Beachfront vacation rentals in Gandia

Cheryl is a great host, welcoming and helpful. The outdoor area is the best feature, the villa is very comfortable and the bed also very comfy. Linen and towels were immaculate. It is a ten minute walk to the promenade/beach and the town only a little further, for restaurants and shops. Supermarkets are close. The only negative was the pool was cold, only ventured in once, it was Nov/Dec. All in all a lovely stay.

David's place is a real gem. Stunning view from both house and the incredible terrace. It's perfect with young kids. great beaches to explore alond the beautiful pathway that runs at the bottom of the garden. Super peaceful calm place felt very at home.

My family and I needed a few days of rest and both the hosts and the apartment were the perfect allies. A wonder of views from the terrace and floor, the photos and description match. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea. Manuel and Marian were in touch at all times if you have any questions. We will definitely repeat!

Great Vacation!! David is a host of ten ,very friendly and was pending giving us all kinds of directions . David's home is a wonder,in a quiet development with a pool and a two-minute walk from an impressive beach of fine sand. Being already low season,not all restaurants were open but there are options to choose from. Greatly our choice and totally recommended.I 'm sure we'll be back.

We felt right at home!!! Thanks to Fernando and his wife, very helpful and kind!!! The house is very clean, new sheets and towels It exceeded our expectations, we were great!!! The beach a few steps away, we have seen beautiful sunsets and sunrises!! We will definitely be back, thank you for everything!!!

I loved it here. It’s exactly as it looks, the view is even better in person. I came in the off season and there was 0-3 people at the pool daily. Very easy to make day trips to altea, culp and surrounding beaches. Apartment is extremely well equipped including items to go to the beach. If you are looking for a tranquil getaway don’t hesitate to book. Bonus - it’s dog friendly. 10/10 would stay again

Even though it rained most of the time, it should not take anything away from the house, which was incredibly delicious, and with an absolutely stunning view. Wilfried was an absolutely perfect host.

Very good experience, comfort, comfort and tranquility

Stayed here for several days whilst rock climbing in the local area. Lovely apartment with great views and plenty of space. Walkable distance to plenty of restaurants and we never had any problem parking outside the accommodation whilst we were there.

Mirella is a super warm, friendly host who is always helpful and accommodating. The garden is a bijou. We felt very comfortable and at home. Be sure to bring mosquito spray. After all, the entrance and all windows are secured with mosquito nets and there are electrical traps and chemical defenses on site.

We had a great time in Avignon. The host is responsive, available and very kind. The size of the listing is suitable for couple. The sea view is sublime and the building's swimming pool is very nice. The beach is a 5min walk, it was a pleasure to walk day or night. Small negative: the accommodation deserves a little refresh (the glass window was broken, the shower clogged, the furniture very old, the uncomfortable beds...) We will keep fond memories of this vacation:)

It was a great stay. the house lived up to expectations and Arno was fantastic to collaborate with. was one piece from downtown Calpe but we showed this in advance. The taxi came quickly so there was no problem. the app Glovo was amazing to have groceries delivered home to the house with free delivery. Thank you so much for a nice stay Arno, will probably be back🤩

Fabulous home with amazing ocean views. A very nice welcome from the hosts who have been waiting whenever we have needed them. The house is fully equipped and very clean. A quiet area but with all amenities nearby. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location in Javea !

We have had an amazing week at Xavier's apartment! Both the apartment and the location exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed that it was so close to everything, both beach and restaurants, and that at the same time we could have it so quiet and peaceful on the large lovely terrace. We never got tired of gazing out over the sea and seeing the city's grand silhouette, and enjoyed that it was such a vibrant folklore around us. Perfect also that we had access to a garage so close to the apartment. We have found a dream apartment and want to go back again soon!

Here, the overall package has far exceeded our expectations. Johan is a fantastic host. He is always available for help and advice if you have any questions. His sympathetic manner and helpfulness are absolutely exemplary. The house is a real feel-good oasis! Everything is very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Not only the pool is a highlight, but also the many different retreat areas where you can relax. The kilometer-long, very beautiful beach is only a few minutes from the house. Here we took extensive walks. Conclusion: A house where we have been raving. We don't know anything to improve!

Fantastic stay we had at Cameron’s place, he’s such a friendly guy who will go out of his way to help you. Beautiful location practically on the beach, stunning views and lots of bars/restaurants nearby within walking distance. Lovely clean apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Loved this apartment stay, the location is perfect just across from a beautiful pebbly beach, with plenty of cafes and shops just a short walk away. The apartment itself is very comfortable, nicely equipped kitchen, very clean in well maintained grounds. Blissful!
