Ludek’s apartment met all my expectations. With an excellent location - right in the heart of the city, it was easy to walk around, and there was always something to do and see nearby. The room has a super comfortable bed and a private bathroom that’s just as spacious as the bedroom itself. The host and staff were available for anything we needed and always responsive. In short, excellent location, clean, and comfortable — definitely recommend this place

Great location, great location, great for visiting the city

Located in the city of Cesky Kromlov, a World Heritage Site.The outside is a historic building, but the room has the latest equipment in it. The shower and full kitchen are new, very easy to use and clean. There is plenty of power in the room. The sheets were clean and the pillows were great enough to take them home with them. It is a hotel where couples and families can stay with peace of mind.

This was my second time staying here. Cesky Krumlov is a magical space. This room was warm & conveniently located. We received discounts in the store downstairs & the proprietors ordered a cab for us when we were ready to head back to the train station. Thank you for everything.

We enjoyed the apartment with the great view of nature. The equipment is good and the decor cozy and tasteful. A small train station is within walking distance. A ski slope is right on site. During the winter months, snow chains are recommended.

Beautiful accommodation, fully equipped and stylishly furnished apartment (I especially appreciate deer). Large garden with lots of activities for children, comfortable seating outside and on the balcony. Warm and welcoming hosts. There is little storage space for a larger family, but again, there are two bathrooms. The extra bed is not quite comfortable. Otherwise, completely satisfied, we highly recommend it!
