Wonderful trip to NY with family of 4. Right next to bus stop easy 20 min to bus port authority and subway. Amazing view of city. Hosts were very responsive. Enjoyed the amenities they provided. Guest pullout bed ok for kids…might be a little rougher for another couple. Overall a wonderful stay and fantastic hosts.

My friend and I had a wonderful time. As two woman, we felt safe in the area and had such easy transportation to the city. the ferry was just a 10 minute walk from the apartment and 20 bucks which we thought was reasonably priced to not have to drive into the city!!! the place was just as it stated. the only complaint I would have is the fact that the shower had a ton of soap scum built up. that pinkish color in all the grout crevasses. I'd just suggest that the cleaner do a better job. But overall this place was fabulous!!!! I would recommend to anyone. being able to walk just a few shorts steps and see the NYC skyline was absolutely fabulous.

We absolutely loved this apt! This is our second time to visit Hoboken and Manhattan. The apt was perfect for our family of 8. Super clean, comfy, and close to the path so we could commute to Manhattan! I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again!

Great place fresh cozy and spotless. Alan gave me additional time to check out and we communicated very well. I would have liked the mattress a little softer.

Anelisse was a wonderful host! My plans suddenly changed and I was unable to go, but my daughter and her friends stayed. Anelisse was very understanding and accommodating. She was also very thorough and communicative with check in and stay information. Would definitely book with her again in the future!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Queens! The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect for families, especially with young children. The driveway parking was a lifesaver—no need to worry about finding a spot. Inside, the modern bathrooms, new appliances, snacks, seasonings, and board games added thoughtful touches that made our stay extra comfortable. The water in the showers was perfectly hot, and the A/C worked so well we had to crack the windows! When there was a party upstairs, the hosts promptly coordinated with the neighbors to shut it down, ensuring a peaceful night for us. What truly stood out was the hospitality of Prince and Mohit. When weather threatened to delay our plans, they graciously extended our stay by an extra night at no cost. That kind of generosity is rare and deeply appreciated. The location, just minutes from LaGuardia Airport, was incredibly convenient. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with thoughtful hosts, this is the place to book!!!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless and conveniently located, making it easy to get to all my destinations. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, addressing any questions or concerns I had almost immediately. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like plenty of towels, toilet paper, and extra bedding—it really made the stay comfortable. The shared parking spot was a huge plus, especially in New York, where parking can be a challenge. I would definitely book with them again. Highly recommend!

Carolyn was a great Host. She surprised ist in arranging a Christmas tree. Very responsive. The Coffee maker which was Not working was replaced within a day. The House is very nice, Clean in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.

The apartment was just perfect - spacious , well equipped , super comfortable and the most amazing location. It was great to have the big skies and calm of the ocean boardwalk to start and end busy Manhattan days. Being so close to the A train station was a real bonus and we loved getting the NYC ferry too. Stop and Shop handy and well stocked for groceries and Vino By The Sea has a great selection of wines including some local gems. Couldn’t have asked for a better family stay.

The apartment met all expectations. I felt very comfortable. The bed was insanely comfortable so I could sleep very well. Of course, the way to Manhattan from Rockaway Beach is not the shortest, but I knew that in advance. Within 75 minutes I was "in the middle" of whether I went by train or boat. Supermarket and the recommended "restaurant" are also within walking distance (5 minutes). Even as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe in the area. The fact that you were on the beach within a few minutes' walk in the most beautiful weather was rounded off.

Joseph’s place was exactly as intended! It was very clean, the parking spot was easy to use. And Joseph was there to help us out during a small snowstorm. Someone from the family is always there on the premises, and were super responsive. Would recommend and really wish to stay again! 10/10

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home by the lake! The location was incredibly serene. The house itself was perfect in every way. The game room was a highlight for our group, filled with options that kept everyone entertained for hours. Whether it was pool table, board games, or just lounging around, there was something for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, including spices and coffee machine. It felt like home and gave us everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Since it was winter, we missed out on enjoying the spacious deck and the firepit by the lake due to the fire ban from the dry weather. We would love to to return in the spring or summer to experience those amenities and soak in the natural beauty of the surroundings even more. Johanna and Jimmy were absolutely fantastic hosts. They were extremely friendly and incredibly quick with their responses. We highly recommend this place!

My girlfriend and I spent an amazing winter holiday in these apartments while visiting NYC. The location is very convenient: a bus stop is right outside the door, and it takes only about 20-25 minutes to get to Manhattan by bus. Estefany and her mother, Athia, are some of the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve ever met – always friendly and incredibly responsive. The apartments provided the perfect place to relax after long days of walking through the bustling city. Thanks to our wonderful hosts, our trip was truly memorable. Highly recommend!

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

We had a great stay at the Cozy Q. The place was perfect for 2 and just as described on the listing. Clarissa welcomed us and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The location was the best. We were about 15-20 min to city by car and even closer by subway. The station is a short walk but nearby. Bon Bagel was our go to for coffee and/or breakfast in the morning. If you plan on being out the majority of the time and need a nice and cozy place to sleep and shower then this is it!

This place was extremely nice, especially for the price. Loved the layout & how spacious the bathroom and kitchen areas were. Very clean as well. There's an Exxon gas station literally next door for essentials or snacks/drinks, and the NJ Light Rail station is just as close. I also appreciated the lobby/waiting area of the building too. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others!

Me and my partner had an amazing stay. The space is very close to America dream mall 6 min drive which was perfect for us, and also a quick 30 min bus ride to manhattan. It was a perfect stay overall. Only thing I would say is the walls are very thin we could hear people walking upstairs and closing doors but it wasn’t horrible. We were still able to sleep.

Falaks place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there and felt right at home. The price was also excellent for the area where we were staying.

We stayed here for a week-long conference in Times Square and it was the perfect place for all our needs. There were multiple buses for us to take to and from the city, which made traveling easy for our busy days at the conference. The apartment was very nice, clean, and spacious for the three of us staying. We loved walking around the neighborhood and enjoyed several meals at Gotan Cafe just a few steps away from the apartment. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay near the city.

This place was beautiful and worth it! It is right on the water edge. The host is very friendly and quick to respond. I had no problems during my stay! The ride into the city wasn’t bad at all and there is ferry within walking distance.
