Beach house vacation rentals in Fortim

One of the coolest houses we've ever stayed in the Northeast. The house is very beautiful and cozy and very well thought out both in terms of architecture and decoration. The location is the best in Pontal. Positive points for Dayane who took very good care of our stay. I strongly recommend it to a group of friends or family, especially for those who have children and want a beautiful place, full of charm and very quiet.

We had problems with the house due to weather conditions (rains) for two days. Both Tactu and Airbnb acted with extreme professionalism and relocated us to another house. We were treated with respect and care which made us very satisfied.

The Tactu house met expectations for being true to its listing, being cozy and excellence in location because it is a few meters from the beach and the neighborhood is quiet. Kitchen super well-equipped, has two refrigerators that guarantee a considerable storage of food and beverages. I can only make observations to make it even better, the pool was not so clean, some of the doors did not have the lock working properly, the door did not close . I didn't like the extra energy charge either, but at least it was on the listing informing. In general, it was a good stay and even with the notes, I recommend the house for good family moments.

Excellent lodging. Beautiful and very comfortable house. Outdoor area with sensational pool integrated into the other areas of the house making the experience very good. You feel at home. I will return several times without a doubt.

We had a fantastic stay at Vila Liberty. It was our first time in Fortim, and we absolutely loved it. The beach is stunning, and the locals are always very friendly and helpful. The house is only three years old and has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. It’s beautifully designed, featuring an open-plan living and dining area that connects seamlessly with the pool and outdoor space, with no need for walls. The wind that regularly blows in Ceará acts as a natural cooler during the warm months, which last almost all year round in the Northeast of Brazil. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. For those renting a car, I would recommend getting a 4x4, as the roads can be rough due to the accumulation of dune sand in certain areas. Cars frequently get stuck, but a 4x4 should help you avoid trouble!

It's a show! A show indeed! Here are some observations: The house is missing several items that are slowly being bought, including tv, after all the house does not have. The outdoor toilets do not have stable hot water, so those who like the hot bath will have to take it in the indoor bathroom, which is covered and the hot water works well. The service of Giovana ( concierge of the house ) is what takes the house to a five-star hotel level even with the problems reported above. She and Nicinha Cook ( cost apart ) are a beautiful duo! I will be back for sure!

Igor's home was my first experience with Airbnb and it was just amazing. The host always responded quickly and attentively to my questions. The house is simple, safe, super cozy, and close to the main sights and stalls. The maximum point of the experience is the view of the balcony, which is surreal. It was all clean and organized when we arrived, and we found everything we needed. Mr. Belarmino and his (homemade) son also were quite willing to help. It sure would go again. 🫰🏼

Casa Pipa is wonderful, primarily for the attention and care of the host, I always request and available to help. The house is sensational, fantastic architecture. Large garden. Wonderful integration between kitchen, living room and terrace. Kitchen very well equipped with all new and excellent utensils. We'll be back soon!

The stay in the bungalow was wonderful! All very clean and organized, with all the necessary equipment, exactly as in the listing. The location is great, very close to the sea, we walked to walk on the beach every day. The decor is beautiful, modern and cozy! Air-conditioned rooms, with large and comfortable beds, with clean and smelling bedding. Living room with couch and TV, full kitchen, and still has a deck with a wonderful pool for our breakfast!Beautifully cared garden, welcoming lighting… and my puppies loved it too! Anyway, I only have compliments! And the location is so quiet, we feel very safe. It was also very easy to contact host Nayana, who also sent us several tips. Too much Indico! We want to return as soon as possible!
