Beautiful home. Tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was there.

We stayed at Denis’s place in October, I stayed at this resort before but not this particular unit, and it was lovely! Close to the beach and everything you could need for a wonderful stay, we would stay here again!

We had a great time in Hilton Head! The condo was clean and had a lot of great extras we took advantage of - tennis courts, basketball and pool! The indoor pool was outdated and could use a few updates but our kids didn’t mind. I had hoped we were looking out on the ocean but a four minute walk and we were there! The tide pools were great exploration for the kids! The location is a little further away from all the activities but within 10 minutes you’re there! Kaitlyn was super responsive and an overall great host!

Awesome place, look forward to being back in June. Excellent host and wonderful trip!

Ashley responds within minutes. She and Kim are wonderful! It really felt like home! Very comfortable. Everything you needed was there. My husband asked if I saved it so we can come back! That means it was awesome because he has only asked to save one other place! My daughters are already planning on staying there for spring break and bringing their Nana with them! The location was amazing & super convenient. We found the beach stuff in one of the closets at the end of day one & it was a game changer for the rest of the stay with transporting our stuff to & from the beach. It was so relaxing & peaceful. It was also really awesome to be in the same building as the indoor pool. Awesome experience & can’t wait to come back!

Condo was great. Had issue with A/C but Jennifer was quick to respond and got it working quicker than expected. This placed served our family well.

This is a beautiful condo. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living room furniture is very cozy. Beds were comfortable. Convenient parking. Loved the quick access to the beach and the two pools on the property were great. Would definitely book again!

The condo was exactly as described ! Close to the beach and private ! Will definitely check out other places this host has but for sure it’s my top spot to stay for next year ! Host was wonderful to work with and very welcoming ! Warm place , very peaceful ! Had everything at the ready for us when we arrived ! The location was just far enough away where it was quiet but close enough to everything that was within 10 minute drive

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great resort with lots for the kids to do. Convenient restaurant on the beach to make meals easier while out too. Teresa was very responsive and a great host.

My family had a great time at this unit. It's a great 1st floor unit so only 2 flights of steps. very close to the pool. had everything we needed for the week. the resort has tons of things to do and a short boardwalk to the Beach. the included beach wagon and chairs etc, are perfect. couldn't ask for anything more. would gladly stay here again.

The condo was updated and beautiful. There was an issue with the cleaning crew not showing up before our check in but communication with the owners was immediate and they made sure all was made right. They were very helpful and apologetic. We will for sure rent again in the future. The boardwalk to the beach is long but you get to stop and look at the different birds and fish swimming in the water in the marshes. If you don’t want to do the walk, plan for the shuttle times and it’s a quick golf cart ride down. This was a perfect short getaway.

We had a lovely time at Michelle's place. The location is fantastic-- perfectly walkable to the beach and Coligny Plaza for restaurants and shopping. The amenities are exactly as photographed- clean and lovely. We had some issues with the hot tub during our stay, and Michelle promptly sent out an electrician and did everything possible to resolve it. I'd especially recommend this place if you're visiting with kids in the off-season because there's so much to do inside the house and the yard! Our kids loved the pool table, retro games, mini-golf, hammocks, spa, and hot tub. We even did some cold plunging in the pool. Everything was clean and comfortable for our stay, and the host was friendly and communicative. We look forward to visiting again!

We had so much fun on our trip to Fripp. The house sits by the marina on one side and the marsh on the other but wasn’t too loud or too busy. We spent most of our mornings out in the back deck watching the tide come in and watching wildlife with the binoculars provided. Monday morning we found that there was no internet. I had a conference call for work, so this was a bit inconvenient. I went up to the guest service center and found they too had no internet. That afternoon we went to Hunting Beach, and they also had no internet. Check out was a bit early, but we still managed to use the bikes in the garage to run down to the beach for sunrise and clean up before we left. There were no trash cans so we just put our trash bags in the area the cans were supposed to be. Can’t wait for our next low country trip!
