Travel with my parents after the festival.Sunshine beach, clean room, there is a big shoppingmall just over a ten-minute walk.There is food from all over the world.Bring your own pool and artificial waves in the apartment.Small basketball.Music bars by the pool in the evening.Very relaxing with homemade cocktails while blowing the sea breeze, introduce friends next time.

We've stayed here for a numerous time and never did it disappoint. Looking forward to the next one :)

Me and my family had a great stay for our despedida. The unit is clean and spacious. They have a very big TV and we enjoyed it for our movie marathon. Wifi is fast and the unit is well equipped.

The place had everything I needed, even a filtersystem so I could drink tab water. Jammie is sooo caring, she even took care of pest control which really saved me mentally ❤️❤️ haha I'm German...The apartment is cozy and cute, I felt very comfy in this place and I am very very grateful!! The host answers really quickly and takes immediate care, so it was really relaxing for me ❤️❤️

We had a comfortable stay in a very tidy and clean room.The bathroom and kitchen were also clean and easy to use, and the hot water pressure was strong for the shower, and the cooler was good.There are supermarkets, restaurants, money changers, 24-hour convenience stores on the ground floor of the building, so it is very convenient.The host responded quickly and was able to stay with peace of mind.

It's our third time staying here, and our impression has never changed. This place is always our first choice when booking. It has all the basic needs, when it comes to food—there are so many options nearby. Transportation is also easy, so for sure, this won't be our last stay here. And of course, William is extremely accommodating—very responsive and patient.

We had an amazing stay at this incredible unit! The interior was absolutely stunning - the modern decor and sleek design made us feel like we were in a luxury hotel. And the best part? The massage chair! It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The unit was also surprisingly cold, even without turning on the AC. The owner has clearly put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and relaxing space. Communication with the host was seamless, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Small room but very functional. Great views. Belle was a great host and responded very quickly with an issues or concerns I had, and was very flexible with check in and check out time.

We’ve stayed a couple times in Dynastel’s units and they have always been very friendly and accommodating. Rose was very helpful and answered and addressed all our requests. We look forward to staying in Dynastel’s listings again!

Very reasonable price and great location for people who want to explore Poblacion. Would still advise to be careful with your belongings when walking around the area.

We had an amazing stay at this place! It's incredibly accessible and spacious, with plenty of room to relax. The space is spotless and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beinh able to unwind with Netflix was a nice touch. Crisalez was fantastic — super responsive and attentive, and she and her son truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The flexibility with check-in and checkout times was a major bonus, something not all places offer. We really appreciated that. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Highly recommended!
