Apartment vacation rentals in Forest Park

Kattya and Patrick have been wonderfully accommodating and helpful with all aspects of my stay. They were always present and available to help me with anything that I might need, but never troubled me with anything and provided a very peaceful and fulfilling stay at their apartment. Kattya has gone out of her way to be supportive and helpful while I have been recovering from surgery. And even more has been proactive and willing to forward a late delivery to me after I checked out. I can not more highly recommend Kattya and here residence to anyone coming to the Buckhead / Atlanta area for a visit, either short or extended. Ward Graham

This place is a hidden gem. I have been an AirBnb-er for several years, and I would say that this space is the most beautiful place that I have ever been to. This architect on this place is impeccable with the combination of wood floors and stone masonry. It is clear that this place was created by a master craftsman. The lighting in the space is more than sufficient, and the decor makes you feel that you are in the four seasons hotel. Yosa and team exceeded my expectations and are very responsive and willing to do the little things to make your stay memorable. A must stay if you are in the south atlanta area.

Great place and made for such a fun wonderful Thanksgiving for my family who all traveled in to this central location. Comfortable, relaxing, we truly enjoyed the amenities on the property, fire pit, coffee in the morning outside by the pond/lake. Highly recommend !

This is our third stay at Kathleen’s place. You cannot beat this private and clean hideaway in a great neighborhood. So many places in a walkable distance and easy to hop in the belt line. It’s our go to spot anytime we visit Atlanta.

This is a great space to stay. This place feels like home. The hosts are responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The property is well kept and spotless. The entrance is from the backyard but the place feels like home. Be aware that the bedroom has a full-size bed; smaller than Queen. Excellent place to stay while you visit Atlanta

Zakeus was a great host to book our stay with. The place was as advertised and the neighborhood is lively and much to do within walking distance. We visited Atlanta to go to six flags, but also had so much fun locally. This area is great for dog owners. There is a fenced dog park and piedmont park both within a few minutes walk. Thanx again Zakeus.

10/10 recommend. The place was a great deal in a wonderful location and well supplied for my needs. For being in such a walkable area, the space was quiet, felt really unique and homey. Midtown felt super safe to me to walk around at night, had great restaurant options and lots to do, including the High museum, Piedmont Park, the botanical gardens, and so much more. The space was definitely as listed and had all the things I needed. I felt the hosts were responsive though all I did was tell them I was there and when I was leaving as I didn't want for anything else.

Very good place to stay. Mike was very helpful and communicative. It was exactly what was published or even better. Definitely staying again in the near future. Thanks for everything Mike!!!

I stayed at this Airbnb for NYE, and it had the perfect view for watching the fireworks over the ATL skyline. Also, the host was super nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Zoe was clear and responsive in communicating. The apartment was perfect for one or two people, with a small kitchen. You can hear folks in the upstairs apartment but it was not disruptive. I liked walking into downtown Decatur—the home was very close to cafes and restaurants. The back gate is easy enough to find if you follow the photos and directions. I would stay here again in the future and recommend it. Cozy spot in a great location.

Veronica’s apartment is the perfect home away from home in Atlanta. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood and boasts a cozy space and the comfiest bed I have slept on at an Airbnb. 12/10, would recommend!

I would recommend this place and would absolutely stay again. The location was great - close access to interstates and multiple close-by grocery/restaurant options. We stayed 5 nights and it was quiet the whole time. It is very roomy and comfortable. Garage parking was plentiful - we were always close to the elevators. We did not have a chance to check out the gym etc. but it was nice to know it was available! It was a keyed entry with only one key, so the day we did different things took a bit of planning. There is a ton of bathroom counter space for getting ready and the primary bath is amazing. The 2nd bedroom is lacking a bit in privacy for light and noise due to the door gap and the over-door opening. My son is a sensitive light sleeper and I woke him a couple of mornings. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb that I have stayed at!

We had a great stay at Jason’s. It was easy to find and in a quiet, safe neighborhood within minutes of anything we needed in Atlanta. There is a MARTA station nearby, which helps immensely if you’d rather take public transportation into the city. Everything was just as pictured. Lots of fun with the pool table and it was amazing to have the hot tub right outside the bedroom. Jason was super friendly and responsive, ready to help with any questions we had. We would love to return if we are in the area again!

We had a great stay at this place. The apartment was nice, the location is central and we could find several restaurants around. The host was very responsive to our messages. We would stay here again.

Dina was a fantastic host! Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The home is beautiful and the back porch with swing was a favorite spot. The backyard, pool and pool house were stunning.

Friendly, communicative hosts made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Convenient location close to the very quaint, historic Marietta Square with restaurants, bars, bakery, and shops all decorated for the holidays. We highly recommend for a couple or small family, and will definitely book again when we're in the area.
