Hello everyone, welcome to the best place in Kyoto. It is quiet and convenient for you to relax. Then our staff can speak Chinese and English! It took us two years to find this quiet building with an elevator, and then another year of good faith negotiations with the landlord to convince him to buy this building, which is really a Japanese building, and you can directly experience 100% of the daily life of the Japanese people! We thoughtfully decorated more than a dozen rooms in this building into different unique styles. The themes of each room were handmade and painted by us. On average, we can open a new room for an average of more than a month. We're also thrilled that Airbnb's three accounts have received more than 300 five-star Superhost reviews, and because we choose our bedding with great care, many of our customers say our beds are great to sleep in! We also care about cleaning, and we know that cleaning and cleaning outsourcing is the cheapest, but we don't feel the care and temperature, so our room is completely cleaned with our utmost care. Most of the good airbnb accommodation in a good location in Kyoto does not have an elevator, especially the old Machiya. Sometimes we travel with our parents and children. We have been through the hard work of our trip and have to carry our luggage and climb stairs to the upstairs room. I hope everyone is happy and safe to travel. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Kyoto. The room was spacious for three people, very clean, and modern, just as shown in the photos on the website. It’s located in a peaceful neighborhood with 24-hour convenience stores nearby, and just a 7-8 minutes short walk from the Gojo metro station, making it convenient for us. The traditional Tatami beds were surprisingly comfortable. The kitchen was clean and roomy, and the washing machine with an effective clothes drying system in the bathroom was convenient. The host was very responsive and accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in upon request. We highly recommend this Airbnb for a lovely and comfortable stay in Kyoto.

Sumi makes sure I do not want for anything. the river is a block away, Keihan train is a few minute walk. I look forward to my next stay.

We stayed in the Gion House Upper Level and it was a great home away from home in Kyoto. The location is perfect: the street it's on is calm and private but it is just a few minutes walk away from many great restaurants in a charming old district of Kyoto. The house maintains the aesthetic of a past era while incorporating a small modern kitchen and a tidy bathroom. There are two bedrooms, one with a comfortable western-style bed and one in Japanese style on the floor, both with nice white bedding. Curtis and team were great to work with and very helpful and responsive when needed. This is a great spot to feel like you live in Kyoto!
