Vacation rentals with a balcony in Fulton County

The place was absolutly beautiful! Clean and exactly like the photos shown. Host was also very accommodating and fast responsive to check in times and offered a late checkout for a small fee. The front desk also did a great job checking you in and going over details. Definitely plan to book again the next time I come to atlanta!

We booked a room on thru Vrbo and they literally canceled right as we pulled up and had to book a room ASAP. Nancy and David made sure we were all set by time we checked. This place was so beautiful, comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend this place. Thank you so much for everything.

Liz and Gary were excellent with communication and their home was perfect for a family getaway. The kids LOVED the pool. The location is walkable to a wonderful coffee shop. Everything is so close to the house. The beds and pillows were super comfortable! The home was clean and spacious. Having the washer/dryer was so helpful and meant we didn’t have to pack as much. There is so much to do in Atlanta and my kids are already begging to go back and stay at the same house.

Felt like a home away from home. Fantastic host and lovely house. So thoughtful that we didnt even have to pull out the device chargers in any room. Everything so thoughtfully provided. And the linen! We had no shortage of towels or napkins. Kitchen was so nice for us to hang out with the kids and have our drinks and meals. We are definitely making this our Atlanta home. This was a good space! Plenty of room for a ton of people. The hosts were very clear and helpful when communicating. It is a little hard to tell on the listing based on the pictures but there is a bedroom on the 3rd floor with a queen and a queen bunk bed and 3 bedrooms on the second floor. I only mention this because when booking some of the rooms look very similar or like the same room with different decorations. Hope that info helps others when planning. The only thing that was no great is that the house doesn’t have great circulation of air for heating coverage. Some rooms get very hot and other remain very cold if it is cold outside; nothing uncommon in an older house of course. So just know that you’ll have to sleep with all of the interior doors open for the air to circulate unless some people in your group are ok with sleeping in a sauna and the others in the attic circle while only being separated by a door.

My husband and I and two small children loved our stay at this home! It was just as described with everything we needed for our three night stay. We had so much fun feeding and interacting with the llamas and alpacas! They were friendly and gentle with our children and loved all the carrot and apple treats! The girls did not want to leave our “llama home!” 10/10 would recommend this Airbnb and would love staying here again!

Was a little skeptic to book this property cuz I had never booked an Airbnb bfr. The place looked exactly as pictures. Very clean. Neighbourhood felt shady at first but everyone was minding their business. One thing when we entered the driveway there was very bad smell of weed which we later realised came from a guy who had passed by. There was a mini Mart nearby which I absolutely won’t recommend to go to cuz people were buying drugs nearby. It says the driveway can hold two cars but idk how cuz my midsize SUV could barely fit had to park it closer to the trash cans area. The sheets in the attached bathroom room need changing cuz they felt really rough. But it was worth the money. The location is 11 mnts from downtown atl and is actually close to all tourist attractions so perfect for a family vacation. I was scared to book this place at first but tbh it’s really great if you’re going with family. The host is chill as well

I enjoyed having a stay with Erin. The place was clean and ready for my party to check in and become acquainted with the home. She responded quickly and helpfully as our issues were resolved. We appreciate the hospitality and will book again!!!
