Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Freshwater Beach

Kathryn' s place is a stunning period home with beautiful finishes and furniture. I have abit of house envy :) Unfortunately it was raining during our stay so we weren't able to take advantage of the beautiful outside gardens and teraces, but there was than enough space for everyone to spread out inside. The only thing I would point out is that street parking is only 2 hours during week days, but there is longer parking by the station. Great transport links to the city and a wonderful neighbourhood.

Exceptionally clean and beautiful accommodation with everything one might need! We were super happy and would come back without hesitation. Such a nice area with many cafes in walking distance and a lot of green around, super quiet and cosy. Thanks a lot for everything, Mery!

The communication with the host was smooth, and they were very kind. It’s a perfect place for a quiet and peaceful family vacation. While there were quite a few ants indoors, it wasn’t an issue as long as no food scraps were left inside. Our dog absolutely loved the place as well.

Our 3rd stay for 5 weeks was another unqualified success. It’s a quiet and peaceful area within 20 minutes walk of Warringah Golf course and 20 minutes to to North Manly. Clive and Terese are extremely friendly and approachable.The beds are comfortable and the compact kitchen has everything we needed including dishwasher and clothes dryer.We plan to return next year.

What a fantastic house to stay in for our family holiday! This accommodation is in walkable distance from the centre of Newtown, many public transport services and is surrounded by great parking! This is a great stay for families as there’s so much around to do and there is more than enough room throughout the house. Phou was an amazing host & we couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Great communication whenever we needed to get in touch. Super responsive & quick! Highly recommended!! Will definitely be looking out for this house when we come back to Sydney next!! ❤️

Kim’s place is so spacious and large with all the amenities and bits and pieces available, such as shampoo and cleaning supplies. Kim was very responsive and accommodating to our needs - letting us check out late. Kim is a very kind host and the place is great for a few days stay! It’s private to access and is in a good location close to cafes and parks. Definitely recommend!

I had an amazing stay at Stephen’s house. Everything was as shown in the pictures. The location is great with the beach, cafes, restaurantes and a supermarket all within a 5-minute walk. 100% would recommend!

Curl Curl is one of the best beaches in Sydney. The view of it from the house is incredible! We really enjoyed our stay, and had plenty of space for our large family. We loved the extra touches, like comfortable sitting places on the veranda. We love music, so finding bluetooth speakers available to connect to and listen was - for us - a very thoughtful touch. The location was great too. If you want to spend your days on the beach, this house is the perfect launching point. Besides Curl Curl, it is a short drive to Freshwater Beach, where you'll find loads of restaurants and shops (and another incredible beach). Having a nice pool was another big bonus for us. Our kids never want to leave the beach, but it's easy to convince them to head home, if we have a pool to offer them. We were sad to leave but know we'll be back for sure.

stayed for a week and it was very comfortable. no issues regarding the smoke alarm as people have previously suggested, as long as you open the window and the hood everything’s fine. other than that, its strategically located just 5 mins away from the museum station. definitely would recommend this place to everyone.

The two nights we stayed we didn’t spend a lot of time at the unit except to sleep so didn’t use the pool/gym.For our purposes of staying it was close to where we needed to be and therefore met our needs.

Conveniently located near Spit Bridge this was a quiet, private and very nicely set out apartment. Perfect for a few days in Sydney without the turmoil of inner city traffic. Bus stops are nearby for those who want to venture further without driving

Cozy place with a cottage feel. The hosts thought of everything - all you need is in the unit. We enjoyed the quiet area and the green surroundings. Short walk up the hill to neutral bay shops and restaurants. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Kind people. Overall great stay.

I've stayed in a few apartments in Manly and this one, by far, has been my favourite! Lucy and Andy made me feel welcome right away. The apartment is so thoughtfully put together, absolutely beautiful, super clean and includes everything you might need. The provided breakfast items were such a lovely added bonus and I was always happy to have a little chat with Lucy & Andy. I very much hope to come back soon.

Property perhaps a bit tired. But the views and ocean sounds more than made up for it. We were on the top floor so had fantastic views. Worth getting up early for the sunrise , quite spectacular. We used buses whilst there bus stop right outside, very convenient. Thank you Robert and Jacqueline for you quick responses and the goody basket.

There were 4 adults who stayed there. It was a fabulous condo and a great location. We enjoyed our time in Sydney. Steve was a great host.

Awesome stay at Brendan’s place. It’s just across from Central train station, and easily walkable to great food and shops. The condo had everything we needed and more. The arcade games were a fun touch!

A truly lovely place in walking distance to the beautiful Coogee Beach! The best AirBnb we've stayed in as a family of five - lots of toys for our little ones to play with, and they loved the bunks and cave room. Transportation on buses and the lightrail (only a 10-15 minute walk) was easy to navigate, and Penny was friendly and always quick to respond when we had questions. Sydney is a really great city for adults and kids alike, and we've already recommended Penny's place to several of our friends. Thanks, Penny!

Such a beautiful setting and well appointed little apartment which had everything we needed. Emily & David were available and responsive when we needed them but also very conscious of our privacy. Very comfortable space, super clean and there was even a cheese platter & bubbles in the fridge for our arrival along with breakfast supplies. Well thought out set up for their guests. Great place & comfy bed. Amazing location, right on the beach. Worth every penny.

This studio apartment is perfectly placed in the middle of down town. Shop till you drop plus Restaurants and coffee shops galore. Within walking distance to all tourist attractions in the downtown core. Al is very accommodating and had many extras not mentioned in his ad.
