Mona’s place is perfectly located in the heart of Downtown, just steps away from fantastic restaurants and less than half a mile from the vibrant art district. The home was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished, and very well maintained. Mona was an exceptional host—proactive, thoughtful, and always quick to respond. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and her hospitality truly made our stay extra special. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for comfort, convenience, and a top-notch Airbnb experience.

We stayed for two nights to celebrate our son's 13th birthday, along with several of his friends (also 13-yr-old boys). They absolutely loved the amenities the home had to offer, playing all the games and using the hot tub and sauna. They also loved the upstairs casino area. The home was clean and comfortable, and Jesus went out of his way to accommodate our requests (including an early check-in and temporarily removing one item in particular (the dancing pole) that we felt was not as appropriate for young teenage boys). We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for an updated place located close to downtown Dallas. Although we were there with teenagers, the amenities the home offers would absolutely be entertaining for adult guests as well. Jesus was available and very responsive from the time we booked until the day we checked out. We very much appreciate Jesus for hosting us, and we would gladly stay in this home or any of his properties again.

great place room for the whole family. the first floor mother in law suite was great for my mom because of the stairs. the kids loved the pool only regret we didn't stay longer and maybe a little later check out time but we made it out by 10am. over all highly recommend.

As someone who travels very often, I’m so thankful for hosts that allow last minute accommodations! The communication with the host was so kind and helpful. The home is extremely spacious, comfortable, and has an amazing vibe. I will definitely be back!

After a terrible experience at another Airbnb, we were so lucky to find Paul's place. It was amazing! The rooms were spotless, and the whole house smelled clean as soon as we walked in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and Paul even left snacks for the kids and a bottle of wine for us – such a thoughtful touch! The pool was warm enough for the kids to swim in, even at night, and Paul turned on the hot tub as soon as we asked. He was incredibly responsive and provided everything we needed right away. He was also very understanding, and we felt right at home. It was such a fun place with all the games provided for us, indoors and outdoors – my kids had a blast! We'd definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at my favorite Airbnb in all of Dallas for a short trip, and I can't recommend it enough! This charming space is perfect for 3-5 day getaways. While there isn't a full kitchen, the mini fridge and microwave in the bedroom were more than sufficient for my needs. One of the highlights of my stay was the mini sauna—what a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring the city! The entire place is very quirky, very artfully decorated with the host's own art works in a modern 3-story condo, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. The bedroom is compact, making it ideal for two people, and I loved having a dedicated hallway bathroom just for the room. The host was so kind and accommodating, even allowing me to use her own personal smoothie blender during my stay, which made my mornings even better. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Dallas, this Airbnb is a gem! I can't wait to return for my next trip!

The hosts were absolutely amazing! Responsive and always followed up promptly. They went above the norms by attending to my concerns. The only downside - which is just me because I have multiple children - is the distance from the valet only and the overwhelming number of homeless people surrounding the property. I think security does a very good job here though- so that’s the bright side. The valet was very courteous and accommodating but you do have to stress that they keep a close eye on your car key because it gets super busy. I can see how mix up can occur. This property really came in clutch for the multi - tournaments we had to do with the kids. I’d give the unit and host 5 stars for sure !!

I stayed at this Airbnb for 9 weeks and had an amazing experience! The location is absolutely perfect—super walkable and close to tons of great restaurants, cafes, and workout studios (Barry’s is just around the corner & Solidcore is a 4 min drive!). The space itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and really well thought out. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the huge closet was such a bonus for a longer stay. The hosts were always responsive, helpful, and incredibly kind throughout my entire stay. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and stylish place in a fantastic neighborhood!
