Vacation rentals with a sauna in Garfagnana

Very pleasant stay. The house is very beautiful and matches the description and photos perfectly. The owners Marco and Elisa have always been available and attentive to our questions. Since the house is in the mountain, the only small negative point would be the road leading directly to the house which is a bit complex (uphill and with tight turns). However, this remains only one detail in view of the comfort of the house and the beauty of the place.

Fabrizio was a wonderful host. We booked at the last minute and he made his home available to us even with an early check in to use the pool. The setting with views of the mountains is stunning.

if you are looking for calm, kindness and discretion you are in the right place with sari and her husband. the accommodation was cozy for my 3 daughters and me. Be careful we had a lot of mosquitoes but it can't help it just for you to take what you need. I remember the calm and the magical decor. Gazie Mille Sari 😘

We really enjoyed our stay. The Borgo is beautiful and even though the pool is shared with other guests, it never felt crowded or busy. The area is great for day trips, there are beautiful villages nearby. The sauna and spa was not in use during summer months, just the pool. In the evening at the borgo are hosted groups dinners, which means big groups come to eat at the restaurant. We didn’t feel bothered by this, as they leave before 9.30 pm and solely are at the area of the restaurant. Otherwise it is quite private. The kitchen was good, it had everything we needed. Thanks again! We love it there :)

Great place, warm welcome, fantastic stay. You can 'just' enjoy the flat and the garden or use it as a strategic place where to start amazing tracking. We did both! ;^)

My parents have been very comfortable in the home. I was close to everything, it's spacious, clean and comfortable. I recommend it as a base for a route through Versiglia and the villages of Tuscany

The apartment was lovely. It was well appointed. King beds. The location was fantastic - very walkable with lots to do and see within easy distance. A couple of good places for coffee steps away. The rental company was great. We parked the rental car at Mazzini garage - a 7 minute walk. Parking is charged by the hour but not terrible if you’re doing days trips (pro tip: pay at one of the two temperamental machines before you exit the garage).

Nice location, overlooking the Carrare Valley. Beautiful garden and pool but could not enjoy the time was not there. Nice marina nearby (Lerici) very good restaurant on the port. With the sun it would have been beautiful.

We were looking for a quiet and traditional environment - and that's exactly what we found. It is wonderful to spend relaxing days in the middle of the wonderful countryside and still be quickly in the lively cities. Warm thanks for the hospitality.

I had a super great stay and felt very welcome🩵 The apartment has a lot of personality, is stylishly furnished and has everything you need. The highlight was of course the steam bath, where you can listen to the music - especially in the changeable weather (October) this was very useful ☺️ Sonia and Salvatore are super helpful and very friendly. They answered me quickly at any time, had great tips and helped me immediately when I had a short power outage - everything was no problem at all. There are great restaurants, a pizzeria, a bar and a supermarket, everything you need is within walking distance. I can only recommend everyone to take a few days off here. We felt very comfortable at Jego's place. It is very well located to explore Tuscany. The space was clean and matched pictures and description. When we vacation in the area we will be happy to come back.

Great location as home base esp if planning to visit other sites. We visited Florence, Sienna, Luca, Balogns and other nearby towns.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Close to the beach, everything was close by. We stayed here and visited Cinque Terre and Lucca. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

A beautiful home with a fantastic pool. We very much enjoyed our stay. The facilities were excellent, including the spa area. The decor is slightly dated but gives the sense of a home much loved in the past. We certainly loved it.

Beautiful house with an even more beautiful view. Because the house is secluded on a mountain, you have a lot of privacy, but it is definitely 20 minutes away for a nearby supermarket. The house has no fans which we missed very much in the summer temperatures. Pleasant communication with host. Tip: bring plenty of antimicrobial drugs because you need them in this area

We felt very comfortable at the place. It was great that Annalisa came to the house especially for us to give us a lot of tips for things to do in the area in German. The pool is wonderful and was cleaned by Stefano every morning. We were able to bridge rainy days very well in the great savings area. Stefano and Alessia live right next door, just like Annalisa, are always available and very helpful . We highly recommend the place.
