We had wonderful days in Terracina. Azzurra was very nice, always provided great help and responded quickly to inquiries.

A beautiful vacation. House tidy and with all comforts. We had a two-year-old girl and nothing was missing. Quiet place, quiet and well-kept. Beautiful and friendly host and above all always available. It made us feel at home. I recommend it

This is a perfect place to stay if you are visiting or passing through Montecassino. Spotlessly clean, great location, plenty of parking, restaurants and easy access to all routes. Simple check in and check out, great value.

Emmanuel's place is perfect, absolutely nothing missing, it feels like home🤩. The building is very quiet, and very lively when you go out on the street. There is always a place to park your car in front of the building, there is a bar , bakery, supermarket , florist, pharmacy just at the bottom of the building. The beach is 7 km away and parking is for a fee until September 15 by the sea, but remain affordable: €2 for half a day on weekdays and €2.50 on weekends for half a day. We strongly recommend this listing and location 🫶

Beautiful house with attention to detail preserving the historic beauty, very clean and equipped with every need.

The house is most charming, renovated with high quality materials and much taste. The kitchen is well equipped and together with the living area forms a spacious and relaxing ensemble. There is a ‚snug‘ on the ground floor where you wish to stay and spend your time with the interesting books from the library or just relax and do your morning exercises (yoga mats are already there). Upstairs the sleeping rooms are equipped with comfortable beds. The two bathrooms have all you need. Sermoneta is a lively small town. The people are very friendly. On the main piazza there are several bars. A bakery is round the corner. Several Restaurants can be found in town. The guided visit of the castel is worth doing. Also the walks (as described in the documentation in the house) are offering spectacular views and wonderful countryside.

My family and I loved nearly everything about this villa. The entire property was beautiful and very well kept. Anna was very communicative throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of the transportation situation, with having to schedule rides due to things like the grocery store being out of walking distance. We also would’ve loved to have more detailed information about the town so we could schedule time to explore. Overall we very much enjoyed the amenities and we would certainly stay again!

Very nice and spacious villa, equipped with ample indoor and outdoor spaces. The presence of many bedrooms and bathrooms makes it ideal for a nice party. Proximity to the sea, with private access, availability of umbrellas and sun loungers in the beach area, make it even more appreciated. Maybe you could improve the decor that looks a little old and spartan but still functional.

Gianpaolo was away during our stay but was in fast and constant communication with us. We were met by his dad who is the nicest man on earth. the apartment is very spacious. They both worked together to make sure that all our needs were looked after and always went the extra mile. The location is close to the beach, 2 grocery stores, a little fish store, lots of cafes and a little restaurant. Autobus are close by and we also used Roberto taxi that can get you to the castle or the old town for 10 euros. I would book again.

My daughter and our dog were guests in the accommodation, we had a great time, a super clean house, accurate with everything you need, I really appreciated the whirlpool oven with the crispy that I often use at home, the sea is a 5-minute walk away... in short, everything is top! Highly recommended!

Clean, tidy , quiet apartment despite being a stone's throw from the streets of downtown. Equipped with two TVs with Netflix. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare lunches/dinners to eat in the delicious and intimate outdoor garden. Antonio is a very helpful person for any advice. We had a great time. Highly recommended

Everything was perfect, Mrs. Antonella is kind and always available. The new and clean apartment is located in a very central area, all amenities, the historic area, the clubs and the sea can be reached on foot.

In the end we decided to stay in Rome for another day and immediately booked the same house. I wanted to stay longer, but I came out to go to Florence. Comfortable bed in a really nice house, clean interior. I was so happy to find the best house.
