Would give this place more stars if I could, very good location, place felt like home. Bryan and his wife were very very friendly and helpful, and gave us a lot of recommendations and information on activities in the area Definitely a great experience I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Cañon city!

This space was an absolute gem! We came to town for a wedding and this fit the bill perfectly! The large living and kitchen allowed us to cook meals and have plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 kids. The toys for the kiddos was a huge hit! When we come back to visit family this will always be our go to place!

Rebecca took great care of us. the space was exactly as advertised and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware and utensils we needed, excellent quality too. I really appreciated that, I hat cooking with cheap junk. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place in Salida! The trail to downtown was right behind the house, the yard was perfect for our dogs and the kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook. would come back!

What a charming house in a great location! House is walking distance from downtown area and close to a park. I’m glad we were told about the dog park location since we had our dog with us. Karen was very responsive upon check in and we appreciated hearing back from her so quickly. Thank you for opening up your home to us. We would definitely consider staying again.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The beds and pillows were fantastic. Best AirBNB in that department. The water pressure was good and there was enough hot water for 4 girls to have back to back hot showers. You can’t even say that for hotels anymore. These were excellent hosts who answered questions swiftly and kindly. This house was perfect for our little Christmas experience where we rode the train and then hung out at the house baking cookies and watching Christmas movies. The hot tub was an added bonus! My girls are already planning a return to this house. I see hiking and visits to the Royal Gorge becoming a tradition and I know who I will be basing my dates around—this home!

Holly’s home is right on the river and you can easily walk to town with great shops, restaurants and stroll along the river walk. The home is quiet and in a safe neighborhood. We loved being able to fish right out back and walk along the river.

Jamie’s place is almost exactly as described. Beautiful views, comfortable beds and furniture. But above all, Jamie was an excellent host! She was so responsive and communicative.

I don't think there is a better spot to stay in Salida. 1 minute to run/bike trails, 2 minutes to restaurants, walk to grocery store and swim in the river right in your backyard. Place was immaculate and everything worked perfectly.

This a great upstairs studio apartment that was perfectly clean and cozy. I enjoyed the artwork in the unit! It’s near Monarch ski resort, mountain Princeton hot springs, and some great downtown shops. We even enjoyed a great breakfast right next door. For enjoying all the activities in the area, this is THE best place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Anneke's place was spacious and very clean! It was walkable to everything we needed, and close to all the action! The en suite bathrooms were perfect for our stay, and the balcony and downstairs area were lovely hangout spots. The parking spot was an amazing perk! I would highly recommend her place to others traveling in the area.

This place is a true gem in the middle of town. It was private, roomy, clean, and had all the amenities you could ask for. The hosts were friendly and responsive, and we were truly sad to leave. It was everything we could hope for and more for our first visit to Salida. Highly recommend as a peaceful getaway!!!

Our stay at this accommodation was excellent! The place was spotless and much more spacious than it appears in the photos. It’s fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and truly felt like a home away from home. It’s hard to tell if this is exclusively an income property or if Mateo stays here between rentals, but if he does, he’s incredibly neat and organized. The helpful labels and clear instructions throughout the house made everything easy to navigate. We had a wonderful time spreading out across the three floors, which gave everyone plenty of personal space. The location is perfect—downtown Salida is within walking distance and offers lots of great dining options. We also made use of the Safeway across the street, picking up steak, eggs, and hashbrowns so my 17-year-old could stick to his high-protein diet. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it!

This studio is great! It is a really lovely place and super clean. The host provides detailed instructions and all sort of useful information on dining, activities, etc... The breakfast restaurant across the street was excellent. We loved our time in Salida! I should note that the ceiling is thin so you can hear the upstairs tenant/dog moving about -- it didn't bother us at all, however, other guest might be more sensitive to that.
