Villa vacation rentals in Floridia

We had a great time here on our family holiday. The villa is exactly like photos - the outdoor balcony area is by far the best part and truly exceptional! We spent most of our time here. The kitchen was spacious with a big fridge, wine fridge and an outdoor BBQ. We loved cooking here and enjoyed the outdoor dining area. The rooms are nice and big with air-conditioning. The area is private and safe but not necessarily walkable - you can walk down for a swim in ocean which was perfect but you need to drive for groceries, restaurants etc. We had no problem visiting nearby towns and found the villa easy to locate once we had been there the first time (guided by Maria & Giuseppe). Thank you so much for having us! We loved our time in Sicily.

Loredana was always reachable by mobile phone and always very helpful. We had a warm and nice contact in English. The house and garden are wonderful: great pool, beautiful garden, all around a wall or hedges, large living room, well equipped kitchen, sufficient bathroom. Everything was very clean. We felt comfortable Criticism only for the soft matrimonial bed (for me okay, not for my husband) and the small cribs. Sufficient for smaller children, not anymore for taller teenagers. The surroundings are quiet, you have to buy a car for shopping. Beautiful beaches are nearby. Value for money is top here!

Wow!!!! Our three families (11 people aged from 2 yrs to 77 yrs) spent 14 wonderful days in August at Villa CH. To say that the properties are wonderful hardly does them justice! We have all stayed in many luxury villas in Europe and Franz’s home was by far the best we have been to. The villas were very well equipped, spotlessly clean and the air conditioning & water supply superb. The outside areas were amazing! The teenagers loved the pool table and ping pong table and the whole family spent many hours enjoying the wonderful, clean and huge pool. The many pool ‘toys’ and Sonos speakers in the pool area made every day feel like a party! We were also lucky enough to have a daily visit from Georgio , who very discreetly maintained the pool & grounds and nothing was ever too much trouble anytime we needed any help with anything. We can’t not mention the delight of the two resident dogs, Leo & Lucky. They were constant companions and made us feel really at home. We will be back x

We had a great time at Jeanne's villa. A peaceful and very pleasant setting, in the middle of the countryside with views of Noto and the sea in the distance. Emanuele who received us on site is very friendly and extremely responsive. The house is superb, very well arranged with a beautiful pool.

One word describes our stay. Perfect! Irina was very helpful and easy to contact, the house was clean and had everything we wanted. The location has a lovely beach when you are bored of the swimming pool. There are good restaurants in the village and you are only a 25 minute drive to Syracuse. We had a car and visited other towns and places nearby but mainly stayed relaxing by the pool and beach. Thank you Irina for making our holiday special!

The property is a semi-detatched spacious two-floor villa in a countryside type of environment, very quiet and sorrounded by fields and a lawn where there is a raised swimming pool. A plus for us was also the presence of a piano for rehearsal reasons. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities and equipment, the bed(s) very comfortable. We did not meet Giuseppe in person but on video calls; we were welcomed by his mother who devoted all attentions to us by also beeing very discreet at the same time. We fully enjoyed our stay and the wonderful surrounding beaches minutes away from the house. Visiting wonderful Syracuse, Noto, Scicli, etc. is within short drives. Distance to the Catania airport is 1 hour drive. Very convenient and relaxing location, attentive and responsive hosts: we fully recommend!

Giovanni’s place is very nice and well-appointed. Giovanni and his wife Jenny were very prompt in helping us with some issues we had at home. I strongly recommend this place but preferably during the spring/summer season.

Highly recommend a stay. The house is beautifully located only a short walk from the sea. The house is very well equipped and was prepared for our needs. We were also positively surprised by the generosity of complementary snacks, grocery and drinks etc. There’s plenty of space both inside and outside the house and several places to dine and just relax. We stayed 4 adults and 2 babies in the house and had a wonderful time. Pierre was always fast to respond to our questions before and during our stay. Would definitely go back!

Staying at this villa was like stepping into a postcard of the Sicilian countryside! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the breathtaking views, and the sense of peace that surrounds this incredible place. The villa itself is stunning - beautifully furnished with a balance of modern comforts and authentic Sicilian character. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and so comfortable, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and views of the rolling hills. But the highlight of our stay was the private pool. Crystal clear and well-maintained, it was our haven during the warm afternoons. Whether we were floating under the sun, enjoying a glass of wine poolside, or watching the stars at night, it added something magical to our stay. Our hosts Roberto and Lucky were absolutely wonderful - very thoughtful and responsive. If you’re considering a stay here, I can’t recommend it enough. It’s a hidden gem for anyone looking to experience Sicily’s beauty and tranquillity.

We had a great time in this beautiful residence with superb pool and outdoor making for relaxation in the most perfect calm. Only the sound of the waves about a hundred meters away will disturb your tranquility. And for those who appreciate traditional interiors, that's fine.

Absolutely incredible home - even better than in the pictures. Unforgettable vacation! Great for families. Cannot recommend enough. Hosts and organizers were very kind. Strong aircon and cool pool to shield from Sicilian heat.

We had a wonderful stay here. Peaceful and great location. The kids loved the pool. We had a water pump issue and it was sorted within 15 minutes by the owner - thank you! Highly recommend for families.

We spent a magnificent week at this beautiful villa with our family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers). The villa has a wonderful rustic feel to it which we loved, and it has everything one could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. As for the host, as many have already said, Corrado is just the best!! He really goes above and beyond for his guests. Super helpful, kind and knows all of Sicily like the back of his hand. The apartment is very nice, we felt very comfortable. Especially the pool is a highlight. Also the beautiful and clean beach is just minutes walk away. Everything we needed to cook was there and Concetta left a folder with tips and hints about the area in the apartment. There have even been two beach chairs and a parasol for us. We are thrilled and would come back anytime.

This place was a dream! Sebastian greeted us with some yummy warm pizza when we arrived as we came in quite late. The apartment was newly renovated, functional and great for our family of 5 (3+2). I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to get away from the busy city life.

the villa is magnificent, well cared for and equipped with all the comforts. The kitchen is super equipped, with numerous welcome gifts from the owners. Everything is really perfect and even better than described. Marco and his brother are very kind people, in a way and above all available to them . An experience I recommend to everyone!

What a great location to stay! Beautiful location with mountain and sea views. Very beautiful large garden, beautifully maintained. Lovely terrace by the house or by the pool, complete privacy. The house was very clean and equipped with all the comforts. Communication with Lorenzo went very smoothly, he responded quickly and gave nice tips for the area. This location is absolutely recommended if you like peace in the middle of nature.
