to say hi to. The second bedroom with four bunk beds in a nautical theme really surprised everyone! The house is inviting and easy to use. The kitchen had everything we needed to host meals and the bathrooms (and bathtub) were in perfect working condition and very clean. I was communicated with by the host in advance and didn't need to contact for any reason during our stay. Thank you Dixie!

I stayed here for a conference and found it met my needs well. This place is conveniently located near the town center, making it easy to catch Uber rides to the beaches & restaurants. It is a very cozy space, and though I missed having a TV, I was out most of the day, so the affordable price made it worthwhile. The owner is very responsive to questions, and the area feels safe—I had no issues during my stay. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable spot for a short trip!

The home was perfect and in a great location. Ryder communicated quickly and well and even allowed us an early check in. Plus, it was a great price for the location.

I Can't say enough about Tracey's place; it was clean, well stocked, and a great location. Easily walkable to plenty of breakfast/lunch places and a few dinner spots. Belmont Park and all its activities are an 8 minute walk. Beach is a short jaunt across Mission boulevard and the Bay is even closer. It is a little warm for sleeping with no A/C but when the living room door is open there's a great cross breeze!! The planes do fly above early in the am, but there's earplugs on the nightstand that we took full advantage of. Great local spots nearby; the Beachcomber bar is one block away with dueling pianos on Thursdays; super fun local hangout!! Parking spot is tight; we had a Toyota Camry and it fit snugly so just be aware of your car size! Highly recommend this spot to anyone considering it!!

Great location! Was passing through for a fishing charter and needed a place to stay. The space was clean and just what I needed.

The host are very friendly and helpful, they gave us some great advice on travel plan and bicycles are available for guest to take a ride. The Clementine was juicy and yummy❤️ Highly recommend this place to everyone！

I was so happy to find this place after VRBO canceled our reservation! Awesome communication and always proactive with solutions! Location is in a good safe spot, but I wouldn’t recommend walking to downtown from the place. The route takes you through a couple of rough parts and a bus station. So we just used ride share. The gate outside the place makes you feel super safe! Overall a great place and I would stay again!

Amazing visit. Clean and tidy, great location. The hot tub was very clean and heated from the moment I checked in. I used it every day. The hosts are above and beyond kind, responsive, and helpful. Great value for price. I highly recommend.

Booked this property for my family that was visiting out of town. Host was very responsive, property was clean, and had thoughtful touches throughout. The guests enjoyed the jacuzzi on the top floor and the surrounding views! The space was exactly as described (if not better!), offering a great layout design with lot of privacy between the 2 bedrooms. The location is fantastic—close to Balboa Park, Little Italy, and much more! The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering clear communication and prompt responses to our questions.

I was perfectly happy with my stay! The place was extremely clean and exactly as described. Adam was a very responsive host, and went above and beyond to proactively provide everything I could possibly need for my stay in a convenient little guide, including restaurant/bar recommendations and detailed information about the property. Great location! Close to great restaurants and safe walkable neighborhood. Trails to Balboa were less than a block away! The outdoor seating and hot tub were marvelous! Ricardo had great recommendations for food.

My stay at Hot Tub Getaway in Central San Diego was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything that could be needed. It was in convenient location and seamless private check-in. The WiFi was super fast, that was great for working and there was a private driveway that allowed for parking right in front of the place every time. The host was always available for any questions that I had and even provided extra towels mid way through my stay, which was such a thoughtful act. This was a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway. I hope to stay here again. Thank you for making the stay so enjoyable!
