Staying at Alan’s apartment was a seamless experience from start to finish. It’s an easy commute to and from New York City, especially if you plan to spend time in Midtown Manhattan. The apartment itself was very large, clean, tasteful, and quiet at night. Additionally, Alan was very communicative and responsive, which we greatly appreciated. Instructions were also very clear. I would definitely recommend this arrangement, and I plan to come back again!

We loved staying at KD's place! The pathway along the river is very pretty and the view across of Manhattan is stunning! There was plenty of room for the 3 of us, place was stylish and comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants and the ferry, train and buses to get across the river. Highly recommend staying here, thank you!

Perfect for my family and great transportation options and easy to access NYC

This gem felt like home! Soon as you walk in you can feel the beautiful vibrant energy. It was very clean and had everything you want/need. It’s walkable to everything! Community Park down the road is so peaceful. Vlad was awesome! He communicated very well and helped me out weeks before I even flew in and the whole time I was there. Will be back Vlad! Dan and Jill’s place was a peaceful little gem with a stunning view from living room windows. There are multiple outside spaces to relax. The inside was absolutely spotless and decorated very nicely. Lots of plants give it a zen feel. The kitchen was beautiful and nicely appointed. Extra effort is made with the coffee amenities. Would stay again ! 😊

Nous étions 5 (2 adultes et 3 enfants) pour 6 nuits. Le logement est très spacieux, joliment décoré, à 5 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de bus. Les enfants ont apprécié les jeux mis à disposition. Jamie a toujours été très cordiale et très réactive face à nos différentes demandes. C'est un vrai point positif qu'elle habite à proximité. Notre avion a été fortement retardé, cela n'a pas été un problème d'accéder au logement de manière autonome dans la nuit. A savoir, pour les éventuelles familles qui souhaitent réserver : prévoir un budget pour les transports en bus vers New-York (en supplément de la carte métro illimité de Nyc) + le temps de trajet à inclure dans votre planning. L'avantage est de pouvoir profiter de la Skyline durant votre trajet ☺️

This was our second time staying at the lake house, and everything was just as wonderful as the first time. Joe and Izzy were the perfect hosts, always there to help and provide any information needed. The house and property continue to be drop-dead gorgeous, but it remains an extremely comfortable and livable home to stay in. This is by far the best Airbnb or VRBO that we have ever stayed at, and we would highly recommend it without hesitation. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Many thanks to Joe and Izzy for creating such a special place.

Great location, right in town. This is a very cute house and perfect for two couples. The bedrooms each have attached private beths. Everything was spotless. We've stayed in Carolyn's places many times and she is a great communicator, resourceful local guide and excellent trouble shooter if you ever have an issue.

This is a beautiful two bedroom apartment with a driveway directly across the street from the beach. It’s in a quiet part of the Rockaway Peninsula, a short walk or drive from a supermarket and a handful of restaurants and coffee shops. The nearby beach is popular with surfers.

Das Apartment hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem, sodass ich sehr gut schlafen konnte. Natürlich ist der Weg nach Manhattan hinein von Rockaway Beach aus nicht der Kürzeste, das war mir aber von vornherein klar. Innerhalb von 75 Minuten war ich „mitten drin“, ob ich mit der Bahn oder mit dem Schiff gefahren bin. Supermarkt und das empfehlenswerte „Restaurant“ sind auch fußläufig (5 Minuten) erreichbar. Auch als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich in der Gegend sicher gefühlt. Dass man innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß bei schönstem Wetter am Strand war, hat das Ganze noch abgerundet.

It was a warm and cozy place, with bus stop around 20 steps, it was really easy to get to NYC PA bus terminal via 127 NJ Transit bus Place was clean and rooms were spacious felt right at home. Also Taco Bell is the nearest fast food restaurant if anyone wants to grab a quick bite. It’s walkable

Michelle’s place was absolutely adorable! I really felt relaxed and comfortable. I slept well in the bed. The amenities in the kitchen were perfect for a short stay and the lake was lovely.

This house has a river view which I liked the most. Because the land is so big, I feel I am in a forest next to a river with quiet and private environment. The owner is great and responded in no time. I will refer to my friends.

My girlfriend and I spent an amazing winter holiday in these apartments while visiting NYC. The location is very convenient: a bus stop is right outside the door, and it takes only about 20-25 minutes to get to Manhattan by bus. Estefany and her mother, Athia, are some of the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve ever met – always friendly and incredibly responsive. The apartments provided the perfect place to relax after long days of walking through the bustling city. Thanks to our wonderful hosts, our trip was truly memorable. Highly recommend!

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

Great location for a short stay in NYC. Lots of things to do in the area. Easy access to underground and other transportation

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

We were given a warm welcome as soon as we arrived. Hector gave us a short tour of the place, and also offered some really good food recommendations! Communications were smooth, and Hector and Clarissa were both very enthusiastic in offering help if we needed it. Thank you, Hector and Clarissa, for hosting us in such a nice neighborhood!

I Couldn't wait to give my review! When I say the place was AMAZING, IT WAS!!! I wished I could have stayed some more days. The responses were immediate! Place was cozy! Everything you see in the images of this home are accurate! The building ambience is beautiful as well. They have gained a customer that will share with anyone who is coming to New York. Stores are 4 mins away. Check out restaurants bbqchicken and fluffys they are literally a coupleof blocks away. This is the place for you don't think twice, it comes with all the bells and whistles. The major added bonus was the washer and dryer lol I have a fetish. I never take home clothes that aren't cleaned. Book IMMEDIATELY!

The apartment is located in a perfect location, close to the Hudson River with amazing views across to the manhattan skyline. Transport links were great too - we were able to get across to manhattan for all the sightseeing trips we had booked quickly and smoothly. AJ was an excellent host. Very quick to respond and so helpful with our enquiries. All his responses and instructions were very clear. We would recommend this property to friends and family.
