Waterfront vacation rentals in Franklin County

Loooooooved our stay! Hosts were super friendly and responsive, their home was so cozy and clean, and they were super clear with their directions! We’d love to visit again, without question

We’ve stayed in town for years, but this place is far above the others! The location is worth it! The views are amazing. It’s an old Florida place so don’t expect the latest and greatest or modern. Perfect for what me and my husband needed.

We stayed here while evacuating hurricane Milton! Was very grateful to have somewhere to stay while all hotels were completly booked up and Dino was gracious enough to work out a deal for us! Thank you!

Susan was wonderful. Pleasant. Friendly. Kind. She also has assistance from Liz, who is very near by most of the day. Liz was wonderful and did all that she could to assist.

We stayed in the area for two nights and it was great! Hosts were very accommodating, communicative, and responsive as we had evening flights in and realized that Florida had two time zones and I didn’t realize that until after landing and getting on the road! Chill, tranquil, and close to all the places that my dad I and went to and enjoyed.

I really don’t know where to start with all the joys of this experience. From the moment you pull into the covered, and paved outdoor park and play area, you know it’s different. Jackie is not a robot hosting you in a cookie cutter home. She is someone who really knows the area and what you need to have the most relaxing stay. You have everything you need. I can’t tell you how many times, my husband and I would look at each other and say, “OMG!, it has this or it has that!” The saloon and generous welcome gift is something I never experienced renting a home. The home is very comfortable with views that immediately set your soul at ease. The outdoor space is where we spent 80% of our time. From the beach to the porch, you have every luxury you need to unwind and reconnect in the salty breeze. Sunrise and sunset photos are stunning. The best part is that my dog Mallie, who is a member of our family, was not only permitted but spoiled with amenities just for her. You deserve to book it.

This place was a DREAM! You know when you're at the beach and you see some condos and you think, "I wish I was staying there..." THIS IS THAT PLACE! My kids AND my husband were pumped that it had a Monopoly theme so of course, we played. :) This place is super charming...also, everything you need is there...we didn't buy charcoal or even a lighter. Kitchen stocked great, excellent spot for the kids to hang out...and this condo is right in the middle of everything...walk everywhere! Yay! My boy played basketball every day (30 steps from the condo) grocery 3-4 minute walk, the lighthouse, the shopping, the food, I parked when we got there and never got in my car again! Note, if you have an electric car there is a spot to charge less than1/4 mile walk at the buccaneer inn. My husband drove separate, EV no problem! We had a great time! It was clean and perfect and right on the beach, the BEST!

I like the laid back vibe of Alligator Point, and Marcin's place was perfect for our get together with friends. The point is secluded and not commercial as other big Florida destinations are. If your thing is high rise beach condominiums, surf shops, and nightlife, this is definitely not the place for you. We go for the peaceful relaxation (calm surf and no crowds), and the natural beauty (saw white squirrels). There's a couple of good restaurants in the village of Panacea (20min drive) that make for a great evening dinner out. Retail shopping is over in Crawfordville (40 minute drive). Marcin was easy to contact. The only trouble we had was the internet went out and we had to wait 2 days for the ISP to get there to fix the problem. Marcin's home is as advertised, spotless with lots of amenities and well kept. Great space under the house for BBQ (nice grills), many kayaks, paddleboards, and beach supplies. This is Florida as I like it, we had a great time and plan to return.

We had a wonderful week and got in a lot of relaxing. We enjoyed fishing, the sunsets and the pool. Our dogs loved the little beach area. It was a great location and we went to SGI and Apalachicola several times. We hope to return!

What a wonderful place to create lifelong memories with family and friends! The home was very spacious and was furnished with almost everything you need for your stay! Our family throughly enjoyed our time!

The house itself was fantastic and the furnishings were well above my expectations, all was extremely clean and everything you could possibly need away from home. I do wish I had known the laundry was on the bottom floor, completely separate from the living space and the trash situation was extremely aggravating, it is terrible having to haul trash appropriately 30 miles away for a family of 4 on a week’s vacation. The laundry and trash are workable situations, but there was one thing that will keep us from visiting Alligator Point again. This issue has nothing to do with the house just about the area of Alligator Point. The municipality or whoever makes the decision for the community itself needs more public beach parking. It is ridiculous how few parking spots there are for the size of the beach. When family members are unable to leave and come back to your set area on multiple days because of parking limitations, it certainly puts a damper on the week.

Ben's place is beautiful and provides a wonderful getaway as it's quite remote and provides wonderful access to the beach. It truly was a special stay. Ben is an excellent host who is very responsive and wonderfully accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

Such a peaceful quiet spot right on the ocean. Nice to walk along the beach or the road walking path. Spacious home and kitchen.

We loved Michelle’s place because it was so peaceful and quiet on the water! The area is abundant with birds and fish. This gave us a chance to relax in between graduation ceremonies at FSU. Our family is looking forward to returning for a repeat visit!

No issues during our stay and what you see is what you get, a clean, tidy place with a wonderful view of the water. Tip for future visitors: bring some ice or ice cube trays if you need it and for anyone with a walking disability, the home is located on the second floor with only stairs for entry. I would definitely use this place again and recommend it.

The views from this unit were outstanding as it was so close to the beach. Restaurants and shopping were Easily walkable. Nice balcony with comfortable furniture. The kitchen had everything you could ever need to prepare a meal. The only thing to know is that this is a 3 story unit…there is a flight of about 15 steep stairs to get up to the living/ kitchen area then another 15 stairs to get up to the bedrooms. There is no bathroom on the main living floor, as we are an older couple that was a bit of a challenge. The views certainly help compensate!

The place was great for my family. It was clean, beautiful view and very convenient and comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing. Julio was great! Definitely will be back for our next trip to the island!!!

This was the perfect place for our mini Thanksgiving vacay.

The condo was extremely clean and was accurately depicted by the pictures. The condo is very spacious and located in a private serene area. It’s an excellent place for a quiet getaway.
