This home was perfect for my siblings and their kiddos to meet up for a nice long weekend. Kerry made us feel very welcomed and was super responsive when we had questions. The sunroom was one of my favorite places in the house. The kids enjoyed playing both outdoors and indoors. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was stocked. Just a short drive to the mall and plenty of places to eat. We would gladly stay again.

The house is extremely cozy and has a great backyard. We honestly loved staying at Anthony's house plus the host was very proactive and explained everything about the house plus nearby surroundings. He made us feel welcomed, was very helpful and friendly. Would love to stay again

My family was in town for a funeral, and we were able to book Victoria's home and save versus booking multiple hotel rooms. The location is minutes of I-95, so the home gave us a nice, central home base with a kitchen to get to everything and feed the kiddos between events. While we weren't looking for a beach trip - we were able to walk to the local beach and enjoy it with our young kids for a few hours over the weekend. The home was clean, comfortable, and worked perfectly for us. Communicating with Victoria was very easy, and check in/out was a piece of cake as there is a lock box on the house. If I need to bring the family back to the Stamford area, we'll definitely want to stay at Victoria's home again! Thanks!

We were more than happy with our stay! Everything was very clean and well-kept, the neighborhood was safe and quiet, and it was conveniently located near UBS arena. The house had every amenity we needed, including cookware, Apple TVs, hair dryers, irons, laundry, etc. Could not be more pleased with the space.

This house was a lovely place for our family trip! Our party of 4 had plenty of room to spread out, beach is just a few min away, along with restaurants, shops etc. There is plenty of room in the backyard, but my family really enjoyed sitting on the front porch and playing cards. Everything we needed was there, and all questions answered quickly! I would definitely book again!!

This home is absolutely beautiful, the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The place looks exactly like the photos. I was really surprised with how amazing the woodwork looked . I will definitely book with Jeffrey again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Jersey City. Francois welcomed us very warm. The location was great—we took the PATH-Train to Manhattan every day (FYI: the fare is not included in the Manhattan 7-Week-Metro-Pass), it takes only about 15 Mins to World Trade Center. Also Jersey City is a nice place to visit, it’s very laid back and has a nice little car-free shopping street in walking distance from the apartment. Also we could do a later check-out. Thanks again for everything.

Appreciated Gregory being friendly and thorough, meeting us in person, giving us a tour of the place upon arrival, and the charm factor of this house. The kitchen was very well stocked and usable, there was a lot of community space and a lot of bedrooms and beds, so it was great for our purpose.

Brian was an amazing host! He gave us several suggestions. His place is close to so much. Everything you’d want/ need within walking distance!

Very cozy apartment. It is just like the pictures. Very well cared for. Very quiet area. You have several restaurants and supermarkets near the apartment . There is a lot of bus combination to be able to access Manhattan. Denia was always attentive to any questions that arose. Definitely a good option to spend a few days and visit New York.

Highly recommend!!! Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. House was very comfortable and relaxing. Groceries, restaurants, and bus stops were all within easy walking distance. After a busy day in city, it was nice to relax in a place that felt like home. Marta is very sweet and quick to respond to messages. Will definitely look at staying here again when we return to the city.

Mac allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help as we traveled with our 93-year-old dad. Upon arrival, the check-in instructions were clear and accurate. The house was clean and actually looked even better than the pictures. The pool was very nice, and my brother swam every day we were there. It was great to have a full kitchen stocked with a plethora of cutlery, plates, cups, pots, and pans. We had a small issue with the tv as it stopped working. Mac was on it immediately, and the tv came back on within 30 minutes or so. Although it was buffering when we first arrived, whatever Mac had his ISP do to the modem/router, the tv and internet worked seamlessly afterward. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would stay here again. We were very pleased with the home! Thank you, Mac and Shama for being such gracious hosts!

This location is as described. The bus to NYC is right on the corner, grocery stores within 5-10 minute drive, across from a nice park with walking trails. The house was clean, easy to find. Having parking was a plus. One thing to note is the bathroom is small, if you are a bigger person it might be a challenge but no issue for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place if you are staying in the area.

We only stayed for two nights and did not spend much time in the apartment but it was perfect. Spacious, clean, wonderful amenities. Had everything we needed and we were comfortable! Great location as well! This is really a great deal if you need a place to stay in Long Island as hotels are very pricey!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Avenue, union station was steps away from the building so we had easy access into Jersey city and Manhattan. The amenities were fantastic, the gym was exceptional and the front desk reception were always extremely friendly and helpful. The building itself and surrounding area felt very safe and the apartment itself was very comfortable and clean for 3 people and we had no issue preparing meals at home. The only problems we had were the fold out couch was extremely dirty, not comfortable and not able to be slept on - we were provided a roll away bed and mattress once we alerted the host about this problem which was nice. The room is also parallel the main road which is very busy and loud at all times of the day and night. Earplugs are recommended if you are a light sleeper. Would definitely recommend the Ave though we thoroughly enjoyed our time overall. :)

We had a wonderful stay at Nir’s home. It was very clean and welcoming. The pool was just lovely and much needed on some very warm days. Especially after working hard all day! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need to cook gourmet meals! Nice large subzero refrigerator as well. Very spacious home and well designed for private areas. Air conditioning was fabulous as was hot water in the many bathrooms. Lots of towels for bath and pool .Beds we’re comfortable which was amazing. Close to parkways, grocery and gym. We felt very much at hime. Nir is an outstanding kind host and communicates very well if there is an issue. We hope to stay again in the future! I highly recommend Nir’s home!!!

A great stay at Ave. Wonderful facility. Modern with great amenities. The staff were excellent. Personable and incredibly customer service focused. Just made the stay all the better. Recommend highly and commend all the staff for being top notch - from the front facing professionals to those behind the scenes keeping the place clean and operating smoothly. A great team! We will stay again when we have a longer-term stay. Thanks all!

My wife and I really enjoyed your place to stay a week in Queens. Flexible check-in, felt right at home, clear instructions, responsive host, easy to find and easy to get inside. The whole place was very clean. She listed amenities and services and local recommendations. The neighborhood was walkable, lots to do, peaceful, great restaurants and great shopping. 5 star rating.
