We enjoyed our stay at Beach Cottage. It is charming, cosy and in a good location. Our dog also gave 5 stars

As imagined, its an apartment so parking is confusing, however there are clear instructions with pictures to help. Apartment was easy to find. Once inside it was clean and had everything that we needed. Enjoyed the cafe downstairs

My family and I had a beautiful stay over summer in Sid’s place in Seaford. The flat is 5 min walk to the beach - it’s lovely, light-filled, clean and spacious, with every amenity you could need. It’s at the back of the block so very quiet (no traffic noise, despite being on a main road) and surrounded by a garden and a creek. You can sit at the dining table, outside or lie on the couch and watch the birds and sunrise/sunset skies. The beds and pillows were particularly comfortable, and the kitchen, bathroom and laundry have the basics. While I did have an issue initially with the remote, it turned out to need a new battery - Sid was extremely helpful and prompt. A great stay - we’ll be back the next time we visit our family in SE Melbourne.

The stays at MD's place was great. We stayed there for 1 week and few days. MD was very responsive and helpful throghout the stayed and have been communicating very well, MD was able to provide us with the pedestal fan when we requested for it. The house was tidy and clean when we arrived. The location of the house is great, easy travels to the shops, nearby shopping centres and easy to travel to the city centre. The stays at MD's accomodation was a pleasing one. The checks-in and check-out informations were very clear. Definetly will consider coming and staying again in the future when we are visiting Victoria.

We had a great stay at Kali’s. Very clean and amazingly comfortable beds, pillows and linen. Everything was great!

Amazing place in a perfect location. The host was very kind and flexible and went to the trouble to set up a Xmas tree and get gifts for our children. We had the best stay and would highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant location for transport, shopping, food, architecture, pubs and coffee. Fantastic part of Melbourne for walking (maybe not in heels though :) Helen is a really friendly, easy and helpful host to communicate with. The loft is charming, comfy and private. Big thanks Helen.

Comfortable stay in the apartment and location was good. Walkable distance to Crown and supermarkets, restaurants etc. We were a little disappointed that the canisters of coffee and sugar in the photos were replaced by 2 small sachets of coffee, sugar and 2 teabags for our 2 night booking. Also only 1 towel each making use of the pool limited. Most AirBnB hosts are beyond generous but this stay felt a little too corporate. We had trouble using the remote for garage doors but luckily someone exited, and the dishwasher wouldn’t power on but hosts said to leave dishes for the cleaners so not too much of an issue. Bed was comfy enough and the view was terrific. Thanks.

A fantastic home with everything we needed to have a comfortable holiday. Ali, our host was so helpful and responsive. We booked last minute and he was able to help and we were able to check in very quickly which was great.

We spent Xmas at Serendipity and we all loved it. The house is well equipped, very clean and spacious which helps keeping things tidy. It is in the quiet area so if you are after hassle and bustle, probably not for you. Portarlington is 20 min walking distance or 5 min in the car and it has some bars and restaurants. It was very quiet before Xmas and after Boxing Day all of the sudden it exploded with tourists. Geelong is the next bigger city and its about 25 min away. Great base for touring surrounding area.
