Luciana and Giovanni were very hospitable and nice. They welcomed us in person and also prepared for us some treats. We felt immediately like home, the house is very nice and have absolutely everything you need, we loved our stay there. Hope to comeback!

I've rarely found a home with everything you need: from the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedrooms. Pleasant stay, although unfortunately short for limited time available, used as a starting point both to visit the Gulf of Poets and for the northern Tuscan area (Pisa). The host, Massimo, was very friendly and helpful.

We had such a great stay at La Molina. Beautiful mountains and forests. Great places to eat in walking distance. Trattoria Luciana is fabulous for home cooked food and a great bar, cafe. Farnocchia as well. Andrea is a really nice guy and responded immediately and was very caring. The house is very characterful and traditional, and well furnished. We enjoyed the log fire, even though the house was naturally warm without it in October. We didn’t need to use the central heating. The parking space by the road is great and you need to carry bags across the bridge to the house, which was fine for us. The river would be a great place to swim in summer. The walking in the mountains is very special. You’d need months and months to walk all the very well signposted paths. We are missing it already!

We had a great stay at Roberta's place! She was super friendly and helpful. The space was clean and cozy, with good private parking. Our dog loved it too! The homemade olive oil she makes was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Gloria and Francesco we're the best hosts and the property was better than we could have imagined! Renters will definitely need a car; this is partway up a mountain and though a bus technically has stops on it, I never saw one. Amazing central location for day trips; wonderful local food; friendly locals; and Francesco told us about a great quiet beach that turned out to be amazing. Can't wait to go back! I was a guest at Elena's with my wife, pregnant in the ninth month and my 2-year-old son. The apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful renovated villa and can be reached with a spiral staircase. The room is very bright with thoughtful details. It has everything you need for a really relaxing stay: air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a very comfortable bidet and shower, a spacious balcony. The terrace is located on the roof of the villa and can be reached with outdoor access to the apartment by spiral staircase (the same one that leads to the apartment): huge, with views of the trees and the Alps, furnished with sunbeds and a table where you can dine. We stayed in August in very hot weeks so we used it after dark. Elena was an impeccable host, generous in her advice, and tireless in providing us with support. She showed us empathy out of the ordinary, making us feel great.

Gabriella took wonderful care of us and is a very nice landlady. The apartment has everything you need and wish for: nice interior, towels, products and even something to eat, as well as a parasol and two bicycles! It is very clean and comfortable and the balcony is perfect to enjoy the amazing view - we all agree that we felt very welcomed and absolutely recommend this stay!

We stayed in Pistoia to be close to Florence. We ended up spending way more time in Pistoia than we had anticipated. Staying at the Airbnb had a lot to do with that. It was so close to everything yet quiet at night. This place deserves all the accolades already reported. I’ve been a superhost myself but found new levels of excellence during our stay in Pistoia.

Thank you very much dear Sara for providing us with your apartment. The apartment is very clean and has a fantastic location with direct beach access . The ceiling height is a bit low in the shower and bedrooms, but we are both quite large. We were able to arrange this very well and for us that was no problem either. We all (including children 5 and 10 years) felt very comfortable and recommend the apartment 100%. Sara is very sweet and accommodating, thank you for that!

Great welcome, Egle picked us up from the bottom of the village where there are shops. The accommodation is located in a picturesque perched village, quiet with unobstructed views. It's very relaxing, especially after a day in a very touristy place like the five lands. The accommodation is pleasant and well suited for 3 people (couple with children). accommodation accessible only by car that has a parking space. If you love nature, you'll love this place

Please do yourself a favour and book this place! Franco and his family are amazing hosts, the appartment looks even better in person and it is perfect for a romantic getaway. We had questioned ourselves whether it would be a downside to live together with more people on the property, but this turned out to be more of an advantage than anything. It felt like having very friendly neighbours, and we never felt like we had less personal space as a result. On top of this, the neighbouring towns are great for day trips and restaurants. So take the opportunity to enjoy this airbnb gem :) (someone mentioned the internet did not work, but this is fixed now)

Beautiful house in the mountains, it feels like staying at home with a kitchen equipped with everything you need and super characteristic wood-burning stove, road to get there not too comfortable but it is absolutely worth the price paid

It was my second time staying there and those were the most relaxing days in a long time. The nature around the Airbnb is stunning. I was already there in spring and now in autumn - both of which are absolutely beautiful. The house is really welcoming and for the colder seasons it gets really cozy with the fireplaces. Also, I love cooking and this is totally doable even in this kind of small kitchen. Paola and her husband are really nice people and I loved meeting them. They were always helpful with whatever problems or questions we had. I'm grateful for the nice time I had staying there and I will definitely be back again.

Slightly remote, but very pleasantly quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. When we first searched for the place, we needed Matteo's help, but then easily found the place. It is about 10 km from Piazza to high (about 700 m) to the accommodation. Near Pasquilino. Just below the tavern La Capanna. The view and the tranquility of the accommodation are exceptional. However, even the mosquitoes have made it there. The house is conveniently furnished and if you are not afraid to wash off by hand, this place is always recommended for you. Thanks Camilla and Matteo, we enjoyed a lot.

The experience at Silvia's wooden cottage was beautiful. We went with my 8 year old daughter and had so much fun. From long walks in the woods recommended by Silvia at Prato Bellincioni to chestnut picking within the Casetta park, the activities for children in the Casetta park are endless. Silvia is a superhost, in addition to making us feel at home, ready to turn on the stove before our arrival, I have given us many useful directions on villages to visit, hiking and restaurants in the area to make our stay even more pleasant! I recommend this experience to everyone, especially with the children who can stay in a real gnomes house!

Check-in was very chilled and spontaneous. Great to reach and a really likeable guy. We were there with our motorcycles and Ricardo took great care to make sure everything is safe and even brought tools over a small breakdown. The house in itself was rustic but very appropriately furnished. There was everything from pots and pans to sheets and towels. It is and remains a small, rustic cottage in Tuscany. What more could you ask for? Our troupe would come back any time. Thank you for the nice stay!

We were a group of four adults and two dogs and had a fantastic time at Lucas place. The property is well maintained and in absolutely private surroundings. The view of the surrounding forest and mountains is beautiful any time of day and the pool is amazing for warmer days. Luca was an attentive host, and communication with him went very smoothly. Our holiday was beautiful and relaxing, thank you for everything Luca and hopefully see you again in the future

If you're looking for the cabin in the woods... well this place is certainly the right one. Cozy in a beautiful setting, close to the small, but charming Cutigliano. Perfect for both fireplace and book, barbecue in the garden, for walks and hiking. The children really liked it (even dad and mom...). Silvia is friendly and helpful. We hope to be back on other occasions. The cleanliness to improve, the only note. Otherwise top.

room, the bedrooms, the bathroom, It’s all perfect. The view from the house is a breathtaking panorama of the mountains and beautiful Montifegatesi village in the middle. The village is tiny, and has a shop and a restaurant in a walking distance (1 minute). People in this little town are warm and welcoming, and so is Alessia, the owner. She’s very communicative and will make sure you have everything you need for the best vacation. Loved this place. Will definitely come back.
