A very pleasant experience, very clean, cozy property, with convenient parking, very close to the center, super breakfast. The strong point, however, is the owner, a person who is exquisite to say the least, full of attention to customers, always ready to give pleasant suggestions on how to spend a great vacation, from a human point of view after a few hours you know her she seems like an old friend.

The stay was great. The house was tidy, clean, and everything was available. The area is very central, you can get around on foot and there are many bars, shops and restaurants. Mrs. Concetta was really friendly and helpful. If I had to go back to Cassino, I would go back with pleasure.

We cannot wait to return to this charming Locanda! Truly a Gem in the village of Prossedi. This was our second time staying here. The rooms are beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. Daniela and her family are hospitable and sweet. She also owns the Persei restaurant and serves delicious authentic Italian local cuisine. The views from our window looked like paintings!

Annalisa is a truly impeccable host, attentive and available for every guest need. I was missing salt and I disturbed her at lunchtime and she was very nice. She gave us a bottle of water for the baby. The dog Max is really super sweet, my son loved him right away. Breakfast on the terrace is really amazing. Thank you, if we return to the area we will return to Annalisa.

We thank Mrs. Serena for our mini stay, our room was impeccable, super clean and equipped with everything you need, thank you for the excellent breakfast, although we woke up late, the lady insisted on letting us taste her wonderful cakes and much more. We'll probably be back, a kiss!

This was the best B&B we’ve ever stayed at & the location is fantastic. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed from the USB outlets next to the bed to modern and clean decor to our morning coffee & breakfast. Iole is a wonderful host who, as you can see, loves what she does. If we could give 7 or 8 stars, we would!

We had a lovely peaceful stay. The house was quirky and full of character, and the breakfast was lovely. We went to a little farm 5 minutes from the B&B for supper and it was pure magic surrounded by stunning views. Would highly recommend staying here for peace and quiet, and beautiful dramatic scenery

Remo and other staff were really friendly. They helped with restaurants etc. House was really clean. Outdoor jacuzzi was great! Breakfast was good. I highly recommend this place!

Annalisa’s place is the most beautiful and quiet place you could wish to stay in! 💛 The rooms are lovely and very clean, the surroundings are beautiful and the cute dogs become your best friends if you let them join you for breakfast on the balcony. 🐶 Just make sure you have a car when you come and stay here as walking through the fields was much harder than we excpected 😅

Very clean accommodation with all the comforts present, Antonello was very kind and gave us many tips on what to do in the area. Only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and 5 mins drive to Medieval Gaeta, strategic location. Highly recommended!!
