Our host responded in seconds with any questions we had! We removed our shoes at the door and our socked feet proved how clean this place is. Super well stocked bathroom and clean comfortable bed. Very quiet location yet less than 2 blocks from the L, restaurants, beach and just steps away from the bus and market. Some evidence of homelessness on Sheridan Rd. and in the park at the beach. We were only approached 1 time in 3 days. Street lighting was abundant especially the ally access. We wouldn’t hesitate to use this location for a return trip.

Meghan’s apartment was a cozy, lovely spot for my husband and I to recharge while visiting family in the neighborhood. Clean, quiet, and walkable to great coffee and restaurants nearby! We’ll be back if it’s available.

Miguel‘s place was just as described, it was very clean and very comfortable and he made me feel right at home

Gregory's place was absolutely perfect! I was in town for a wedding and it was the perfect location. It was within walking distance to the cute town and many restaurants. It was quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Check in/out was so simple and convenient! Space is very well cared for and overall cleanliness is good! We felt safe coming and going even late at night and the space is super comfortable overall! Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I spent five nights at Hugh's apartment over Thanksgiving. The apartment has great natural light and is spacious. It had everything we needed and is in a great location within walking distance to an "L" station and many good and diverse restaurants.

I used to live a few minutes south of this property and it was an absolute dream to be back. You cannot beat the beach access any time of year. Jumping on the red line or any number of buses makes being that far north barely noticeable. Beautiful space. Friendly neighbors. Definitely lots of city noise at night, but I love that kinda thing. If you need quiet to sleep, this may not be your spot. Highly recommend!

This house is super cute. It was perfect for spending time in Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan. A short easy walk to the beach on Lake Michigan.

The home was absolutely beautiful and I was very happy with my stay. Bergeline is the best hostess. Her places are spotlessly clean and she is very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!

Warmly decorated with thoughtful touches. Some places say “pet friendly” but this place truly means it. From pet pads for the furniture, to extra food/water bowl dishes, and even a few toys, this place didn’t make me feel bad about having my dog along! Super responsive host with great recommendations for the area. Still worth visiting in the winter, we got to see a quaint “Hallmark movie” kind of Christmas parade, the free drive-thru light display at Washington Park, the lighthouse with ice on it, and Indiana Dunes almost to ourselves. Was amazing to come back to the hot tub and a mug of tea by the fireplace. Cozy and warm!

What a lovely cozy cottage! Very comfortable and in a perfect location! Beds were very comfortable and the house had plenty of space to spread out. The backyard was a perfect place to watch the sun set and the front patio was a great coffee spot. Can’t wait to come back to visit. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Awesome house that was laid out great for 2 couples trying to get away for a long Holiday weekend. Lots to do in the area as we enjoyed boating, golf, breweries and wineries. House was spotless and offered a great place to relax and enjoy some good times with great friends.

Alex made traveling with our dogs easy and enjoyable. The property was exactly as described - very clean, relaxing, and comfortable. I especially loved the fenced yard, which gave our dogs a secure space to play and explore safely so we could focus on our visit without worrying about our pets. The house had everything we needed and more; the fan in the bedroom was a perfect touch for white noise, and the labels around the house were an unexpected bonus, making everything easy to find and use. Clear and quick communication with Alex made us feel right at home and ensured everything went smoothly. We can’t wait for the chance to stay here again!

Overall our stay was really nice! We had everything we needed for a pleasant visit. There were even some extra shampoo bottles, snacks, and other things left that ended up being useful to have. Simple, no frills, but everything was very tidy and comfortable. Quite close to a few grocery stores and other conveniences, as well as UChicago, which was perfect for us. One thing to keep in mind is the beds are a bit close to the doors, so be careful to not get it in the shin walking in at night! Luke was helpful and proactive with clear instructions. We had gone by then, but my in laws got to see the bee farm on the roof with Luke before checking out, and they really enjoyed that. A great place all around to stay that’s safe and comfortable!

Very clean, quiet and nice place to stay. Close to attractions. I was lucky and host was able to offer early check so I could zoom in to a meeting more easily. Three flights of stairs for anyone that needs that info. Would definitely stay again!

Great place, walkable distance to the United Center. 10-15 minute drive downtown, everything was easily accessible. My family had a great stay, the bottom floor is open concept which was really nice. All the beds were comfortable to sleep in. The host was very kind and responsive. Would recommend!

Fantastic place. Everything was clean, the apartment felt cozy and inviting, and there were several amenities. overall i have no complaints, if you're staying in uptown chicago, this is the one!

This space is large and in a great location. The hosts were lovely - they were able to get us an early check in, let us use their extra parking spot, and even left us donuts one morning. A 5 star stay!

Adrian was a gracious host from the very first message. He was responsive and flexible. He really took the time to make sure our stay was comfortable. The place was accurately portrayed, clean and modern with plenty of room for our family of 4. The shower in the master bath was great and the kitchen had everything you could need to cook. I found it to be in the top 5 of places I’ve stayed through Airbnb.
