A great, compact apartment in a terrific, lovely area of Uptown. Very comfortable bed and living room, and very clean throughout. Frank was quick and responsive to any questions I had. A perfect place for a couple or a single person.

Loved our stay here! Super nice, quiet and convenient location. Everything was as described with clear instructions upon check in & out. The host was very responsive, nice & accommodating. I 100% would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Even before our arrival, Brian was communicative and helpful. He even helped with a late check-out as our flight was scheduled later in the day. Upon arrival, Vic came to greet us. Showed us around the digs, showed us the lay of the land, and had written recommendations of places to see an restaurants! He did let us know we might see his dog and cat which we were excited to finally see them! The area is amazing. Easy to walk around and super short walks to the bus or street car. I will say, the listing does not do the place justice. We had ample space, it was quiet, comfortable, and we had amazing responsiveness through our trip. When rain was in the forecast Vic even let us know to use the umbrellas and/or ponchos. Everything about the place exceeded my expectations. We are already discussing a return trip and hope this will be available. I cannot thank Brian and Vic enough.

This place reminded me of home! My house was built in the 1920 so it had all of the character of an older home and all of the updated amenities. It was tucked away so make sure you look at the pictures. It’s on a main street so you’re able to park and walk to all of the restaurants you love. You are gonna love it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lori’s place! The house itself was full of character and charm, reflecting its age and history in the most delightful way. Every detail in the home added to its unique atmosphere, making it a truly special place to stay. The location was perfect—situated in a lovely, safe, and quiet area that was ideal for exploring the surroundings. We appreciated how accessible everything was, yet the property still felt like a peaceful retreat. What truly made our experience exceptional was the amazing host. Lori went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs and requests, always responding quickly and with a smile. Her attentiveness and kindness made us feel so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Very well decorated, clean and comfortable residence. Parking was adequate. Location was good. Was able to access downtown and french quarter within 15 min. Host communication was great.

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was perfect weather and a perfect space for our family to connect and celebrate my birthday! There is so much around the neighborhood to do, shop and explore. Getting to places was easy because of connections with a great taxi guy right off the get go. We enjoyed the neighborhood very much. We felt totally at ease and comfortable in the home. Cynthia's place was conveniently located for our group's purposes. We walked the area to explore Freret Street's many cafes, and even walked to the zoo. We had easy check-in and check-out, and Cynthia was helpful and attentive when we needed assistance with something that came up.

This airbnb was perfect for our family. The house was clean, cozy, very modern, and spacious, it had everything we needed for our stay. We didn't spend much time in the huge backyard but hope yo do it during our next visit. Robin was so friendly, kind, very accommodating and so helpful. She made recommendations for thinga to do with our family and responded promptly to our messages. Everyone in our family loved Robin's place and we highly recommend her place.

This was my first time booking with Airbnb. And Oliver's place was perfectly located within a few miles of all the attractions and restaurants we wanted to see and/or go to. I received precise instructions about how to check in and had zero problems. The house was clean, neat, smelled good and was very comfortable and cozy. The beds were soooo comfy, I could've slept my days away. The area was nice and quiet and I felt safe walking thru the neighborhood. I didn't have any reasons to contact Oliver because everything was perfect. If ever I travel back to New Orleans, I'd definitely stay here again without hesitation. And I would highly recommend booking this rental. Lastly, thank you Oliver for making my stay a most pleasant one.

Bianka's place was very spacious, perfect for our group of five. We were able to make Thanksgiving dinner with her well-outfitted kitchen. It is an easy walk to the Garden District full of beautiful houses, coffee shops and restaurants and six blocks from Magazine street with all its shopping. The street car is conveniently two blocks away and and easy jaunt to downtown and the French Quarter.

We loved this place so much! All around fantastic. Very clean and spacious place with high ceilings. Kitchen has everything you could ever need. Great neighborhood. Very nola feel to the place with great art and a nice layout. Look forward to staying there again!

This condo in the central business District was perfect for our family New Orleans vacation. Outside of the hustle and bustle and noise of the French quarter but close enough to it to walk or take a short Uber ride. Located on the Saint Charles trolley line, also very easy to get to Magazine Street or any number of popular local destinations. The location of the condo and the ease of getting an Uber, coupled with the access to public transport means that we probably wouldn’t rent a car next time. Great style, the condo has two bedrooms (K & Q) with en suite bathrooms, and another king bedroom. This was very comfortable for our group of five and could serve more if people were coupled up. Brad was extremely responsive around check in and receptive to requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable apartment! Super clean! It's in an excellent location and within easy walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. There is a parking lot right down the block; we parked for 24 hours for $40. Street parking is available and is free from 7p-7a, but can be difficult to obtain. There is a market downstairs that has anything you forgot. There is also a bar downstairs, but noise was never an issue. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, walkable place to stay in New Orleans!

We had a GREAT stay! Condo is well equipped and in a fantastic location close to many things. The host's supplied great recommendations for restaurants, things to do, etc. Inclusion of parking is a real plus. Host was very responsive when we needed clarification on how the parking worked. Great place to stay and we would absolutely stay here the next time we are in town.

Judy was great. Super communicative and easy to work with! Parking was a bit of a difficult thing to navigate, but other than that was a perfect stay. 5/5!

The Natchez was amazing, each bedroom has its own bathroom, beautiful decor…our new home away from home. We plan to stay here each time we visit New Orleans.
