Christian is a very nice friendly host. Appartment is clean and quiet and spacious. you can walk to the beach. we didn't care so much for the city but we were able to visit around from there.

Enrique’s apartment has a beautiful interior, is tastefully decorated and has a stunning view from the large terrace. It is equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We ate in the apartment a couple of times and the kitchen provided everything we needed. Enrique was a great host. He was very welcoming and left us a bottle of cava, waters and fruits which was very kind. He was always responsive and kept in touch about our arrival time so he was there when we arrived which made us confident to find the apartment in the dark. We had no problems but if we had, we are confident Enrique would have helped us. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

We stayed in Lorena's apartment for 16 days and felt very comfortable there. It was very clean and nothing was missing. The communication and check-in was friendly and without problems. We will be happy to come back.

Superbly located within walking distance of the sea. It doesn't have much in the village itself, but you need everything. Great spending point for the whole island.

We spent a great week in Doug appartment, it is very well located, next to the beach, restaurants and shops. The appartment was very well equiped and we enjoyed the swimming pool ! I recommend this place!

We loved our time spent here!!! The terrace is absolutely amazing! Clean, comfortable and just like the photos! So many places to walk to, easy parking, ice cold aircon and hot water. Only suggestion would be some basic staples: salt & pepper, olive oil, paper towels etc for the kitchen. Everything else was absolutely perfect and we would gladly recommend this to anyone!

Eva’s communication set air BNB newbies minds at rest. Villa Kenia was really well appointed, close to local amenities and perfect for our family holiday. Eva gave us assistance with airport transfers and made us feel very welcome. Playa Blanca is a brilliant resort with lots of lovely dining options at the harbour as well as further into town. I loved the washing machine. I’ve come home with barely any washing to do. I cannot recommend villa Kenia enough and have personally recommended to my friends and family.

You hardly want to say it, because it reduces the chances of coming back to this wonderful place, but as soon as we entered the house, it was clear to all of us. We are coming back here. Simply wonderful and tastefully great location. Great amenities, a six out of five

We stayed 9 days at Mariana's place, with our kids aged 2 and 4. The house is beautiful, with sea view. The place is quiet and peaceful, a grocery store nearby, the heated pool and the outdoor sea view bed is a real plus. A dream vacation

The location of the house is unbeatable, a 5-minute walk from the beach and 1 minute from the main street with access to all the shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The house is very well equipped, both the bathroom and kitchen and bedrooms, and on a very quiet and peaceful street, The experience was really good, and recommended, Benjamin was quick to respond and helpful.

Once again, a fantastic stay. Good outdoor space, sun in the downstairs space until midday, then on the upstairs terrace for the rest of the day. House was spotlessly clean, plenty of towels. Quiet side road even though it's only 200 metres from the main road. Teresa and Massimo are very friendly and respectful hosts. Looking forward to returning. Thank you both 😊

An incredibly fun and surprisingly arranged house! All spaces are adjacent to an indoor patio, and there is a nice roof terrace. A very lovely place to stay! We really liked that the house is in the middle of a place, within walking distance of the sea and various restaurants. Not much touristy. We really liked this, living among mostly locals.

Friendly communicative hosts with a beautiful house so close to the airport and the capital. Just convenient to get to some shopping restaurants and beach. Situated centrally - it is easy to get to both north and south parts of the island. The place is clean and has everything for a comfortable stay. The area is peaceful and there is free parking in front of the House. Happy to recommend.

What a gem of an apartment! Right next to the beach but so private at the same time. The outside space is perfect and inside has all that you need. Super comfortable beds and the most beautiful bed linen. In a lovely resort with everything on your doorstep. The sunrises at the beach are spectacular. Definitely one to return to. Thanks Andrew for a fabulous stay.

We are going back next year. The apartment had everything we needed, is tastefully furnished, well laid out and the roof terrace is superb, South facing with full sun all day but has a lovely shaded area when you’ve had enough! The only slight negative is there is quite a lot of building work going on in El Cotillo right now so expect a bit of noise through until about June 26 when the construction is completed. It won’t stop us going back to this apartment next year though !!! Daniella was superb to deal with and my wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday! El Cotillo is a fabulous chilled out very Spanish resort, exactly what keeps us coming back. If you have never visited I would suggest a car is necessary to make the most of the surrounding area. The lagoons area towards the lighthouse is some of the most tranquil sunbathing you could enjoy anywhere ! Steps beach is also amazing, head for heights required though !

a spectacular host,considering what we needed. She gave us recommendations on where to go to dinner when we arrived and it was great. The great apartment, very spacious, we loved the bar in the kitchen and took advantage of the patio for dinner as a family. The only thing I found is the blind or dark curtain in the room that overlooks the patio, but I'm annoyed by the clarity, but for everything else great, we will definitely repeat as soon as we can. Beautiful apartment, lovely surroundings. Hosts were very kind and responsive to questions. We arrived very late due to flight delay and Mateus thoughtfully had bought a pizza and beer as all the restaurants and shops were closed. Apartment is close to amenities and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Best apartment we've stayed in and we have been in El Cotillo about 7 times.
