We've combined two two-bedroom condo units into a large 2460 sq. ft. four bedroom. Enjoy two king size master suites, queen and twin bed guest units and two kitchens and dining rooms. Four full bathrooms. The two living areas each have fireplaces and each has a sleeper sofa. Prepare those family meals in two well-appointed kitchens each equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and utensils. Only minutes from area shopping, dining and attractions, including Busch Gardens.

Close to Busch Gardens, Water Country, Colonial Williamsburg, military bases, Va Beach and much, much more. We have a public boat dock, free of charge, at the end of the road and beautiful walking paths with a great fishing pier, walking distance from the house. This house has been in our family for decades so come enjoy the charm and follow the history of this area and our little gem. We are constantly upgrading and making the home better so it will never be the same each visit.

Although we are very familiar with Va Beach, this adorable cottage was a great treasure. Clean, comfortable, and close in proximity to anything one could need or want. We chose this rental because it was 2 blocks from my grandchildren, so we are familiar with the beach. This cottage has an absolutely amazing beach access just merely 100 steps from the driveway. The host is so kind and welcoming. Enjoy! Happy Beach! 😀

The house and property are even more beautiful and peaceful than the pictures show. The views are fantastic. The house is very large and open. Master bed and bath are gorgeous. We took out the kayaks and canoe for an amazing excursion on the river. I hope we have an excuse to visit again. Everything was clean and welcoming. It feels 1000 miles away from civilization, but walmart, food lion, KFC etc are short 20 min drive away.

We were visiting the area to see family and this house was perfect. It was spacious and super clean, with great bathrooms and living spaces. But the outside chairs and view were the real highlight! Highly recommend - I would definitely stay again!

This Airbnb was very convenient to Severn Yachting Center. We were able to work on our boat all day and enjoy being in a home at night. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Super safe area that is right on the water! Communication with owner was top notch! Highly recommend staying here!!!

Walking outside to sit on the private pier was wonderful. Highly recommend for a quiet, peaceful, beautiful getaway in nature. Seems like an ideal place to fish and kayak, maybe next time!

We had a great stay at Mike’s place. It was as pictured. It was very nice to have spices and some basics in the kitchen/bathrooms so we didn’t have to bring everything or run out right away. Plenty of blankets/pillows. We loved the basket of blankets in the living room for our chilly evenings. Overall, beautiful decor and probably the most comfortable air b n b that I’ve stayed at.
