Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Frankston

Great place for a mini-break. 2 main bedrooms are spacious and have one bathrooms. Lucky to have perfect weather so made use of the pool and the hot tub (there is a step there, so no issues getting in/out for us cf prev guests). 10min drive to shops and 10min walk to the beach. Daniel was a very responsive host from booking to checkout.

This was our first time visiting the Island and to say we enjoyed our stay was an understatement! As a family group of 8, 4 adults and 4 young children we loved the open living concept and that the space catered the needs of everyone. Being within walking distance of the beach, local cafes and other amenities was a real highlight for our family. Sarah was amazing, so helpful and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

We booked here as a last minute decision to go away for the night and I am so glad we did. The most beautiful home and most refreshing pool with this heat. Anthony and Anjil are such terrific hosts and I couldn’t recommend their home more!

Beautiful house with lovely views from the balcony. My family and I had a great time relaxing and being entertained at the house itself. It was definitely worth the price with the pool and spa. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes and utensils. The bedrooms are very spacious and clean.

We have stayed in this home 3 times. It's always up to a high standard. Javier is easy to get in touch with if needed. Great hosts!

We had a lovely three weeks in Mark’s place while our home was being repaired after a flood. The view of the pool from the huge kitchen was glorious, the huge telly and push button fireplace were fabulous, the outdoor fireplace and spa area were awesome for watching the footy and it really felt like we were on holidays the whole time!

Ttekceba was truly magnificent, filled with many wonders. Each room was unique and stimulating, especially the library - so many interesting reads! Freedom to stroll through the vast gardens with my partner was a highlight, and the vibrant pink bougainvillea over-hanging the pool was a breathtaking sight - swimming beneath it was pure bliss. Feeding the adorable ponies was an added delight! Veronika was a gracious host and ensured we had all we needed to enjoy our stay. We'll treasure the memories of our time at Ttekceba.

Wonderful views and a very relaxing stay. It was raining heavily during our stay but with multiple living areas and games there was plenty to occupy our children. Everyone enjoyed the spa, even in the rain. A well thought out guide book of local attractions and property information answered most of our questions and our host was very responsive to questions.

It’s a great experience and best choice to end this year , thank you for having us and let us to get some quiet and relax time as a couple.

Great large size house with plenty of space to enjoy. This property was so easy to find, just off the main road. The spa was delightful, the colder weather ( Mid June ) was a bit chilly outside, but the water temp was perfect. A wonderful getaway home, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Annie’s place was extremely clean. The appliances were great quality. Everything you needed was there. There was 5 adults in our group and we did not feel crowded at all. Would definitely recommend and we would book there again.

We had such a lovely relaxing time. The pod was exactly as described. It was modern, well appointed and very clean and quiet. Jim and Louisa gave us great recommendations on where to eat as well. We will definitely be back and would absolutely recommend.

We had the most magical time in Shellies cabin. The surroundings were unmatched and cabin was great. Shellie even provided food for us as well as bird seed to feed the birds, which made it all the more lovely. Couldn't recommend this higher. if you're looking for a romantic stay away or just beautiful get away. The location is great too, just a short walk into the shops and famous miss Marples tee rooms.

Couldn't stay at a more beautiful cottage in the hills, to host our anniversary! The space was warm, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful views of the area with a few friendly local birds on the balcony greeting us in the mornings, and evenings. Shellie was very hospitable, and welcomed us with a basket full of goods to treat us during our stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance of shops and gorgeous gardens to spend our days. Highly recommend for a comfortable, convenient, and romantic stay, and would 100% be back, thanks again Shellie! Brad & Bianca

check in was very easy, parking provided. cottage was beautiful- I honestly think the photos don't do it justice. different levels of elevation inside the house. bed was comfy. check out instructions were minimal to zero (things we would have done anyway). thanks Max!
