Jane is firstly an incredibly generous and responsive host. She was super flexible and reasonable to a request we had, and also checked in with us to make sure that that we were able to check into the house. The house itself is amazing. We enjoyed the pool and the massive kitchen. There is plenty of entertainment including table tennis, pool toys and floaties, a theatre room and games just to name a few. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious and well located. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely gorgeous, spotless house and a wonderful garden full of nooks and places to sit - and of course, an amazing pool! My mum likes to have her own space when we travel so it was great as well that the master bedroom had an ensuite. Our doggies had a fabulous time too - they had their evening walk each day in the bushland reserve that's right opposite the house and exhausted themselves running on the nearby dog beaches and tracks beside the Anglesea River. This was the first time that I've stayed at the back of Anglesea rather than right by the beach, and it was nice to be able to retreat away from the crowds and into nature (while still being a short 4-minute drive from the beach).

Our stay at Doris's place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was not only spotless and stylish, mirroring the photos perfectly, but it was also incredibly welcoming. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the milk,sugar and well-stocked kitchen, which made us feel right at home. The location was ideal as well. Doris was a brilliant host, always quick to respond to our questions and providing helpful information about the area. The check-in process was seamless, and we loved the convenience of the private entrance. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and centrally located place to stay in Jan Juc , very close to Torquay. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful location within walking distance to everything we needed. Perfect for little children with lots of energy. The pool and the tennis court were a hit as well as the beach, lighthouse, rock pools, playground and inlet within walking distance. We arrived to an incredibly generous Easter gift basket as well, above and beyond what I’ve ever seen at any Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Beautifully maintained garden and grounds in the complex. We’ll be back again.

We have just returned from 3 nights staying here and cannot speak high enough about the place. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The kids had an absolute blast with all the toys, the cubby house and the show stopping pool. The pool is huge and perfect for kids with a deep and shallow end, also loads of pool toys! A really great space for some quality time with family with fantastic communal areas in the heart of the stunning little village. We took the short 15 minute walk to Mr T and me for breakfast which again was gorgeous. We will definitely be returning with family in the future, thank you!

We had a wonderful time staying at Seaview Apollo Bay. The house had everything you needed and more. Hiring linen was an easy. Although GOR holiday letting sent through lots of information, was very hard to contact when needed to ask things. Would have been better if run by a local team. We would definitely book again.

Had really nice stay at Johanna Seaside Cottages 'Farm House', was the perfect country escape we were looking for and the kids loved collecting fresh laid eggs in the morning and having access to an indoor heated pool. Only minor complaint was not being able to connect to the internet Friday evening and not being able contact our host after 5pm. That said, the property caretake (Ben) was super helpful when he checked in the next day. Would definitely recommend if looking for a country escape along the coast.

A great beach getaway in the perfect secluded location. Close to Anglesea but not too close to deal with the busy crowds. Amazing beach location and house has every amenity you could need and wish for. The spa and log fireplace was a special!

Really terrific house, great for a large group. Very comfortable, excellent little additions like board games and Finska as well as a well stocked pantry. Super clean. Nice private garden

Excellent place to stay. Easy walk into town. The house looked even better in person. Glenys was easy to communicate with and very accomodating. There was even a beautiful welcome gift and Easter eggs for the kids. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Brilliant stay at Barbie May’s and will definitely be back there again one day. Suzie was extremely responsive and helpful with any requests, and even laid out Easter eggs for all the kids. The house was perfect for 2 families and it looked exactly like the photos. Great location to walk to the pub, shops and a great park for the kids. Thanks for a fantastic long weekend!

This is our third time staying at Anthea's place in Anglesea. It is an easy, spacious, comfortable home to spend time in, with all the amenities, well located with a great view from the deck. Anthea communicates responsively and proactively. A lovely beach holiday for our family. Thanks Anthea.

Very cosy house overlooking the forest and ocean, upstairs view is nice and pleasant. Perfect location with 5 mins walk to the beach/rockpool and the general store. There are kookaburras, Rosellas and cockatoos visiting the balcony regularly, though I don't recommend feeding them or eating outside, especially with little kids.

I would like to thank Libby for sharing her beautiful property for us to stay. We all had a great time. Libby was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I highly recommend it.

Our holiday at the Apollo Bay house was truly memorable. Lovely house a quick walk away from Sunnymeade beach. Human and canine family members enjoyed our weekend here. Nice comfy beds, healthy indoor plants, great kitchen, hammock chairs on the verandah - great beach house!

I recently stayed at a stunning hillside Airbnb, and it was nothing short of magical. Nestled on a quiet, private hill, the property offered the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. We had a really lovely stay. The house was bigger than the photos indicated. The kitchen was well equipped and having a washing machine and dryer was very handy. The children were able to hand feed parrots on the veranda and it was a short walk to see kangaroos on the golf course. There was a pleasant bush walk to the beach. The range of shops was good and the local IGA had everything we needed. The whole stay was perfect. Thanks Greg.

David’s place was a beautiful getaway! absolutely loved the location and set up- such a great place for our group to kick back and have a beer after a surf or go for a morning walk and take in the area. David was really flexible with check in and out time and kind enough to let us check in a day early, and super responsive giving us recommendations for the area. would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Aireys- worth every cent!! can’t wait to come back.

The Coastal Hide Away exceeded our expectations. The pictures made the place look great; it was even better in reality. The property was clean, spacious and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The spa was a real highlight and worth every penny - the perfect end to a day exploring the Ocean Road. As a host, Dariusz cannot be faulted. He was proactive with his communication and had thought of everything when it came to making checking in and out of the Hide Away seamless. We had a great time at the Hide Away, and won't hesitate to return should we head to Appollo Bay again in the future. Thanks!

We absolutely loved our three-night stay at Paul’s place in Apollo Bay. The home is a beautifully designed, modern space with impressive architectural features throughout. We were continually struck by the attention to detail and the thoughtful layout, which made the space feel both luxurious and welcoming. The house is equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect, along with a fantastic library that showcases the owner’s excellent taste—particularly in design and architecture. Just one street back from the beach, the location is perfect for long, scenic walks in either direction along Apollo Bay. There’s so much to do in the area—from bushwalking and breathtaking views at Marriner’s Lookout to surfing, boating, and more. One of the highlights of our trip was spotting koalas at the stunning Shelley Beach—a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax in style while exploring the natural beauty of the Great Ocean Road.

We have now stayed here twice. Just love the comfort and convenience of the house. I am sure that we will be back in the future.
