Vacation rentals in Flixton

Just back home from a very relaxing short break. No problem at all. We would be happy to return...although probably in warmer weather. Amazing location for walking or, indeed, just sitting and admiring the views. if I had just one suggestion, it would be to the site itself ...feed the hamster and get some better lighting on those signs lol. we arrived after dark and finding the caravan was a fun half hour hahaha.

Thanks Tim, your lodge was great. Lovely scenery sitting by the lake. Lodge was very clean and well equipped and just a nice short walk to pub. Certainly looking forward to our next visit and would highly recommend.

We had a gorgeous stay at Richard’s place for my partners birthday. We were there with our 3 month old and Richard very helpfully left us a travel cot. Richard was so helpful and responsive. It was the perfect peaceful getaway, super close to the beach with a choice of eateries. Really cosy and calm, I’d definitely recommend it for a couples retreat <3

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. It had a well equipped kitchen, cosy lounge with a big screen TV. and was surprisingly spacious. The location was great - quiet street with no traffic noise It's very close to the Italian Gardens and beach and was ideal for both the dog and my young grandson. Richard responded almost immediately to texts and was helpful and friendly.

A brilliant apartment on Grape Lane , the 2nd time we have stayed here. It’s huge with lovely furnishings and all we needed. Warm and cosy. Fab location and also quiet. We have already booked again. Thanks

We absolutely loved our stay! Jay was very helpful answering in answering our questions before our stay and was there to greet us when we arrived. It was the perfect size for the two of us and we enjoyed the hot tub with an amazing view. Jay’s local recommendations helped to make our trip great, and we enjoyed being so close to the Rail Trail. Great spot for a fantastic walking and steam train holiday. A really thoughtfully managed place - thank you!

Amazing property in a central location. Peter was really helpful and accommodating. The place was more than we expected, one of the best we have stayed in for a short break. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are incredible, and features from the buildings history along with well chosen decor and furnishings all complement the overall aesthetic. It’s a very short walk to the centre of Scarborough; less than 5 minutes. The fish and chip shop just around the corner is excellent as well. Would recommend this place for families with older children, or a group of friends wanting to be near the centre.

Lovely caravan, clean, has everything you need such as towels, pots pans, tea & coffee etc. Comfortable bed & sofas. Easy lockbox check in. Easy to park & quite close to caravan. Couldn’t work the WiFi but to be fair it was a nice rest from our phones. Heating was good when on however did drop really cold on an evening but blankets etc provided. Shower was lovely & powerful. Lots of storage too for clothes etc. No paths surrounding so do have to get everything from car to caravan over grass and it was raining when we arrived which didn’t help but wasn’t a major thing just something to note that it can get quite muddy. Lovely stay, so close to the beach which we all enjoyed despite soggy weather! The complex itself is nice if you want to do swimming etc but the music does go on until around 11:30pm and can hear it in the van. Overall lovely stay, great weekend. Thank you!

Great communication with hosts. Property is lovely had everything we needed, comfy beds nice and warm for our arrival with easy heating control and very clean and tidy. The property also has a lovely honestly feel and a nice big bath which was great for our kids. The location is great 15min walk from the centre and 5 min to the park with plenty of close by cafes and shops pubs etc. Would certainly recommend to others and stay again.
