The house is very tasty, pleasant and well-equipped. Cláudia is a wonderful host, attentive, careful with the details. We were greeted with great affection and care: flowers in the pots throughout the house, chocolate and cardboard, very beautiful. In addition, she took us to the house so there was no risk of losing ourselves. The rooms, linens and towels are of high quality. Swimming pool with hydromassage and an inviting garden. The location of the house, however, does not allow a walk around the surroundings. It is still an area with a lot of sand and lots of works. I missed walking. By car, however, both the beach and downtown are close by. The feeling of being in a place with birds, again and again a mujido of cows and a lot of tranquility. Bucolic environment. About the amenities: I missed an oven and a gelagua. The oven because I took food to warm up and I did not find clear in the announcement the information that there was no oven. The gelágua to avoid opening and closing the refrigerator too much.

The stay was excellent, Marcelo and Vanessa welcomed us very well. We were to celebrate the 80th Anniversary My father's years, going to 10 adults and 5 children who were well accommodated. The ambiance is beautiful and the pool is excellent, beautiful and heated allowing for a pleasant bath during the day and night. Very beautiful and excellent home decor for family events or friends. The service was always helpful, good breakfast and a good possibility of already having pizza within the very structure made by the kitchen. Finally they offer us a surprise cake for my father who made us very happy.

Casa Pipa is wonderful, primarily for the attention and care of the host, I always request and available to help. The house is sensational, fantastic architecture. Large garden. Wonderful integration between kitchen, living room and terrace. Kitchen very well equipped with all new and excellent utensils. We'll be back soon!

We had a fantastic stay at Vila Liberty. It was our first time in Fortim, and we absolutely loved it. The beach is stunning, and the locals are always very friendly and helpful. The house is only three years old and has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. It’s beautifully designed, featuring an open-plan living and dining area that connects seamlessly with the pool and outdoor space, with no need for walls. The wind that regularly blows in Ceará acts as a natural cooler during the warm months, which last almost all year round in the Northeast of Brazil. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. For those renting a car, I would recommend getting a 4x4, as the roads can be rough due to the accumulation of dune sand in certain areas. Cars frequently get stuck, but a 4x4 should help you avoid trouble!

One of the coolest houses we've ever stayed in the Northeast. The house is very beautiful and cozy and very well thought out both in terms of architecture and decoration. The location is the best in Pontal. Positive points for Dayane who took very good care of our stay. I strongly recommend it to a group of friends or family, especially for those who have children and want a beautiful place, full of charm and very quiet.

The house is very special because it is surrounded by green, overlooking the sea, the coconut trees and the carnaube trees everywhere, this combination of vegetation and the proximity of the sea creates an atmosphere of unique peace and tranquility, a true refuge. It is close to the city center, which makes it easy. Also, the house has a lot of space, great accommodations, space is well distributed. I recommend it!
