Our stay here was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for. Immaculate home, very comfortable. We felt like we were at home. Great coffee across the street. We could drive to anywhere in Denver we needed to be inside of 20 min. Will 100% stay here when we are back in Denver. Thank you Seth!

We loved the location. The place was very comfortable and they made every effort to take care of any need we had. It was a well stocked. I loved that they had a tea kettle and a rice cooker which I used often. I'm allergic to fragrances and appreciated even the little things like fragrance free lotion :) We would recommend it to our friends. We stayed there three weeks. The only thing we missed was not having an in unit laundry, but even then there was a laundromat close to there.

Great place to stay in Golden! The space was beautiful and fully stocked, felt just like stepping into a home and being set up for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the evenings on the rooftop and walking into downtown. Would recommend!

We absolutely loved our week stay at this home in Old Town Arvada! It was walking distance to Old Town with lots of restaurants (dog friendly patios and a brewery too). The home was exactly as described and had everything we needed, including coffee and tea pods. The backyard was wonderful for our two goldens to run around, and having the back door to the yard right off from the master bedroom was a dream! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling through the area.

Stayed here for a week and couldn't have had a better experience. Holly and Marcus made sure to make us feel comfortable and welcomed by always communicating with us the whole trip for anything that we needed. Would definitely book this place again in the future when we come back to Superior, CO.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ari's Airbnb, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. This was an excellent place to stay for our trip to Denver. Excellent location, and was very nice and clean. Great amenities. The space is very nice and well thought out with comfort in mind. Parking was easy. I didn’t interact with the hosts much, but I didn’t need to because they had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay again!

This spot is in a great location if you’re looking for walkable options. The surrounding neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous and it felt safe enough to walk at any hour. Lots of cool restaurants and bars in close walking distance. The basement apartment had plenty of room and made me feel right at home. It was also a perfect setup for working remote for a few days during my trip. You can hear the movement upstairs but that was to be expected and was never an issue. If you rent a car there is street parking right in front of the apartment door and the location of the house puts you close enough to major highways to make travel to other areas quick and easy. But you would never know major highways are close because you never hear them and traffic is limited on the side streets you’re primarily navigating. All in all this was a great stay and I would book this place again!

Great location. Walkable to a great coffee shop (Sapor) and nice Thai restaurant (Ros Siam). Convenient to LoHi. Really close to the Denver children's museum (amazing, btw) and aquarium. There is a washer/dryer in the unit but it is the all in one kind that steam dries which is not quick, just something to be mindful of...the house is small but nicely appointed and private. The garage is a nice touch for safety and privacy but can be difficult to get in and out of with an SUV. William responded to my messages quickly and was very accommodating. Checkout was simple without a to-do list of tasks like I have experienced in the past with other rentals. This is a wonderful place to stay if visiting Denver!

We had a really good stay at Jason's. The place was clean and as described with many amenities. Jason is a very communicative host. Home and neighborhood is quiet except of course for the occasional close by train. We walked to Georgia Boys down on 3rd Ave and Main Street for various restaurants and coffee shops. A fun stay.

My three girlfriends and I very much enjoyed the two night stay at Deb's place. The views from the house, especially at sunrise and sunset, were spectacular. The beds were very comfortable, and the extra snacks she provided were great. Her dog was so friendly - he welcomed us every morning, but limited his visit so you wanted more of him! We hiked an easy trail at Staunton State Park and the fall color was beautiful! Thank you Deb!

Such a cute, comfortable little bungalow! The backyard is wonderful and spacious and offers an amazing extension to the home for additional enjoyment. The home is small but is so well curated for the space I didn’t miss having additional square feet. I’m obsessed with the decor and appreciated every little thoughtful touch throughout this home. Amy was an amazing host as well, so attentive and accommodating. Top notch stay all around.

The place had so many unique features, I can't say enough about it. Our favorite stay in the US! I would adjust my travel dates to stay here again. Everything was high quality, from the linens to the kitchenware, artfully decorated, well appointed, it felt like staying at a friend's house. Very comfy beds, nice flow to the space, we enjoyed the shuffleboard table immensely. Only potential downside is if you can't easily climb stairs.

We loved the deck and weber grill. The footed bathtub/shower was like being in a spa. The kitchen is small but Janet has managed to pack it full. I cooked several meals and had everything needed. We did not have cell service in the canyon, but the internet and wifi worked great. love the 1920’s cabin. Janet was very receptive and helpful. Oh, lots of goodies in a basket and bottled water in the fridge. Is good for a couple.
