Nice place and very good host - Good weekend spend with family.

We stayed at Denis’s place in October, I stayed at this resort before but not this particular unit, and it was lovely! Close to the beach and everything you could need for a wonderful stay, we would stay here again!

Such a wonderful place to stay! Great place to walk around, we enjoyed the peace and quiet around this time of year. The place was super clean and the bed was very cozy! Had everything we needed for our stay. Kaitlyn is a great host! Highly recommend! ❤️

Ashley responds within minutes. She and Kim are wonderful! It really felt like home! Very comfortable. Everything you needed was there. My husband asked if I saved it so we can come back! That means it was awesome because he has only asked to save one other place! My daughters are already planning on staying there for spring break and bringing their Nana with them! The location was amazing & super convenient. We found the beach stuff in one of the closets at the end of day one & it was a game changer for the rest of the stay with transporting our stuff to & from the beach. It was so relaxing & peaceful. It was also really awesome to be in the same building as the indoor pool. Awesome experience & can’t wait to come back!

We had to book last minute accommodations and this was perfect! The condo was very clean and in a great location. We’d stay again!

Had a blast for my best friends Bachelorette trip. We loved our stay and had such a great time. Our hosts were so easy to contact and made this trip a breeze. We loved how close we were to everything, especially the beach. Our favorite part was the Beach Bear, which. Was right down stairs and so delicious.

Awesome place! It had everything we needed and more. The master suite has a full size bed so if you’re use to sleeping in a king, prepare yourself lol. The amenities were awesome. The kitchen had everything down to a crockpot so we made plenty of meals. The bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of towels. The closets were stocked with plush blankets and every room had a smart TV. The TV’s are all Roku’s so you have to stand pretty close to the TV’s in order for the remote to work. If you have experience with Roku TV’s, you know what I mean. (: We also appreciated that the complex had luggage carts! Huge help for groceries. Definitely check out the indoor pool and arcade area in building 3! As for Hilton Head, it was a very chill and quiet town. There’s not a million things to do but there’s a pretty cool indoor karting place that has axe throwing and bowling! Definitely something worth checking out! It’s called Indy Karting & Amusement.

We had a great stay in the renovated condo…it is a really nice unit! Keith is a great host and was very responsive with communication!

The condo was exactly as described ! Close to the beach and private ! Will definitely check out other places this host has but for sure it’s my top spot to stay for next year ! Host was wonderful to work with and very welcoming ! Warm place , very peaceful ! Had everything at the ready for us when we arrived ! The location was just far enough away where it was quiet but close enough to everything that was within 10 minute drive

We really enjoyed this unit. Super clean and welcoming. Our kidos loved the bunk beds! The theme is so cute and fun seeing the very birds on the art work while walking to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and ready for easing into home away from home. The beds are really comfortable and welcomed much needed sleep. The sofa is the most comfortable we have had in all our air bnbs leaving us to enjoy a Christmas movie family night on a rainy day. I Highly recommend this home!

My family had a great time at this unit. It's a great 1st floor unit so only 2 flights of steps. very close to the pool. had everything we needed for the week. the resort has tons of things to do and a short boardwalk to the Beach. the included beach wagon and chairs etc, are perfect. couldn't ask for anything more. would gladly stay here again.

While this resort is older, the room itself was very nice and decorated so beautifully in a cute, beachy theme. It was so nice to have two bathrooms, especially one with no tub to step over. There were lots of books to read, everything you could need in the kitchen, and the boardwalk to the beach was like a bird sanctuary. We had a wonderful time.

We evacuated for hurricane Milton and this was such a beautiful place to be at to unwind after the stress of traveling. The condo is exceptionally clean and the boardwalk out to the beach was amazing! Jeremy is very friendly and responsive, so that was a bonus! We definitely enjoyed the place!

Amazing place! Close to beach and Coligny. The pool table and golden tee were a huge plus when weather was bad. Michelle was very responsive and friendly.

I can’t say enough good about Christina’s place! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, our stay was superb! When we checked in, the listing was immaculately cleaned and welcoming and comfortable. It’s a beautiful property that is so beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could need, the pictures don’t do it justice…and the view couldn’t be better! It’s proximity to the beach, pool, and neighboring restaurant can’t be beat and it is an end unit which lends to a bit more privacy. So many fun activities available for the kids, rain or shine from the obvious outdoor activities to the pool table and board games available, outdoor games, etc and beach gear included was fantastic! The rooms were welcoming, clean and comfortable and the bathrooms and sauna were luxurious. The outdoor area with the patio table and grill and outdoor shower were fantastic and so convenient. Thank you so much Christina, we definitely hope to stay again in the future!

Great house that met expectations for our family vacation. The house is in a beautiful environment with awesome views and is only steps from the beach and pool. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

The location was extremely beautiful, peaceful, and very close to the beach, lighthouse, and the main road on Tybee. The house was absolutely incredible and perfect for our two families with two dogs. The 2 car enclosed garage with the private entry was perfect to get the dogs ready for their walk. The house had 3 levels. All the bedrooms had their own bathroom with a shower. The game room was so fun and we all enjoyed playing on the infinity table that had so many games on it. The kitchen, dining room, porch (grill), and sitting area were so functional and everything was beautifully decorated. They also had a gorgeous Christmas Tree. The kitchen had everything imaginable and we cooked all of our meals at the house except for one. The washer and dryer were conveniently located on the main level. All the rooms had smart TVs with apps to watch shows and movies. Miranda was very responsive with answering all our questions. You will not regret renting this Tybee Island Paradise

Our family loved our time here! It was a convenient location and accessible to tons of bike paths!
