Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Garden District, New Orleans

Fantastic location if you are active and like to walk. Easy walk to market, restaurants, drug store etc and not too far to heart of Frenchman and the Quarter. Cute yard and nice hot tub. Walls are somewhat thin but mostly very quiet when we were home and very quiet at night. Felt very comfortable and at home in this unit. Super clean!! King bed was sooooo comfortable. Loved so much extra bedding, pillows and blankets throughout. Great light!

It was a beautiful property and home! Every detail was thoughtful from pool towels outside, sun screen, charged speaker, everything you could need in the kitchen, pool toys and floats, little outdoor fire table, comfy beds. It was super clean and smelled great! The most beautiful and unique backyard I could have imagined! My kids loved the super deep pool and hot tub and so many fun lights at nighttime! Easy drive to downtown New Orleans, nice and generally quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants for anything you need! My only surprise was that the hosts live on the property, which wasn’t an issue as they were very friendly, I was just unaware! It was our first time in NOLA and staying here worked perfectly for our family of 6!

This house is super unique and better than the photos! The kitchen is insane and it’s a memorable place for a get together with friends! Easy streetcar access and very close to good restaurants and James beard winning bakeries. Can’t find a better rental!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here during our time in New Orleans! The house itself was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The weather was perfect and we had so much fun swimming in the pool out back. And the house itself was well-located, just a quick drive from all the restaurants and music venues in downtown New Orleans. We definitely plan to stay here again next time we're in town.

We had a great time. We were here for Spring Break with our kids & friends. Everyone had privacy in their bedroom. The house is large enough to host more than 8! The place is well kept and spacious.

We had an excellent stay at this airbnb. The apartment was spacious, spotless, modern, and extremely well equipped. We really couldn't have been happier with the location and amenities available, as well as the helpfulness of the front desk staff. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, which made for a totally stress free experience. I'd highly recommend this location, it's exactly as pictured (if not better). Walkable to a lot of destinations, and also easy to catch the tram. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredibly responsive and allowed additional accommodations for storing luggage, which was greatly appreciated. Stayed here with colleagues for a work trip and everyone felt very comfortable with their own private space, with the common area as an easy gathering point.

Absolutely beautiful home! It was perfect for our trip with enough space for everyone to enjoy their own space or hang out all together. Check in & check out was easy and the hosts were proactive, welcoming, and kind. I would definitely book again!

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We enjoyed our time at Spencer's place. The description of the townhome and its surroundings is very accurate. We were a family of 9 adults and 1 infant visiting for Christmas, and Spencer's unit met all of our needs. Spencer is a great host and he really wants to make sure his guests have a good experience. He was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay. He also provides direct access to his property managers. The property manager assigned to us during our stay was very helpful and checked in with me each day via text to make sure everything was ok and to see if we had any concerns. We had difficulty getting the home bluetooth speaker system to work, and Spencer and the property manager worked to get the issue resolved very quickly. We traveled with 2 extra large SUVs, and never really had any problem parking on the street directly in front of the Airbnb. There are also some eateries and bars in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

Michael and Marcia’s home was perfect for hosting my family and friends for Christmas. From the cozy decor to the thoughtful touches throughout the house, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed to make our holiday gathering feel extra special. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made preparing our Christmas dinner a breeze, and the spacious layout allowed everyone to relax and enjoy themselves comfortably. We especially appreciated the festive atmosphere and warmth of the home — it truly felt like our own little holiday retreat. Michael and Marcia were attentive and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will cherish these holiday memories for years to come. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us! We hope to return soon!

My friends and I had a fantastic time and were comfortable at The Chateau. Prior to our arrival, Michael was very responsive to questions. At the time of arrival, Wilson was extremely helpful and friendly. Other folks working at The Chateau were lovely and warm. It's a great location, allowing us to walk to almost every destination we hoped to visit. The outdoor space was so comfortable, and other guests were respectful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will definitely consider The Chateau for future visits to New Orleans!

Had a fabulous family Christmas vacation at this Airbnb! Wilson was the on site property manager/concierge and he was accessible, responsive, friendly and communicated wonderfully to any concerns we had. Bathrooms and kitchen were well done. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable with good bedding. Fun to stay in a famous chef’s previous home. Courtyard was wonderful - we spent a lot of time out there. Our only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub was unavailable from our first day through our second to last day. That was a top amenity priority for me in choosing this property. Wilson, was diligent in getting it fixed and communicating about the status, however. I would certainly return here for future visits to New Orleans!

This villa was better than advertised. It comfortably accommodated everyone involved. It had excellent amenities, clean and private rooms, and a killer roof top. The property manger is exceptional and very accommodating. They were communicative and there when you need them. Very helpful in getting a second unit when our party size grew. High recommendation from us.
