Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Frederikssund

Great apartment for 4 persons (2 adults & 2 teenage kids). Public transport is nearby and it takes 20 - 30 minutes to get to the city. House was clean and the welcome by the host was good. We enjoyed staying in the house!

Very peacefull and calm house & garden. 3 bedrooms are big enough and kitchen well equipped. And windows everywhere so plenty of light. Kids loved the Lego corner. Nice forest nearby for lovely hikes. Sea only 300 metres away and the beach is nice. I recommend this place for families with kids.

Lovely stay in a cosy house

Great place and very friendly host. Were there with the whole family and we didn't miss anything.

We absolutely loved Ivan's house with his loving cat. The house is clean and comfortable. It was very comfortable to live with children as there are a lot of children's toys in the house. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Iann is always in touch and ready to help answer any questions. We are very satisfied and recommend using Iann's house.

The house is spacious and cosy, they had all the necessary amenities. It was a great well equipped summerhouse. Also everything was clean.

Mathilde's farm was so lovely and peaceful. Just 45 minutes from Copenhagen, it was exactly what we were looking for, a refuge. Markets are so close-5-10 minutes. Beaches 10-15 minutes. Larger cities were 30. We loved the location, the hygge of the farm, and the property. Mathilde, despite being a full time mom, and a full time doctor with rigorous hours, was nothing but kind and patient with us when we had any questions. Very informative, very sweet and thoughtful. She is an excellent host and kind person. There were potatoes in the garden for us to use, apple trees full of apples, a fun trampoline, and beautiful scenery all around, not to mention the stunning the night sky in the evenings. We highly recommend this beautiful property and Mathilde. If you are looking for a sanctuary, a home base while traveling to the busy areas, this is for you.

The children were able to play with a lot of play equipment and toys in the garden, and we had a fun and relaxing stay.It was a cozy and wonderful house. Access to the bus stop was also good, and it was very convenient to get to the center. Thank you!

A really good accommodation to visit Copenhagen!

Gitte was proactive and accommodating in all communications. she made a specific commitment to welcome us on arrival and ensured that we had support while she was away. We need to call on this support once and her son dropped everything to attend to our issue. Their Airbnb provided us with a great platform for a lively break, and was perfectly positioned for the Ironman event.

Staying at Elsebeth's was great. The apartment is perfectly located. Elsebeth is very reactive and arrageant. We can only recommand the stay there!

Very nice place to stay. It was very convenient that the property was within walking distance of the airport. Public transport and shopping are also quickly reached. The communication went smoothly. We lacked nothing.

Feel like home at the moment we step in the apartment. Setup is simple, warm and welcoming. It is a nice residential area with very convenient shopping mall and metro station. Highly recommend

Saying at Janniche place really help make our trip to Copenhagen amazing. the house is so cozy that we felt at home right from the start. the heated bathroom floor, I'll miss it for sure. Janniche replies very quickly and made the check-in very smooth.

Pros: This apartment is small but in a lovely 1890s? building with a great courtyard. The location is one stop away from the central train station, Tivoli, & several museums. I loved that my teenagers got a chance to see & appreciate how a Danish family truly loves in the city. Though small to us, there was a space for everyone to go to get away from each other if need be. Full kitchen & fridge for a quick meal or sandwiches to go. Lovely balcony to enjoy the long evenings & a great neighborhood to explore. We all felt safe & had a wonderful time. Know upfront: The bathroom is a long galley style wet room. The shower, sink, & toilet are all together. Due to the age of the building, bathrooms are a bit tricky to modernize so… the shower is the first space you see when you enter the room. Once all the showers are finished, you have to squeeze to floor, WELL, so it can dry before people need the room again. Jeppe does not add a cleaning fee but he asks you to clean before you leave.

Had a great stay at Svend's place. The apartment is very nice, flooded with light and very cozy, we felt right at home. The communication was great and we were even able to get into the apartment a little earlier very spontaneously. Everything was perfect thank you so much!

One of our best AirBnB stays ever. Christina was a SUBERB host — kind, responsive, helpful, a wealth of local recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for more. The apartment was delightful. GREAT location — around the corner from Torvehallerne, walkable to the entire city, and right at the Nørreport station for the best possible accessibility to transit. (Direct trains to airport, Malmö, and really everywhere else you’d want to go.) Even though it’s central, it’s remarkably quiet because it faces out onto two courtyards rather than a street. Plus, the apartment is decorated with great style — eclectic, idiosyncratic, beautiful, artistic. And it was spotless. And the beds and pillows were great. And there's great natural light. l could go on, but I’m running out of characters. Side note -- the upstairs bedroom was just about the perfect room for our 20-year-old daughter. Private, great views, great light. Just perfect. We would absolutely stay here again. No notes.

Julie was a wonderful host and the apartment was perfect for our stay as a family. The location is very close to local restaurants, shops and easy access to the Metro and Trains. We also loved how many local parks and green spaces there are as well as kid playparks. Excellent hospitality and was very good at recommending places to go. Highly recommend.

Excellent location for discovering Copenhagen: the accommodation is on the bus line that goes from the airport to downtown Copenhagen, so it's super convenient! Apartment that matches the photos 100% and located in a small quiet condominium. Morten responds very quickly to all questions and is very accommodating for check-in and checkout times.

We enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful home. There was everything we needed and the house felt spacious and a place to relax. It really worked having the 2 shared living areas and once we found the short cut to the metro it was a great location. We didn't get the chance to make the most of the outdoor space or games but we would love to return. Thanks
