Great stay at this place. We were a group of 6 friends (incl couples) in the regions for a days to attend a wedding. Good location to explore the Marche region. Quiet and peaceful location. Corresponds exactly to the pictures and description, clean. Good price and layout for large groups. Breathtaking view from the outdoor area. Reactive and welcoming host

The house is in a quiet area, equipped with everything , great outdoor space with a hot tub and barbecue .

This spacious, well-appointed apartment offers a safe, secure sanctuary in a great location with easy walking access to the marina, the historical centre, tourist sights, shopping and services. The hosts were always easily accessible and available to assist with any requirement. We only wish that we could have stayed and enjoyed the view for longer!

Great Villa in the Ravenna Italian countryside. Fresh grapes on the vines. Comfortable and quiet. You need a car but beautiful countryside. Good air conditioner in each bedroom and cozy patio. Highly recommended.

The place is really nice and comfortable. The garden is beautiful and the sorroundings too. Peaceful.

Claudia's apartment was great. Everything was as described. A large balcony. Clean and well-equipped. Coffee and tea available when you arrive. Very good welcome from Claudia who is very friendly and always responds to messages very quickly. Apartment is located 2 steps from the beach. Large sand beach. Parking space. City bike available for strolling through Cervia, and it's lovely. You can get everywhere by bike, even shopping. Supermarket at 5 minutes. On Cervia for Ironman, the apartment is 1.5 km from the departure. Which is great because it is nearby but quiet and far from the hustle and bustle. Recommended Claudia's place.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Laura was always very helpful, both during the reservation and during the days of accommodation. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and, as written in the description, close to the center of Misano and above all to the free beach. I'll be back!

Giacomo is a great host and his apartment is very comfortable and clean, there are everything what you need for small term stay, I highly recomend!
