Everything is fine with the house, It matches the photos, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Just for the time at the entrance was a little difficult to access for the review they did, here I suggest putting more precise directions to access. It's great that they accept pets. my dogs were very happy. If they have pets I highly recommend it. We had a mishap with the water for a couple of days but they managed to fix it so it shouldn't be a problem anymore. I recommend the house, in general it has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing

We spent a week at Oscar's house and it was one of the best houses we have rented... Super comfortable, well thought out, clean and equipped. Located on a gated street in a quiet area but close to shopping streets. Oscar was always available to answer questions and everything was so easy. We loved the pool and the areas to sit outside to enjoy the garden. Highly recommended!

For a couple of years at least I have stayed 2 times per year, it is a very nice place, elegant, quiet, quiet, it has a spectacular view. The staff is very friendly. I have come alone with my 2 dogs and I feel safe, I usually stay at the top of the casitas, I bring a small grille that closes the access to the stairs so my dogs can walk free on the terrace of the room, always taking care that they are not barking because although it is pet friendly, it is the responsibility of the guardians of the dogs to maintain a quiet and harmonious environment. I have never had problems with the internet, there are many networks available just a matter of asking the staff. They have a spa where the massages are spectacular. Charming place is charming.

An absolutely perfect week. We wouldn’t change a thing. Yanet, Miguel and Betty couldn’t have been more attentive. Their anticipation of our needs and preferences was greatly recognized and appreciated . All 15 guests were impressed with the staff’s excellent attitude and work ethics. We all gladly gained lots of weight with Yanet’s fabulous cooking! The grounds are spectacular, rivaling the many beautiful gardens in Cuernavaca. (Like Las Mañanitas). We felt safe and cared for at all times. We hope to spend another vacation at Casa Dos Arbolitos soon, in fact, we tried to book this Christmas but unfortunately it has been already spoken for. Thank you to all involved who made our wedding anniversary trip perfect! ❤️

The house is very nice, the rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. It has all the accessories to be comfortable in the place and there are still those who can take things to you if you like to buy without leaving. The Jacuzzi is always super warm. One of my favorite homes to visit again. Something that left me more than happy and comfortable was the super unconditional attention of the host, from all the places I have rented him has been the best hosts in arbnb, I really highly recommend this place to them.
