We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy charm—perfect for our small Christmas gathering. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a festive and comfortable getaway!

The house has amazing views of Departure Bay and is surrounded by beautiful trees. Access to the beach is easy. The house is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the amazing sunrises, the picturesque islands, and the passing boats and ferries.

It was an amazing place, peaceful and spacious. First dog friendly place that I have been to that also provided towels and blankets for the dogs. The host Scott was very easy to reach out to, quick to respond and always did his best to make our stay enjoyable. The tour of the farm was fun and meeting the ducks was awesome. I would highly recommend and if we do go to Parksville again this will be our number 1 choice to stay again.

Sharon was wonderful from start to finish and the place was perfect for our little weekend friend getaway. The house is beautiful, conveniently located, and we thought even better than described. Everyone had such wonderful things to say. Thank you Sharon for hosting us! Five stars in all regards.

Excellent little gem! Private and tucked into the forest with great parking. Local boutique shops, including an amazing coffee shop, and services just 1km away. I found several local parks with extensive trails to walk my cats! What a beautiful part of the world, the coastal forests are truly enchanted I can’t wait for an opportunity to return!

Beautiful Getaway! Our family of 5 (2 adults, 5-year-old, 1-year-old, small dog) spent American Thanksgiving week at Carley's place on Pender Island and had an amazing and relaxing week of family time. The house is even more unique (in the best possible way) than the pictures show, the views are amazing, and the kids spent days just exploring the space. We hiked each day, explored the island, and enjoyed the sunsets and fireplace. The hosts are communicative, and the place has all the amenities you could need. 10/10 would recommend and hope to come back again!

Such a great location, just a couple blocks from many shops and restaurants, and only a short walk from the beach. The house was well appointed with snacks and drinks which we appreciated! The solarium room was our group’s favorite. The lower unit is as mentioned not for the tall folks but it was cozy enough and worked for sleeping.

Wonderful place to stay near Rathtrevor Beach. Matt’s place was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we could have needed.

An older home with lots of character...it exceeded our expectations! Well maintained and very spacious. Lots of room for guests to mingle or to find a quiet spot of their own. Our group of 7 women appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, the comfy beds and the many bathrooms. And it was good fun having "our own" indoor, heated pool and hot tub. Located in the middle of the island, the property provided a great home base from which to explore Gabriola. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Janie's place to friends and family, and I hope to return someday soon.

We had a great 3-night stay at Bonnie and Dave's place. We enjoyed the peaceful rural setting, the hot tub, and the outdoor fire pit. Bonnie and Dave even let us put up our tent in front of the Airbnb, so that my husband and son could have a bit of a "camping" experience--something our son had wanted to do all summer. The kitchen was well-equipped for making family meals, and we appreciated Bonnie's freshly baked muffins, eggs, and other food she left for us. The location of the Airbnb worked well for a fun day trip to Salt Spring Island via the Crofton ferry, being only a 15-20 minute drive from Crofton, and it was only about a 40-minute drive from the Kinsol Trestle section of the Cowichan Valley Trail, which we enjoyed biking along. Bonnie, Dave, and their dog, Sawyer, were away during our stay, so we didn't get to meet them on this visit, but they were always prompt, helpful, and friendly with all their communications. My stay at Bill's property was nothing short of amazing. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity I could have asked for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, communication was seamless, Bill was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The view from the property was absolutely breathtaking, making every morning and evening feel special. We had a great time at this air bnb. We could really tell that there was a lot of thoughtfulness that went into the place, in the furnishings, amenities, and - something people often overlook - safety! There was a sign from the city stating that it was a legal suite and there were flashlights by the light switches in case of an emergency. I also really appreciated that it was pet friendly and very clean. Thanks!

great spot for a family getaway. very dog friendly with a big fenced backyard. well designed with individual bathrooms in each suite.

The suite is a gem, beautiful views, so quiet and very comfortable. Exactly what my wife and I were looking for from an weekend escape. There were 2 huge thick beds for our dogs, and because we doubled up with the ones we brought, they thought they had gone to heaven - in fact they don't often settle in new places, but they immediately relaxed. Bathroom was spotless with quality supplies . And the kitchen facilities were sufficient for me to prepare and deliver a 3 course meal. Lots of great hiking within 10 mins drive and easy access to the restaurants and shops in Gibsons. Already tried to book it again, and we will be back for sure.

A great little getaway! Huge backyard, fully fenced which my dogs loved and a wood burning stove which made for a cozy and peaceful stay. Zoran was very responsive and gave great instructions so I could go exploring! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!!

We have stayed here multiple times and always love it. Beautiful views, lots of space, and great hosts. We were there during a terrible storm, which knocked power out on the whole island. Erika and Rob were super helpful and responsive and helped us get the generator going so we had all the essential power we needed. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I stayed at Kenny’s Airbnb for two nights, and we had a great stay. The suite was clean and tidy, and the location was great as well. When we arrived at Kenny’s on the first night, we met two family members outside; they were putting up lights. They were friendly and welcoming.
