We loved our stay at Giovanni's place! The house is exactly as described. We enjoyed being shown the cave down below by Paolo. Just amazing! And the view outside each morning, well really anytime we walked outside, was breathtaking. The house is very well stocked, with regard to the kitchen and bathrooms. The location is perfect. It was a short walk to restaurants and shops. Giovanni's recommendations for restaurants were great. Orvieto is just a completely captivating town, and Giovanni's house is the icing on the cake.

It was a wonderful experience: charming apartment, elegant and cared for in every detail. Despite being in the countryside, it does not create any mobility problem, thanks above all to the directions provided by the host who welcomed us warmly and pampered us until we left. A highly recommended solution especially for large families given the number of bathrooms (complete) and bedrooms. We will be back!

Great house, was very clean. When we arrived there were coffee, breads, jams and assorted necessities. The house is cute, not too big, but not small feeling. The outdoor covered porch was great with a nice view. The house is very private. There is a road in front that wasn’t too busy but you’ll hear cars go by during the day. Not too noticeable but you won’t get complete silence. The only odd thing was there were no kitchen knives. Only butter knives and a bread knife, so if you want to cook you’ll have to get a knife. Over all for the price this place was excellent. The area is great, you’re close to shops and also close to open farm land. Many hilltop towns are easily accessible as is Le Marche and Tuscany, both less than an hour’s drive.

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Federica is a friendly, pleasant and kind host. We had a really good time in her home, which is spacious, very clean and welcoming. Federica was available both for check-in and for info about the area and then being a pleasant person it is a fun chat with her, too bad we had a short time. central location for us since we visited Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio and nothing is missing in the apartment. thank you Federica!!!!

Maurizio kindly agreed to accommodate us with our dogs and we are very happy that he did. He was very communicative and even arranged for an English speaker to greet us at the check in. He contacted us before to make sure we know where we are going and after to ensure we were happy with everything. Could not ask for a better host. The accommodation is great, we stayed for almost 2 weeks and felt right at home. You have all the facilities you might need and it is all in top condition. The location is right on the shore of the lake, the garden is huge (I mean huge) and well maintained. The sunset is out of this world. You have several restaurants within the walking distance (one literally 2 minutes away and really decent). Maurizio grazie per l'ospitalità!

Simona's apartment, in addition to being just a short walk from the historic center of Foligno, is completely renovated, equipped with every comfort, super clean and really cozy. We immediately felt at home. Highly recommended.

Gabriele's place fully met my expectations: true to the photos, a very clean apartment and above all convenient to reach the historic center of Perugia in a few minutes thanks to the convenient minimometer. What is not obvious, the apartment is very warm and quiet. To come back for sure

Roberto’s apartment is lovely but even more important, Roberto is a very gracious host.He picked us up from the train station & his wife MaryJane met us in the apt & showed us around.The view from the apartment is awesome- the historic center with a view of the aqueduct.The apartment is just a short walk to the Piazza lV Novembre and the rest of the historic area. There is a mini metro that you can get in the historic area to get to the train station- we did 2 day trips to Assisi and Spello - both are lovely & worthwhile.We visited several churches in Perugia and toured the Underground and the Etruscan Well - recommend. There is a little sandwich/pizza place a few yards from the apartment that is great.Also we had porchetta sandwiches from the 1916 cart in the historic area- great! Our last day there, we found Mr. Norcy pulled porketta sandwiches - soooooo good. We lucked out on our last day the Eurochocolate Festival was there - yummy! We def recommend Roberto as a host-he is the best

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Carla is a wonderful hostess. She was very responsive. She welcomed us in person, gave us recommendations for restaurants, and left us with a bottle of Prosecco and supplies for breakfast as everything was closed on Jan 1st! Her apartment is charming and very well located. We had a very nice stay.

I'm sure this is the best apartment we've been to through Airbnb. Marco + Michele are great hosts. I highly recommend it for those who have a car and want a comfortable and luxurious experience at a great price. Also a short drive from the Pian di Massiano mini metro with free parking so that the historic center is easy to access.

Marcus's apartment is in a perfect location, right in the center. It is located on the second floor, two large bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen complete with oven and dishwasher, blind bathroom, but functional. Perugia turned out to be a perfect location, also to visit other destinations such as Assisi, Spoleto and its surroundings. Marcus was always nice and helpful.

My boyfriend and I stayed on New Year's Eve at Hugo's place and everything was immediately perfect,the location is great, a 5-minute drive from the center and below the house is both the bus stop and the mini metro,so everything at your fingertips including supermarkets. Hugo is very friendly and kind,he always answered our questions immediately, also giving us tips on the various trips,the cleanliness of the house is excellent. You can already see it as soon as you enter with an incredible clean scent, a very clean bathroom as well as the kitchen,everything working and useful for small stays in the house, I would definitely go back!!

Accommodation set in the context of a Liberty-style villa from the early 1900s, with a garden and a comfort space next to the apartment. Beautiful view of Assisi and Mount Subasio. Possibility of parking the car at the back of the house.
