Wonderful place! Just 5 points out of 5! The house is only 6 apartments, very quiet and peaceful, there is no elevator, but only three floors, always free parking. Huge balcony along the entire apartment and terrace with furniture. A large grill adds variety to cooking) Great beds with comfortable mattresses, nice linens. A lot of all kinds of dishes! There is also everything you need for the beach, including an umbrella and chairs. There is a heater in case of cold, and two air conditioners in different rooms. Pablo is a very gracious and helpful host! When we checked in, there was a problem with the dishwasher not working. However, he quickly changed it, thank you so much! Your place was very cozy and welcoming! We'd love to come back again!

had a lovely 5 days here between Christmas and new year. location was perfect with easy parking and some good restaurants within a 25 min walk. house was very clean with everything you need ,this would be perfect for a small family as the beach is almost at your front door. we had a very easy and clear check in with ceferina with clear instructions. thank you. david.

The apartment was lovely, and there was a stunning seascape from the big windows. The property had 5 bedrooms and a large common space, so it's a great place for more families and generations. I'd love to come again. Rosa was very friendly and everything went smoothly

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was just near the sea, it had all the things that were mentioned. Bea was very helpful. We did miss a kettel but I guess drinking tea is not very common to this area. Also had a minor problem with the toilet but the host tried as hard as she could. Would recommend this place to families with children - the beach is beautiful and not crowded at all (in October))

We really couldn't have chosen better place for our vacation. The house is super good, the airs cooled to top, it is pet friendly, clean and the beach is super close! 100% recommended! ❤️❤️

We spent Christmas at Antonio’s place, we absolutely loved it, inside and out. The house has charm, the location and the view are a ‘million dollar’. Would love to come back!

We had an amazing time at the villa! We were a family of 11 and there was plenty of space for us all! The property is very well equipped and had everything we needed. The outside space was great with enough seating area for everyone. It was a bonus to have a washing machine and a line outside to dry clothes. The villa has so much character! We would 💯 return in future ☺️

There were four of us as a family at James's place in the beginning of November. The weather was great. 23 degrees during the day. We used basketball and tennis courts. (You would have to bring the balls and rackets.) Heated pool and hot tubs and the pool bar with kitchen was very pleasant and delicious. Gym was very popular. We did not use the sauna. We would have borrowed a bike, tried paragliders, drove scooters if we had time. Great, undisturbed view from the balcony accessible from all rooms. The 2 bathrooms was very convenient for us 4 adults! From the airport we have taxi (10 min. 17 euros). In the week we drove to the airport again and still rented a car. There were a lot of customers in the car rental but we got a car with normal price. The parking space at the place was very convenient! It was easy and very nice to communicate with James, we would love to come again in autumn-winter.

Ashley and Gemma are definitely superhosts ,very responsive and helpful without invading our time in their beautiful villa. The villa itself was spotless as was linens . There’s plenty to do and see in the area . I found mostly friendly people who were willing to chat and pass the time of day with you . I was there at Christmas and new year and you must go and parade on the beach on those days ,there was a little Christmas market and daily activities great fun to be had . Fabulous place and people if you get the chance then book this as you will not be disappointed. Thank you Ashley and Gemma for the use of your villa And I shall be back again at some point 😀

Claudio is a good host, always attentive and responsive, the apartment is as described in the photos, I loved it very close to the beach so you don't have to use the car much, I would definitely stay there again. thank you very much Claudio.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was immaculate and decorated in a lovely fresh and modern style. Everything you need is very close by, with direct access to the beach just minutes away. Lots of walkable beach bars close by, as well as the main strip of restaurants in Los Alcázares about a half hour walk or 5 minute drive. We thought the location was perfect. We would definitely book this apartment again!

Very good place to stay. Tewfik was very responsive and communicative, he helped us with all the information we needed for our late night check-in. Plenty available parking spots around the location. The apartment was clean and tidy. Overalls, we had a pleasant stay.

The maintenance house in Svetlana was fantastic for our family! In addition, the house was cozy and comfortable. It was well equipped with all we needed during our experience. Spacious and bright rooms, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen-it all created an atmosphere of home comfort. We felt like home and enjoyed every moment. The location of the home was also perfect.We could go straight out of the house and be on the beach just a few steps down. It was very comfortable, especially if we were to take a bath or just walk along the coast. We recommend it to anyone looking for a secluded place to stay with great views and comfort. It was the perfect holiday for our family and we look forward to coming back again!

This is our second year staying here. We absolutely love staying here and again made beautiful memories. Can’t wait to return in the future.

A lovely apartment which has everything you need and is really modern inside. The location is perfect with the beach and restaurants just outside the front entrance and the easy access to supermarkets and bars. The apartment has a lovely view of the marina from one of the balconies and Ann has included some beach umbrellas and mats for a relaxing day on the beach. Ann communicates well and ensured we had a great stay.

A lovely spot opposite the sea. Lovely and quiet at this time of year. Great accommodation with everything you need and secure parking.
