House was ADORABLE, all the little extras were a great surprise. We all enjoyed the gaming table.

Great stay! We needed a place to stay before our cruise and this house worked out great! TVs worked great and kids loved the garage.

Even after checkout my daughter has car issues and she sent someone to help with her car and let us stay until we resolved all issues. very kind, understanding, and generous.

We had a wonderful visit. The place was charming and comfortable. Very relaxing! The hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had. The beach was so close. It took us only a few minutes to walk there. It was just a great experience. We highly recommend it.

Nice place! The location was close to everything we needed, with a lovely walk to the beach. The deck was large with a great view, perfect for star gazing and watching fireworks on New Year's Eve.

We needed a place to stay for a project that we were completing in Clearlake Shores, we found this great place at a great price and the host were very responsive. Everything was exactly what we expected and more. If the chance arises again, we would definitely will come back out and stay there again!!

Shirley's house is well-situated with lots of great amenities! They've ensured the house had plenty of amenities and the hot tub was amazing! And it is close to both the cruise terminals and the Strand! It was wonderful for our weekend away. A few things to be aware of, these don't detract from the amazing house but are worth noting: 1. The hot water doesn't get very hot (only bothered me as I take hotter showers than my family) and the water pressure is lacking...that said, they added a shower head to help combat the water pressure issues which worked well! 2. The driveway has a pretty significant drop-off. This isn't their fault, we even noticed neighbors adding little bolsters but it could be a problem if you don't pay attention. Ultimately, backing in helped but it's still quite a bump!

We had an amazing stay in such a beautiful beach front home! Everything was neat and clean, and was definitely equipped with what was needed. There were enough towels, blankets, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. For any new visitors, I would just suggest bug spray/mosquito repellent if you plan to BBQ. Overall, we loved the home and everything included. Thank you!

Grace met us outside upon arrival and walked us back to the little house. Parking instructions were easy. Extremely close to the beach, lots of restaurants, and grocery stores. Will return if back in Galveston and highly recommend. Great find for the price!

Great place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood and only a block and a half from the beach and pleasure pier and restaurants.

The unit was exactly as decribed with great view of the pool and beach.

It’s a very cool pad. Everything you need inside. Very close to the beach and all the great eating areas. Just a small trip to downtown. No big deal. Galveston is very small. The beds Here are great. The house is very clean comfortable

I stayed here four years ago and have missed it ever since. I saw a chance to go back and grabbed it, and it was just as great as I remembered. I got into town a little early and Karlsen responded right away that an early check-in was fine. The old place has so much character and anything is easily walkable.

Effective, easy communication. Always prompt responses. The master was super comfy and cozy, cool dark and quite… just how I like it. The games were a nice addition since the weather was very non cooperative for our visit. The facility gym could use an update but this little condo met our needs perfectly. We left well rested. Had the weather been better the beach is just across the street and Walmart is a quick walk across the back street which was nice without a car for breakfast in and quick snacks. Upon returning to this location I would definitely book this place again. Thanks for hosting us!

Amazing Stay at Cozy Conch! We had an incredible time at the Cozy Conch in Galveston, Texas. Our host, Walter, was outstanding—super hospitable, incredibly communicative, and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. The location was just perfect, with private beach access that made our stay truly special. The pool and hot tubs were an absolute delight, offering the perfect relaxation spots after a day at the beach. The Airbnb itself was equipped with everything we needed for a cozy and comfortable stay. Highly recommend Cozy Conch for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway with top-notch hospitality! Each time I visit Galveston I stay in Angie's property. I am very picky about where I stay, and Angie's is my spot. I recommend others consider staying here.

Loved the place, right across the street from the seewal and walking distance to great places to eat. The place was very neat and had all the essentials for alovelystay. Had a great time and will def. come back.

Hadi was an outstanding host! His communication was clear and thorough, making the entire process effortless. I was absolutely blown away by how spotless the place was—it was one of the cleanest spaces I’ve ever stayed in. On top of that, it felt so cozy and inviting, like a true home away from home. Wendy was very responsive and friendly. Exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. Very close to walmart and Kroger. Walking distance to the beach . Very comfortable . some reviews mentioned the Kurig. It worked great.
