The house itself was impeccably equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable and seamless long stay. Everything was great!

very nice stay, roomy apartment with enough beds and baths for our group. Well appointed kitchen. We had a small issue with WiFi but the host took steps immediately to resolve and they did a great job. Location is walkable to a nice area and to the metro , very useful for getting around Rom easily. We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location, easy access on foot and public transport. Some nice pizza places and a gelateria nearby. Apartment was perfect for 4 x couples. Plenty of space and all rooms en suite was perfect. Building has so much character. Would recommend.

Christian was such a great host and we are so grateful to have stayed in his Airbnb for our first time in Rome. He took great care of us and was readily available if we had any questions/concerns. He welcomed us to the apartment and gave us a walk-thru, offered some recommendations, and made sure we arrived/departed from his place with no trouble. We felt right at home in his place and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - central and an easy walk or bus to different neighborhoods and attractions. Grazie mille, Christian! Christine and Emanuele were very nice and communication went always super smooth :) The flat was in great condition, very clean and everything was as described. We had very pleasant check-in, the friend of the host adjusted to our arrival time and met us with the keys. He also sent us a lot of useful suggestions for the supermarkets and nice restaurants. The location was great - walking distance from the Colosseum :) Also, upon check-out, the host let as keep our luggage in the flat until the evening and that was especially helpful.

I've stayed at Giampiero's apartment every time I have visited Rome, and here my reasons why. First off, Giampiero is a very great host makes you feel at home and comfortable. There is great communication. The apartment is just as it looks in the pictures and as always it is immaculately clean when you arrive. It is spacious, bright, comfortable. The location is near various metro stations and the bus is a few steps away. I can walk to the colosseum in less than 20 minutes and the same with the Termini station. It just feels like home away from home. I would give him and his apartment 100/100. I look forward to returning again soon and will always pick Giampieros's apartment as my home away from home.

Riccardo and Irene have been incredibly helpful and responsive. The place was comfy, tidy and clean. Public transports were nearby and connections were easy.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Very lively neighborhood at night without being noisy in the apartment itself since the apt is down a smaller side road. 15 mins to Vatican and 20 mins to Forum. Clean space with room to spread out.

We loved our stay with Elena. She made a point to greet us and see us off. She made great recommendations for food and activities and treated us with the utmost kindness. If we ever return to Rome, we will be back. Highly recommended.

Maria was great with communication from booking to staying there. The place is around a 8-10 minute walk to the Olimpico Stadium if you're planning to stay for a Roma game. Great Italian pizza place just around the corner. Place was conveniently places in the building with private parking immediately outside.

The customer service was great, we were running late because of cancelled flights and they were so helpful and flexible. The flat was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is residential yet there is a small cafe on the corner and a small shop with everything you need within 5 minutes walk. A short walk away is Pont Milvio and there are several great restaurants and bars there. Getting into the centre is easy enough, the bus stop is 1 minute away, change once to get to the sights. Tickets can be bought at the nearby bar. We would stay here again.

This was a perfect spot in Trastevere, walking distance to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Vatican City, not to mention the tons of restaurants and charming cobblestone streets of Trastevere itself. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, and has everything you need for a long stay. The building is secure and the staff friendly and helpful. We had one minor issue that Miguel fixed for us the same day, and had no other issues during our stay. Don’t miss the giant market outside your door every Sunday!

Simply lovely! The location is perfect: close to everything with easy access to buses and away from most tourists. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, stylish, and has everything you need plus more. The jacuzzi tub is a lifesaver after all the exploring. We were so thankful for this place and highly recommend it!

We were pleased with this flat in Rome. It's nicely situated and a few blocks away from the Spanish Steps and a bit further from Villa Borghese. That said, it's Rome. Prepare to walk approximately 25-30 minutes to reach the Colosseum, etc. We expected that, so it wasn't an issue, but something to be aware of if you have less mobility. As for the flat itself, it was lovely. The kitchen, washer/dryer, etc., were massive for our stay of a week, and while the fridge isn't an American-style one, it has more than enough space with an added freezer. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were okay. The showers could use more water pressure, but that's just the it is. The lights are just confusing. Probably the only negative. As for those looking to get transportation through them, we did not have a good pickup experience. The driver was 45 minutes late, lied about a wreck (which we could see on Google Maps), and then forced us to pay cash when we we a card. We used Uber back.

This had the best location, accommodations, view, literally everything about this place was awesome!!!!

We stayed here twice for 5 months. Great apartment in a quiet area, easy parking and not too far from the center. Both times great communication from the host. Highly recommended.

Great stay in really convenient location. Francesca met us at check-in and was very responsive throughout our stage. Lots of lovely restaurants and grocery stores near by. Very comfortable beds and bedding

We were a group of 10 friends and the apartment was just perfect for us. The location was great with great connectivity via public transport. The apartment was clean with all the required amenities available. Mariastella and Camila were great hosts and were super helpful with providing all the required information. Their recommendations on local places were excellent and made our evening absolutely wonderful. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return here when we visit Rome again.
