Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

In the middle of Roskilde Center

The apartment is in the best place in Roskilde. Close to the street with shops, close to parks with green areas and a walk to the harbour, where you can swim. The apartment is lovely, neat and clean, located on the 1st floor with a French balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. The apartment contains a hallway, kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven. A bedroom with a double bed. Living room with dining area, TV and a sofa bed for 2 people. The last room is locked off, may not be used.

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

There are 6 beds and 2 beedrooms. All new. Small kitchen where you can sit, lounge, tv with few channels. Free wifi. Small balcony where you get up to the apartment 3-4 seating. Bathroom with shower. Bright and quiet apartment near trains/center. Bedsheets is not included but can be rent for 120 dkr pr person. Cleaning is not included, but can be bought for 550 dkr (you do dish youself)
