Philip was very friendly and quick to respond when we reached out. His place was very nice and in a great location. We felt right at home upon arrival and during our stay. We would definitely recommend his place to others.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Tree Crab Inn. We will definitely stay here again! The kids enjoyed the canal for fishing and the basketball goal! I recommend the pizza around the corner by the circle k! It was great! Thanks Ann we loved our trip!

We needed a place to stay for a project that we were completing in Clearlake Shores, we found this great place at a great price and the host were very responsive. Everything was exactly what we expected and more. If the chance arises again, we would definitely will come back out and stay there again!!

My husband and I went for a long weekend over Valentine's Day. The house was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The location is an easy drive to all that Galveston has to offer and close to the Ferry to hop on and take a ride. The host was easy to get in touch with and attentive to our needs. We will be back!

Our stay at this beachfront home was truly wonderful. The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sand and surf. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the spacious deck, which provided the perfect setting to watch dolphins and listen to the soothing sound of the waves. This home offered both relaxation and convenience, making for a fantastic getaway. We highly recommend it and would love to return!

We picked this location because of the parade route. It is a Great location for both sea wall and strand, close to a lot of the prime hot spots. We didn’t spend much time indoors but the apartment still felt comfortable. Apartment was clean, organized, clutter free, and stocked with coffee, snacks, and water… This was a bonus. :) we had a cold weekend so the coffee was well appreciated. Never had any issues with communication and had quick responses. Joey is the co-host and responded fast. He was helpful when it came to any questions and provided us with things to do and places to eat. Overall the stay was great for our weekend.

We enjoyed our stay at the Victorian condos and spent lots of time in the outdoor heated pool. The fitness center was a nice break during stormy weather. The condo was cozy and the proximity to Walmart was good for shopping. The only issue we came across was the dangerous intersection when crossing the main road to get to the beach - the turning lane blends into the sidewalk so you have to stand on the grass to avoid getting hit. Despite that, we still enjoyed beach walks on most days.

I’ve stayed here many times and will continue to do so very convenient. Very comfortable home.

I stayed here four years ago and have missed it ever since. I saw a chance to go back and grabbed it, and it was just as great as I remembered. I got into town a little early and Karlsen responded right away that an early check-in was fine. The old place has so much character and anything is easily walkable.

The condo was just as described. It was clean and my family enjoyed the games and bunk beds! We had a great weekend in Galveston. The location is great and easy to get anywhere. We enjoyed the condo's amenities. We would definitely stay there again.

This was our first time in Galveston and everything was as described. The area was peaceful, family oriented and very beautiful. The location was perfect for my morning tea watching over the beautiful beach. Carl was very responsive, our stay at his condo was great! It was clean and had a very comfy bed! We will definitely be back!

we had an enjoyable vacation. the unit was very clean, decorated nicely, and was close to the beach, the sea wall entertainment area, and was a very secure complex. the guards at the entrance were super friendly, helpful, and always around. Overall a nice place to stay.

Our stay was fantastic! The space was exactly as pictured, impeccably clean, safe, peaceful and perfectly located for exploring the city. Angie was incredibly kind, and responsive to our messages. She made sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back!

Would stay again. Positives - clear and timely check in/out instructions, clean, covered parking, washer/dryer in unit, plenty of kitchen wares. Great location just outside of Galveston with direct beach access and a decent pool area.
