We absolutely loved our stay. Maria was so welcoming and the accommodation was just perfect. We were excited to meet the dogs and they were both adorable and so friendly. The views from the apartment were just fabulous and the breakfast each morning on the terrace was such a wonderful way to start the day. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed. From here we were able to visit Naples, Pompeii and we travelled to Sorrento. This was the perfect base to return to. Thank you Maria, we had such a lovely time.

Very nice villa near the sea, tastefully cared for and furnished, spacious and stocked with everything, with plenty of kitchen furnishings and to enjoy the lovely garden. The comfortable rooms with many closets, several TVs, air conditioning and fans are available. 7 are perfectly comfortable . The area is residential and quiet. The sea is a 4-minute walk away. Our dog also had a great time, with the fence around the house he could stay in the garden in the cool while we went to the sea. The host Nicola is very kind and helpful and Mr. Maurizio is always ready to help for any eventuality. In short, a perfect experience and to repeat for sure!

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

The house was impeccable, extremely clean and cared for in every detail. Staying there was like feeling at home, a cozy and comfortable environment. The host is a very kind person, always available and attentive to every need. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a place to relax carefree

We were staying at the villa with our kids and just loved the house, the garden and the view. The house is even nicer than on the pictures, it was very clean and well equipped. You should definitely check out Bazzano Beach 🥰.

Great accommodation, nothing was missing in terms of amenities, extremely beautiful location with great views, very dear hosts, always helpful and with tips for the area, also our dog was warmly welcomed and allowed to move freely on the property, thank you very much for the great time, we are very happy to recommend the accommodation!

Spacious accommodation, everything we needed was right there. There were 9 of us in the group, from a couple of 70 year olds to some bumptious teens. But we never felt cramped, there was so much room. The villa's setting and gardens were idyllic, the beach 50m. away. The pool in the garden a delightful oasis. Gaetano was a great host, unobtrusive, nothing was any trouble for him and we benefitted from his vegetable and fruit garden! The villa was very well equipped, the air-conditioning a god send. A car might be useful. We all totally enjoyed our stay. Easy access to Rome and Naples, (where we attended another daughter's wedding!)

A beautiful experience with my family, surrounded by nature , a true oasis of peace and relaxation. Lovely friendly staff, attentive and available to meet every need. I recommend it to those who want to get away from reality for a few days

We spent a month in the apartment. We had such a good time. The apartment was great. It was modern and fresh. The beds were very nice. The view of the valley was amazing and the pool was really nice. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Please be mindful to follow the instruction on how to drive to arrive at the apartment. Cathy's instruction is very clear and follow it because then you get it right. We did it and it turned out very well. GPS shows a different route. Cathy and Malcolm are very helpful and nice. Absolutely a super host! We are so happy with our stay!

Everything you need The pool , ⚽️ balloons, sunbathing, quiet , beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay there again and the kids would too. Thanks for a great week 🙏

WOW, is all i can say!! As most of the other reviews have said, the photos of the villa and surrounds do not do the Villa justice, it is truly a special place. We were very late meeting to pick up the keys due to issues with car hire at the airport, but the hosts waited for us with no issues and were very kind and understanding. When we arrived at the villa we were shown around and our jaws continued to drop the more we were shown! Amazing large pool, amazing outdoors kitchen with bbq, pizza oven and sink all covered , perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of little places to sneak away and relax. All the rooms in the villa were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms most with their own balconies and en-suites were a great size. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs for cooking / cleaning etc, and the added bonus of a laundry room meant to no washing at home! The hosts were fantastically responsive at all times, helping us locate shops / eateries etc. Cant wait to come back!!

The house is on a hill with beautiful views of the sea. It has a lovely garden with magnificent plants and a large pool that was well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and new. The house corresponds exactly to the description. The welcome by Valeria was very kind. She was always available by phone very quickly during our stay and took good care of us.

Everything is very nice. Very spacious house, beautiful terrace, well-equipped bathrooms, nice garden with swing for children, lounge chairs and sun loungers available. Real direct access to the beach. The house is complete with everything, you only need towels for the sea. Ample space for cars on the property. Everything completely matches the description. Host available, punctual, and prompt. It was definitely a great experience!!

Beautiful experience! The hut and surroundings are much nicer in person than in photos. The stay was unforgettable, 100% experience in contact with nature. My favorite part was being able to take a cool shower and admire the stars in the most total darkness, the main reason that prompted me to choose this destination. Stefania is very kind and super helpful. Domenico has a strong sense of humor that goes right hand in hand with my gullible being! The only negative note of my stay was dinner: price too high to eat almost vegetarian. It would have been nicer to cook skewers, since there is the possibility of lighting a fire pit and drinking only brought us water, while I expected to taste local wine. Maybe this was my fault because I didn't agree on a menu and drinks.

Fantastic location, sea temperature higher than expected (for mid June), one hour drive to both Naples and Caserta. We had a car so travelled heavily across the region (driving here is a true adventure in itself!), made a one day trip to the other side of Campania from here (Salerno-Amalfi coast-Sorrento). Or, attend a concert at the famous San Carlo theatre, experience the 'chaotic' atmosphere of an evening Naples. Angelo was a very helpful host eager to arrange anything we asked for. Definitely worth booking also outside season like June, what you get is summer heats without the tourists.
