My friends and I had a wonderful weekend stay at Sarah's beautiful house. Sarah was a joy to communicate with, and she provided clear instructions for the amenities and check-out. When we arrived, she had left us a thank you card and some chocolate, which was really thoughtful and a lovely touch. We all noted that the house felt like a home, and we loved the architectural design. Everything worked, and the house was well stocked with utensils and basics. Thank you again for an awesome stay, Sarah!

A nice place for a summer family getaway!

Had a wonderful time here. Jane is a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful during booking, and throughout our stay. The house is magnificent, very comfortable, and all the amenitities as described to make our stay comfortable. The pool and spa was perfect, and water was crystal clear. The balcony was so peaceful to sit out and enjoy a quiet coffee. The kitchen was well equiped for us to cook at home, and although the stove gas pressure was not strong, was complemented by an excellent Weber bbq with side burner on the deck. Of note, for dog owners, the outside is not fully fenced in, which is fine for our indoor dog, but just FYI. Also the spiral stairs to second level are quite steep so we just needed to ensure the top of the stairs was blocked off for our toddler with luggage, but important for those with young kids or elderly. Our group of 10 had a very enjoyable stay and wouldnt hesitate to book again.

was a great open and clean space with great outdoor area for entertaining. Great open kitchen with and dining with multiple lounges and bedrooms. Was very clean and everything was clearly labelled and easy to find. Would book again !!!

Quiet and relaxing atmosphere with an amazing view day and night. Definitely like to revisit.

Absolutely loved Lara's place. Lots to do within - a luxurious spa, basketball, badminton , many other games and a fire pit . My 11 year old and my dog both had a blast exploring and playing outside. Both had gloomy faces when it was time to leave. Every item in the house seemed to be personally chosen , to make this house a home. Lara's communication was impeccable. Definitely recommend.

Veronika's home was a beautiful and peaceful experience. My partner and I spent our time disconnecting from the world and losing our sense of time in the nature surrounding the house. You truly get memory making experiences the more you engage in what you have. Veronika was also very welcoming, helpful and informative. To top it off the Romance package was so generous we ended up bringing too much consumables for the trip!

I chose Villa Panorama to celebrate my birthday with friends who flew from all over the world for a long weekend. We absolutely loved the house, the views, the space, the spa and the little welcoming gifts. The house actually looks better in real life than on the photos. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. The house and its surroundings are very peaceful. Lots of birds came to visit. It was easy to go walk in the stunning nearby forest. Deepika was very friendly, provided clear instructions and was always quick to reply. If you're looking for a place to rest, relax, and recharge as you bask in Nature, peace and quiet, this is it! I would happily come back.

Lovely villa at the Ramada Resort. All mod cons available and right on the doorstep of the heated pool and outdoor pool, so super convenient with 2 kids in tow.

Great large size house with plenty of space to enjoy. This property was so easy to find, just off the main road. The spa was delightful, the colder weather ( Mid June ) was a bit chilly outside, but the water temp was perfect. A wonderful getaway home, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality. This place was nothing short of amazing. The photos did not do it justice, as soon as we opened the door we were impressed. The room was immaculate, the bed and linen was great quality and the room smelt amazing. We enjoyed a wine tasting where we were easily able to walk back to our room, there was also a picnic basket that we took out and enjoyed some wine while still being at the vineyard. I would stay here again and certainly would recommend it to anyone who is looking to enjoy a peaceful environment.

What a lovely peaceful little sanctuary! So quiet and the birds were magnificent. The King Parrots were our favourites, eating right out of our hands. We went away for a peaceful relaxing time and that was exactly what we got!

10/10 would recommend and we are definitely going to be planning a return visit! The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a bonus and the area is unbeatable. Max is a great host and a clear communicator. 🌅😎 Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay on Philip Island.
