The place was like it was described. Within a few miles from groceries and some restaurants. The host is very helpful, responsive, and easy to talk with. I would recommend this place. I extended may stay while I'm working in the area.

My family & I had an amazing stay at Roberta & Chris’s basement apartment! From the moment we’ve arrived, we felt right at home. The space was beautifully designed, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment itself was cozy, private, and well-equipped, making it the perfect retreat. The bed was super comfortable, and the little touches around the space made it feel extra special. My family & I also enjoyed the deer sightseeing. The location was great, very private and quiet! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

We were relocating to the area and needed a place to stay. This place was absolutely perfect for our needs. We felt right at home. It has absolutely everything you need and everything you don't think you'll need. We enjoyed how clean and tidy the house was especially after driving 30 hours and staying at various hotels. James was very helpful, responsive and respectful. The home was located in the perfect area for our house hunting. Thank you for allowing us to be in your home!

Definitely a hidden gem. The house was amazing. It was very easy to get to. It had plenty of room and amenities. Being able to use the fire pit on a chilly Georgia night was perfect. I honestly I wish I could’ve stayed longer. This will be my go to rental when I am in the Atlanta area.

Jordan is an amazing host. She was very responsive and kind. There was a small issue with the sleeping arrangements with one of the toddlers on the trip and instead of saying tough luck, she fixed the problem right away. Hospitable, friendly, and proactive are some of the words I would use to describe Jordan! Very great place to stay when visiting Atlanta!

We had a great experience. We met with two of the Porters Brothers and they were easy to work with. They accommodated each of us with early check in and late check out. Perfect location to shopping, dining and entertainment. We will recommend this property. Perfect spacious private property. Thanks Porter Brothers for hosting us.

Peter's place was hands down the most accommoted place I've ever stayed at. He provided plenty of toiletries and extra towels, garbage bags, etc so that I didn't need to go purchase any of the sort. There was a plethora of entertainment equipment for all streaming platforms, all of which had detailed instructions on how to access them. Peter was a very responsive host and seemed dedicated to making sure our stay was above and beyond. I truly felt like I was a guest of Peter and not just an Airbnb customer.
