We had the most wonderful time. The church was fantastic and it felt a privilege to stay in a historic building that was also comfortable, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. literally a home from home. Dolphin Retreat was a wonderful place for our family to stay together as we prepared for our son's wedding. The kitchen/dining/lounge area was a great central space and we even spilled out into the garden with its furniture and BBQ in April! The kitchen is well equipped with a big range cooker, ideal for cooking wedding desserts for 70 people! The property was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a Co op about a 4 minute walk away for the supplies we forgot to bring. There is ample parking for 5 or more vehicles. Nina was a great host and answered all our questions.

We had a wonderful stay here, we felt very welcome and after a stressful journey Jo was so kind and got the bungalow ready for us as quickly as possible so we could check in early. It’s such a lovely space, very cozy and well equipped. The views are beautiful and the garden was perfect for the doggies. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, we all slept so well. We had a lovely breakfast basket, treats for the doggies and Jo left me a card for my birthday. It’s a great location to explore, we would highly recommended staying here.

We checked in at late notice and had the most gorgeous stay for 2 nights. The space was stunning and picturesque. Would have loved to stay longer and will definitely be back. I also lost the tiniest piece of jewellery which Camilla searched high and low for and found to return to me. So so grateful!

We had a lovely stay in Ganders Cottage, with two young children. The cottage was spotlessly clean, pleasant to stay in and we put the patio to good use by having breakfast there every day. We even spotted a pheasant from the garden. The kids enjoyed the cottage and it was very family friendly. We only regret not taking the time to explore the farm and walk the area. The cottage was ideally situated to explore the Jurassic Coast, and we had many lovely outings to the nearby beaches. Charlotte and Robin were great hosts, attentive yet unintrusive, kind and thoughtful. They gave us good tips before and during the stay.

The cottage is gorgeous and Virginie ensured we had everything we needed for a luxurious and cosy stay. The garden is perfect for a dog, and there are lots of lovely walks on the doorstep!

Lovely location for a family getaway, the hosts were responsive and kindly let us have a later check out on our last day. The decor is a bit old school, but everything was clean and functional, and the ensuites for every room were a big plus. The living and dining space was a highlight, nice and spacious for large meals, although might be worth bringing some of your own kitchen equipment if you plan on cooking a lot! The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, just be prepared to drive to pubs or shops nearby. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Staying in Victoria's home was amazing. It is a beautiful home, perfect for a group setting and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Every room matched the pictures and descriptions, and the surrounding area was lovely too. Veronica was extremely responsive and answered all of our queries in a timely manner. I would definitely visit again!
