Sole's house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It was spotless when we got there and it was nice to find water and some sweet things that got us after the long trip, The location is perfect for touring emerald coast by car and beautiful and easily accessible beaches are very close, Shops of all kinds are 3 min drive Everything was spotless! Thank for having us!

Beautiful house just outside of Sassari. Perfect for our family with 3 children. Very bright spacious rooms, wonderful view of the green valley. great pool with many loungers and seating around the house. great garden with many fruit trees such as kaki and figs. the house is decorated with lots of personal charm and great art. It felt like OUR cottage. Elvira the owner is a very lovely and helpful host. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for these beautiful days.

Great stay in a very cosy and private home. We enjoyed the nature and the quietness of the surroundings. It helped to calm down, especially coming from a big city. Elenora and her mom were very helpful, responding without a very short time. You cannot go wrong with this property and its location.

This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

Our stay was very pleasant in Paola's house, we have everything we need in the house… Beach toys for children, bikes, a magnificent quiet terrace and a very nice outdoor shower when returning from the beach. The village is a 10 min walk or 5 min by bike as well as access to the beach. The largest town Olbia is a 10 min drive to do more shopping and especially enjoy the many restaurants and other activities. I would definitely recommend this place.

Mario's house was simply gorgeous. We had a great time as a family and there was nothing missing. The house is spacious, perfectly equipped and is very quiet with a beautiful view. The ferry arrived late and Mario took care of our meals, he is a great host. He also gave us many great tips for the area. The house and garden are very clean. The bed is super cozy. The WIFI worked excellently. The road to the property was not an issue. It's very and private. We highly recommend the place and Mario as a host and thank you for the wonderful time!

Beautiful spacious apartment with an incredible veranda overlooking Orosei. Just about a 5 minute walk to the town center.

I stayed in this apartment with my 2 children ,everything was that I rarely allocate seen from airbnb as clean and equipped (everything for the basic kitchen,towel available,lots of equipment such as hair dryer washing machine...) Samuel is very responsive if you have any questions, he responds quickly The apartment is in a better quiet place where we can park in the street for free , it is ideally located des store nearby and many beautiful places in Moin 10km . The value for money and exceptional .

Elisabetta welcomed us very warmly. The accommodation is conveniently located in the center . It's spacious and impeccable . The old look of the furniture gives it its charm . We had very useful recommendations and Elisabetta was very flexible on schedules . The only small downside is the sound insulation between the apartments which is not ideal. That said, I highly recommend the place .

Laura's place is on a winery in a beautiful setting. We loved the welcome with 2 bottles of wine from their winery and a well-stocked fridge. Laura is a very kind and helpful hostess. We enjoyed our stay very much and we were able to relax very well. A clear recommendation from us!

Antoinette’s place in Cala Gonone was fantastic. The town has plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets with delicious local foods. Antoinette was a great host, welcoming us with helpful tips on what to see and do. The Airbnb was spotless, well-equipped for cooking, and when we asked for a new pan, she provided one immediately. The view from the apartment was stunning! The only small downside is that it's close to the main road, so light sleepers may hear the occasional late-night scooter if the windows are open. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended!

Wonderful stay with sea views and fantastic beaches The property offers fantastic views of the sea and you can walk to the beach in a few minutes. Particularly beautiful are the private coves nearby, which are perfect for relaxing. A small, hearty cafe right on the beach invites you to linger. Snorkeling was a real highlight – there are an incredible amount of fish to discover, and water is crystal clear. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday! Maria Teresa was friendly and very helpful as always. Thank you for a great stay.

The house is well located, a few minutes walk from the beach and close to the necessary amenities, for example a convenience store, bar and restaurants, right next door. If you are on foot, as in my case, from Olbia you can get by bus with a change in Siniscola, the Caletta and Posada, the nearest centers, can be reached by bus, 25 minutes walk to La Caletta. The veranda outside is pleasant, the apartment is equipped with everything that is indicated in the listing. I was alone, I stayed here for 9 days and I had a very good time. Luna was welcoming and available for directions. I'd love to come back and stay longer. Thank you for everything!

We felt right at home, the environment was extremely welcoming and well cared for. An oasis of peace and tranquility with the noise of the sea in the background. Very spacious and perfect spaces for both a couple's or family's vacation or one with friends. Giuliana and her husband were extremely helpful and welcoming to us. I really enjoyed the experience and would love to do it again in the future.

A lovely and perfect clean house, the garden is perfect in shape. You can feel the love the owners put into the place. There is a very good beach 800m down the road. 1,5km down the road you find osalla beach that is better for very small kids that can‘t swim. A pier is protecting from the waves here. In Orosei you can find everything you need. Very helpful and friendly hosts

What an awesome house! We loved our stay there.

The absolutely ingenious thing about the villa is the view. Just beautiful at any time of the day! We spent 1 week in the villa together with another family and the lot of space (inside and outside) is a huge added value! The pool is not heated, which makes it not so usable in October, depending on the weather. In general, it is advisable to take duck socks/sweater with you for spring/October, as the villa is not heated and it is on the wind-exposed side. Getting there by car is a bit of a challenge at the beginning, as the access to the villa is very narrow. We would definitely return!

We stayed at Micheles villa for 10 nights in early October. The property is really amazing. The house is separated in two floors. Ground floor: large kitchen-living room with dining table for 8 people + sofa area. Front garden with covered table for 8 people + couch landscape. This is adjacent to a large lawn. In addition, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor with washing machine/dryer as well as two bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms (1x shower, 1x huge bathtub). 1st floor: two bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms + small kitchenette. The 1st floor is only accessible via a separate entrance via outside. In the backyard is a large pool as well as the barbecue area with another table. The backyard can also be reached from the front but also via the bedroom doors on the ground floor. House is very clean, everything you need. Michele super accessible. Only disadvantage: quite few restaurants open in low season and many mosquitoes with us.

A stunning few days in the mountains with friends. We had five couples across the five bedrooms which all had their own bathroom. The villa itself is beautiful, and the view from the pool of the mountains is gorgeous. The whole place is spacious, clean and thoughtfully decorated. The delicious wines on the wall were an added bonus! We also went to an amazing local restaurant which was only a 4 minute drive away. Easy 25 minute drive to Cala Ganone for hiring a boat and seeing the crystal clear water. The lovely groundskeeper gave us fresh eggs from the chickens when he took out the bins and cleaned the pool each morning. Would definitely stay again :) The perfect secluded spot for a getaway with friends!!

Marco and family were wonderful hosts with great tips and a nice place to stay. We didn't lack anything.
