It honestly might be perfect… Serene setting with simple yet thoughtfully done aesthetics inside and out. Pretty much every detail has been considered from linens to utensils to lighting to landscaping. Very comfortable with lots of touches that match the beach setting. Cherelle and Ross seemed like great people to boot. Couldn’t have been happier with my stay.

A great location. Easy walk into Mt Eliza Village with lots of great shops, cafes and supermarkets. Very close to the beach and a short drive to Mornington. Easy access to the Mornington Peninsula. Washer and dryer were very handy. Very quiet complex

We had a fantastic stay at Amber’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the main drag Ocean Beach road and the beach! Amber was a great host, providing clear communication and thoughtful touches like. The bed was super comfortable, and we especially loved the backyard! Wonderful for a family stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento!

A really lovely location to escape away to the beach for a weekend. Fantastic location with very easy stroll to the beach and local restaurants, etc - best bit is not only is it fantasticly close to everything you want, but it also just far enough away that you get to enjoy the peace and quiet away from the main strip. The hosts were fantastic and gave excellent instructions making it easy to find and simple to get in and keep secure, and really loved the 1pm check-in time. Thank you!

Lovely stay for two families for five nights. House was well set up with plenty of beds. Only downside was we had some young babies who woke early and sound travelled very well in the early hours. Other than that though the house was perfect for us. Great spot. Walking distance to the surf beach (not the flag beach), cafe close by. Pub walking distance. Would stay again!

Frank was great to communicate with and very accommodating, even with last-minute changes. Frank's home is wonderful, spacious and very clean. The Balcony is to die for, and I wrote a chapter for my next book on the swinging chair. The only slight disappointment was that the pool is actually a pond. You can dip in it, but it is not for swimming laps it is relatively small and full of fish. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life, endlessly quiet, beautiful sunrises from the comfort and warmth of your bed.

The property was private, cozy, and absolutely beautiful—with tons of natural light that made it feel so warm and welcoming. The location was perfect too: peaceful and secluded, but just a short drive to local shops and great restaurants. There were ponies, which added such a charming touch to the whole experience. Elaine was a fantastic host—super responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a relaxing getaway.

My extended family had a perfect weekend at Tyrone Tides. Kristie was very responsive and helpful. The house is very functional for a large families, comprising a great sized open plan kitchen, lounge room and dining room. Four good sized adult bedrooms, a kids bedroom and a dedicated games room, and to top it all off, it is a very easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already rebooked for another stay. Thanks Kristie!

This was a perfect getaway for our family Easter. The man cave was great for our family to hangout together. It is next level! Walks to Coronet Bay, Settlement Point, The Boat Ramp and for coffee to Fig and Bay are right at the end of the street. This property is really secure for pets and caters for anything your dog could need. Thanks

We totally enjoyed our stay ! A lovely setting - private and peaceful with a short walk to Diamond bay beach! We loved the outdoor shower and balcony setting! Very comfy and clean but a small suggestion would be to provide recycling and compost bins! We'd love to return in the summer! Thanks for having us!

We stayed 2 nights in this magnificent home and didn't want to leave. From the moment we walked through the door our jaws dropped. The views were breathtaking from every window. Barry’s place is exactly as pictured and has many comfy touches for a fantastic beach stay. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and the house itself is very comfortable with two bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen with quality cooking pans and everything you’ll need to easily self cater. We stayed during a very hot weekend and the west facing bedrooms were very warm, but the living room does have ac. The backyard is fenced for a dog (supervised) and great for little people and dogs to explore. Would love to stay again.

Michael place was an amazing hideaway in the middle of lots of bushes. We checked in after sunset so it was dark although we could hear the sound of waves hitting the shore clearly. Next morning the view was spectacular, the firepit is an great, cozy addition. Amenities were all as described. Little thoughtful touches within the house makes it more beautiful. Just suggestion to take along paper towel roll, chux & facial tissues as they weren't available & the closest IGA was just a 9min drive. Also, we had to find the closet that had towels, they weren't kept on the bed or in the bathroom. Wonderful place, cozy firepit, comfy beds & amazing host.

Having the whole family together in the one house was great. The house was very comfortable and clean. Close enough to cowes to go to big supermarkets but there is a little market and pub around the corner with everything you need. Back yard was great area for BBQ and relaxing. Our hosts were available via message to help with and questions we had. There is so much to do on Phillip Island. Such a lovely place to spend time.
