Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

My place is very close to the town center and just a 10-minute walk to the beach. It is suitable for couples (there are no bunk beds), families and those who do not want to use the car. It is air-conditioned (hot and cold) and equipped with all comforts for a comfortable vacation.

The apartment can accommodate 4 people. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, where there is a double sofa bed where 2 people can comfortably sleep, a double bedroom for two other people and a bathroom. The apartment is on the first floor and is about 50 sqm in size.
