Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Fratton

Lovely place to stay, very peaceful and private in beautiful settings, clean and comfortable, recently renovated and in very good condition, the kitchen and amenities are very good as is the bathroom, Bedroom had plenty of space for our travel cot. Beth was a very welcoming and super responsive host and we were made to feel very welcome.

We stayed here for 5 nights in May. We were 4 adults and the place was big enough for 8. Beds were comfy and the place was spotlessly clean. Quiet location and only 1 min walk to the shops. Car park on the next street. Good location for exploring the island. Would stay here again

What can I say about this place? I can’t praise it highly enough. The location is perfect, the apartment is magnificent; it’s clean, very, very well stocked and has everything you need (even a cafetière - thank you so much for that), and Katrina is the perfect host. I will be staying here again, hopefully soon. Here’s hoping that you don’t book it up before me!

Booked for my daughters wedding weekend. Convenient location and very comfortable. Managed to share the block with other guests for the wedding too, surprised to see them as we arrived. Made this more family centric for us.

We had a fabulous stay at Jonathan's apartment. Met up with our son and partner for a few days break, and the apartment suited us perfectly. It's cool and stylish interior was also very comfortable. Its well-equipped and for us, it was the perfect location.

I've stayed in some great locations in my time but my goodness, this little gem is definitely one of my favourites! Situated right on the beach this apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped for a very comfortable stay. My partner and I were looking for somewhere where we could 'flop and drop' for a few days and we were not disappointed. Arriving in the dark, we were pleasantly surprised next day to see how close we were to the beach with breathtaking views of the bay and the Isle of Wight in the distance. The covered balcony provided us with enough shelter to sit out most evenings, wrapped in blankets with a hot cuppa to be serenaded by the waves! Days out consisted of a beach walk to East Wittering, heading inland to find The Wittering Pub for Sunday lunch (we were so full we had to catch the bus back!) or for quiet beach stroll, head to Climping beach, nothing much there so take a car picnic! A truly wonderful stay and just what we needed to rest and recharge - tick!

Such a lovely flat in Cowes, just a short walk from the village shops and restaurants. We especially appreciated the off-street covered parking—a rare perk in Cowes. The hosts were very professional and responsive, and the flat was clean, uncluttered, and well kitted. We definitely recommend this flat and Giles as host.

We had such a lovely weekend it was everything as described and more. Rosie had put up decorations for my husbands birthday and left us a wonderful hamper including a birthday cake! The house is really spacious in a great location - right next to the beach and round the corner from a shop that sells everything and a fish and chip takeaway! Rosie has thought of everything you would need in a home away from home! Wish we were staying longer! Thank you

We spent a lovely few days at Sarah’s house. The house itself is wonderful and comes completely set-up for families. From Ping-Pong, to toddler gates, it had everything we needed. It’s superb location made walks to the beach a breeze and the pub is very convenient. Sarah was also great, she was easy to communicate with, offered helpful tips and her instructions were clear. All in all, just a dreamy house to spend time in and we look forward to returning!

Beautiful property in a beautiful location with the beach a really short walk away and definitely worth it. Andrew and Zoe were lovely hosts, proactive, kind and thoughtful. I was there with my husband, parents, brother, wife and dog. We all had a wonderful time. We kept catching ourselves saying how perfect the house was and wonderful the nearby beach was. It was our Christmas gathering. Andrew and Zoe had a beautiful tree in the living / games room that was stunning. The kitchen was so well equipped I prepared a full Christmas dinner with all the trimmings that we all enjoyed in their lovely dining room. My brother said was a great set up for his dog and that made his stay really easy and enjoyable. I think we all would love to stay there again. Really wonderful.

A wonderful 4 days away over Christmas, with family and dogs. The beach was within walking distance and it was a pleasure to go walking there with the family. We were there over. Christmas and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking our Christmas lunch. Esther was very welcoming and replied very promptly to the one question that we did have for her regarding the property. We would rent the property again, it was lovely and well equipped, but the best thing about t was the access to the beach. Thanks Esther

Wonderful family weekend in a super house which is ideal for a large gathering. Pippa was great - proactive communications and readily available to answer questions. The house easily accommodated our nine family members aged from 15 to 60. Storm Bert did its best, but we hunkered down with a fire, the cinema room, table tennis table and darts. Oh and plenty of home cooked food ! Kitchen is huge and welcoming for a large party.

Excellent stay- had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable Our only thing & nothing can be done about it- was on a very busy road

We have just returned after spending 3 nights at Deans place. It was a wonderful place to spend quality time with our family. Beautiful home, set right on the beach. Lovely and warm, beautifully clean and every need catered for with lots of extras included which was really kind and thoughtful. Table games to play, jacuzzi, games rooms, great cooking facilities, fantastic walks right on your doorstep. Would love to return and more than happy to recommend 5*. Everything is quiet and great!

I had to cancel last minute and the host was very understanding. Great place to stay.

Great location for Seaview and it’s beaches. Pubs and Hotel/Restaurant all short walks. Priory Bay beach is superb, though only really easy at low tide unless you really like steep steps and muddy paths! Swimming at various points according to tide so easy. Had a fabulous time.

Really happy with everything about the place, would recommend and would stay again.
