Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Fregenae

Our recent stay at this Rome apartment exceeded all expectations! The space was truly exceptional - not only incredibly spacious but also thoughtfully designed with every amenity we could possibly need. From the moment we arrived, the host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their attentiveness throughout our entire stay made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The apartment's central location made exploring Rome's treasures effortless, while returning each evening felt like coming home rather than to a temporary accommodation. The comfortable furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, and attention to detail created the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. If you're looking for an authentic Roman experience with the perfect blend of hospitality and independence, I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. We'll definitely be returning on our next visit to Rome!

Edoardo's apartment was beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable for a group of 5 adults. We were greeted by Edoardo's mother who showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment. Edoardo was a very responsive host and he gave us great food recommendations. I highly recommend staying here.

A wonderful, up to date home. A great location with many sights and restaurants in a walkable distance. The ONLY ding to a great location is the people and street noise. A busy day visiting Rome and a pair of disposable earplugs will fetch you to sleep.

We stayed for 4 weeks and enjoyed the location as it is walkable yet removed from the overcrowded historic centre. The place is spacious and comfortable. There is everything you need right there, including Trionfale Market, Todis grocery store, Carrefour, shops of all kinds, bus stop and only a few minutes walk to Ottaviano Metro. The service was excellent and they were very responsive whenever we had questions.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very clean and close to the Metro. We dined at different restaurants every night and all were within walking distance. We walked to the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica and other tourist spots were easy to get to with the Metro. We arrived in the morning and Carla, the host, was there to greet us and let us keep our luggage there as the place was being readied. We wanted a place where it was convenient to get around and we were not disappointed.

If you're looking for great location to visit Rome - this is IT! its a great place to walk around, minutes from many things. lot's of shops and restaurants. while the apartment is on a quiet street with a nice little supermarket and restaurant below it. It's a real apartment - with two good size bedrooms and two bathrooms! and living room and kitchen. Maurizio was very friendly and responsive. I had a great time there. My only comment is that the place could use some fresh paint and maybe a refreshing design to really be a phenomenal Airbnb. Overall its recommended. Enjoy

Such a great spot! Everything was so clean and tidy. One of the most spacious Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! Such a great area with beautiful views and wonderful cafes and shops. Highly recommend!!

Antonello is a great host and the apartment is in such a wonderful area. He went above and beyond with kind gestures and was very easy to communicate with. Note that the dryer does not work which created some issues for us, but everything else was great. I recommend!

Cosy apartment with real fire

Andrea’s place is wonderful! The apartment is spacious, comfortable and really quiet. Lots of great amenities are added. It’s in a fantastic location, walkable to the historic sites of Rome. Andrea and staff are really helpful. Highest recommendations!! 5*

Great hospitality and friendly and helpful owner. Clean apartment. You can reach Termini station in about half an hour by metro, which is a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

Jacopo’s apartment is nice, modern and has all the amenities needed while on vacation. Transportation is close by we walked to take the tram but mostly used a taxi. There is a supermarket close by. We didn’t get to try the restaurants in the neighborhood as we had planned some tours. We appreciated Jacopo’s suggestions, he really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Thank you Jacopo for all your kindness we hope to be back again.

We stayed at Flaviana’s place with our three children aged 11, 9 and 6. The apartment was easy to find and Flaviana arranged a pick up from the airport for us. The apartment is lovely - the living area is bright and spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. It was very useful having the three en suite bathrooms. We loved that it felt like a safe residential area and the apartment was quiet at night time. The apartment is a little away from things but we still walked to lots of attractions - the Colosseum, forum, pantheon, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps - but there is also a super convenient metro stop just minutes away. We had coffee and pastries in the morning at Primo, just down the road, and a great first lunch at Buon Amici around the corner. Flaviana was helpful and responsive.

Great spot to stay in Rome. Super quiet area but still walkable to Trastevere restaurants and beyond. Easy walk from 2 train stations and easy ride to Vatican city. Laura was able to welcome us herself and was reachable if we had any questions. Would stay again!

Such a great cozy stay!

Great, comfortable, modern but with classic character apartment! Absolutely loved our stay here. It is very well located in a multiple tourist hot spot areas, well connected with Hop On Hop Off bus lines and close to restaurants. Alvise was very responsive, helpful and easy to deal with. Would come back any time and highly recommend it!!

Nice apartment close to Termini station. Livia is a super hostess. She has many good recommendations and always responded immediately to our messages. Many convenient things present in the apartment such as umbrellas that we have gratefully used. We missed an electric coffee maker, but that's personal. The apartment is very clean and it smells nice. Good beds. Price/quality is this a correct apartment.

Michele is an excellent host for first time visitors to Rome. He kindly arranged pick up from the airport, met us at the apartment, and provided excellent recommendations for eating, walking, and touring the area. The apartment was clean and modern, and we appreciated the comfortable beds, contemporary showers, and use of a dishwasher and washer dryer while staying for a full week. It is also a very sunny apartment, which was so beautiful in the mornings.
